The whole staff at Tom Kelley Volvo is amazing! James is an expert and is well versed in all things technical, not only with Volvos but, with many other makes and models of vehicles. This was super refreshing considering I had been looking for my dream wagon for quite some time. Andrew and Rob were top notch and had answers for all of my leasing and financing questions, and there were A LOT of questions. I drove my new v60 home today and I LOVE IT SO MUCH. I also cant wait to see James, Andrew, and Rob again at my first service. The Volvo crew is so inviting and down to earth. I ordered a new Volvo S60 recharge after a very serious crash involving a drunk driver back in December totaled my previous s60 and left me with numerous fractures. Due to production delays I just received my car, but through my entire healing process the dealership and my sales associate Andrew went above and beyond to help me. I was not able to drive for months following the crash, but when I was healed enough to drive and my car had not yet arrived they were able to work with me on providing a loaner while I waited. They were so excited to see me any time I came in and celebrated my healing progress along with me. I was already a loyal Kelley customer before this experience, but I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the Volvo sales team. Outstanding car brand for saving my life in the crash, but even more outstanding group of people to work with. Without hesitation I would recommend working with Andrew to anyone and everyone!
