The staff is knowledgeable and kind, however when you ask someone if they need assistance and they decline some people could learn to back off.For some people going to these types of stores is uncomfortable. They know what they want or want to look alone and be in and out without constant questions from staff.I do wish there was more middle of the line pricing too. Its either super cheapy or youre spending an arm and a leg.I will say when and if you do have a question they are there to answer without judgment and make it has comfortable as possible.Over all its better than the other local stores, so when I am in need of items this is where I go.

The layout of the store is nice, with an erotically inviting atmosphere. The staff members are friendly and informed. Sadly, the prices do not match the quality of their (China) products.I took my girl there with the intent to make several purchases and left empty handed and disappointed. Perhaps, if we had not shopped online first, we would have bought something but knowing eBays prices made it impossible to accept the store prices.

Good selection of pushy sales staff obviously work on commission which is fine but please dont hound me the whole time on there. Just about anything here can be found cheaper on the internet by up to 50% in a lot of cases.

A year ago it use to be a place that had wonderful employees and selection. During covid, Ive been in a few times and never had a problem. This time a mask was required (why not the past months still baffles my mind but whatever). Husband and I went and got masks and went inside. I was smelling some of the lotions and oils (something we spend quite the amount of money on) and a rude green haired employee told me I needed to raise my mask. I simply said ok, but Im trying to pick out a scent Id like to get. She tells me, you cant smell them through the closed bottle and I calmly said that I actually can and she told me regardless I need to wear a mask, its store policy. I was compliant the whole time I was shopping until this second. No one was around me until this employee got within inches of me to scold me. It was easy to walk out after that and make the decision to never return to the actual store OR online buying from Boudoir Noir again. Its sad really, even though its an Adult store, it use to have some class and was a welcoming environment. Far from it and I look forward to telling everyone that I know to shop elsewhere after this ridiculous encounter.

Although the outside looks kinda sketchy, the inside is much more inviting. The girl working in the store (Krista?/Christa?) was FANTASTIC. My girlfriend and I went in looking for a few particular things. She was so informative and helpful and all around friendly. I definitely want to go back on the days this month that they have sales. She told us all about them. I was very pleased and will return.

Some people like to be discreet and having someone borderline yelling exactly how to use something when you didnt ask, isnt appropriate. Had a great shopping experience 2 days before Christmas, after Christmas wife and I realized we had gotten each other the same thing so decided to return my gift they would NOT take any returns or exchanges, of an unopened product. They told me to hold on to it in case the other 1 breaks with in 5 years. I NEVER WILL DO BUSY WITH THIS COMPANY EVERY AGAIN.
