I had a great experience at I Do! I had a specific dress they had in stock that I was coming in to try on, but they had some other really fantastic options there for me to chose from. They had a great veil/accessories selection and were able to put up with my crazy family:) I ultimately found my dress and couldn’t be happier!

100% would recommend this place to any bride to be and her bridesmaids! Everyone was wonderful, and so kind. My consultant Stella was amazing at helping me find my perfect gown. Will definitely be bringing my bridesmaids back here for there gowns!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Kirsten let me pick out a few options and she picked a few out she thought I’d like. She listened and made me feel like I was the only person in the store. After I said yes to the dress she let my niece try on a flower girl dress that was on the statue in the window it made her day. Turns out they had more than enough sizes in the store to accommodate my body type. I was going to post review after I get my dress in or after my wedding is over. But that alright I just can’t wait to share how good the stuff was and they are very helpful whenever I called to ask a few questions. They answered it very well.Lori was so kind to keep the store open even though it’s almost closing time. She stay and help me choose the dress even though I was slow/picky about my dress. She was very patient with me and offer alternation for my dress that I want for my dress.For example: I want it off shoulder but I found the dress not it’s not off shoulder and ask Lori if she can make it the dress off shoulder which she said yes with smile. I had just left a chain bridal store and thought well, while I am out, let’s try another shop! One of my family members called and set up a same day appointment for me. We arrived shortly thereafter. We were treated so well! Sarah was my consultant. She allowed myself and my party to look at all the dresses in the store and pick what personally worked for me. The boutique has something for everyone. Gorgeous gowns! Sarah got a gage of my style and even picked out a few dresses for me to try. I ended up finding the one during this consultation! Ironically, the dress I bought was the one she picked! She was so thorough, patient, and understanding. She even dressed me up in tiaras and veils and made me feel like a bride! She made my vision come alive, and I’m thankful for that. I recommend that brides to be make I Do their first stop. I bet you, it will be your last.

I really don’t know where to start. This was my second time going to try on dresses and I was blown away! The consultant(Brittany)was AWESOME!!! The store was beautiful and they have a great selection of dresses to choose from. They were extremely helpful and I felt like a bride with the help of them. I was confused on what I wanted but ended up finding the dress of my dreams! The dresses were not too expensive, the quality of the dresses were great, and they had a variety of veils.I had so much fun and I will recommend anyone I know to them.Thank you ladies for making this the best day for me and I know my fiancé’s jaw will drop when he sees me on our wedding day!

I Do Bridal Boutique was our first place and only place to find my wedding dress. We had a day planned to go and shop at 3 different shops and I had such an amazing experience and found the dress of my dreams it was an easy decision to cancel my other appointments at other stores and buy my dress from here. I didn’t plan on spending over 1,000 on a dress but with between the one on one service and overall amazing guest experience it was an easy choice for me to make. You can try and find your dress for cheaper somewhere else but considering this will be your one and only time buying a wedding dress personally I want great service and a great dress. So why not get both?? The service alone makes there prices well worth it. Darrian helped my best friend find her PERFECT wedding dress!! She was so energetic and made the experience great for all of us!

I am very disappointed at this place. There are many different reasons. We booked an appointment to get alternations done. We ended up spending a total of two and half hours there for two of us. Now I understand only one person doing alterations, but how we were treated while there was unacceptable. No apology for our wait or anything. She would be in the middle of doing ours and then go over to someone else who needed to go to work. Mind you im a patient person, but a simple apology couldve gone a long way. She had the very back of my sisters dress to do when she left us once again. She had about a two minute job left for us to be finished, yet went and did an entire gown. When we got the dresses back they werent even done the correct way. Also the price was way more than the original quote they gave us when we bought the dress.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and was welcomed whole heartedly! I had such an amazing experience there. Sara B made my appointment go so smoothly, and fun. I searched for dresses and they all made me feel beautiful and heard. I honestly think they were just as excited as I was when I said Yes to the Dress!

I Do Bridal Boutique is amazing! I looked at the other bridal shops in Fort Wayne and this was by far the best. I am a small lady and other stores I went to only carry sizes 12 and up so it was awesome coming to I Do Boutique where they have all sizes big and small available to try on! My daughter chose a dress from this place, and I paid for it at 5:43 p.m on Saturday. As soon as we left, my daughter decided it wasnt the dress she wanted. I called the next morning because the store closed right after we left. I was told I couldnt get a refund because all sales are final. I was told my daughter signed a contract saying all sales were final. I never saw the contract. It was my money on my debit card. Poor customer service. I could understand if I waited awhile, but I called the next day.

I tried on dresses at another place once before I came here, but it didn’t compare to the service of the employees! My consultant allowed me to try on the same dress a few times, pinned it up perfectly, how to floof it out perfectly, and added accessories. She knew when to step out of frame to allow conversation between me and my mom, and knew exactly when to come back in and put in her input. And I’m happy to say I found my dream dress!

I said yes to the dress at I Do! Darrian was AMAZING and helped me pick out a bunch of dresses that fit my style and my venue, but one REALLY stood out. I wasn’t expecting to find my dress on the first visit, but it was too perfect! I loved the wide selection from the designers I prefer, Allure and Maggie Sottero, and I had so much fun trying stuff on!

I had a great experience shopping for my dress with the consultant Lori! I brought 2 friends with me on a Friday evening. She gave us the run down of picking dresses to try and set me up with a room. It was nice to be given full attention and having assistance getting them on. The store is very nicely set up, loved the upbeat music playing in the background, and openness. I never felt pushed to make a decision. I found my dress with I Do and LOVE it!

First bridal shop I have been to and Lori made it a great experience for me. They have such a great variety of dresses to choose from and they are affordable. I found my wedding dress there. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop!

I was starting to feel defeated after trying on several dresses around town with no luck. I walked into I Do this morning with no appointment and first of all, I can’t believe how welcome I felt. Lori was so kind and fun to try on dresses with - The staff seemed genuinely excited to help me. I tried on less then half of the dresses I had tried elsewhere and every one of them fit better and more comfortably. The quality of these dresses, and the customer service, both exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Lori for helping me say YES to my gorgeous dress!

I ordered my dress in May and it is still not here. My mom and I have called and went into the store multiple times where the employees have lied about when my dress would be in. I was originally told it should be the end of November and now February is almost over and it’s still not here. I get married in 5 weeks so it is super concerning. I just wish there was better communication and clarity when the employees told us things. Don’t recommend for solely that reason, but I did love the process of trying the dresses on. The lady that helped me was super sweet and I absolutely love the dress I picked out and will be greatly disappointed if it does not arrive in time for my wedding.

AMAZING! I was so happy with my bridal experience. Darrian is amazing and the whole team went above and beyond to help me find my dream gown. Gowns were affordable, high quality, and the store was clean and trendy. I tried on so many styles and never once felt like the staff was annoyed- instead they just kept bringing better and better styles.

Got my dress here, and had a wonderful experience doing so. I went for my first appointment several weeks ago and was able to try on MANY different gowns. The service was very personal, and my consultant took into account everything from my personal style and wedding vision to my budget. I was able to pull dresses myself, but ultimately ended up purchasing a dress my consultant chose. She saw what I had been trying and listened to all my comments/hold-ups, so she suggested a few of her own. I ended up loving my dress even though it’s not one I would have initially chosen! I wasn’t ready to make a decision at the time, and there was no pressure from any of the staff. I went back today to try on my dress again, and this time I just knew it was the one. My dress is beautiful, unique, and fit my budget. Would definitely recommend!

I had the best experience at I Do Bridal Boutique with my consultant, Lori! She patiently listed to all of my likes and dislikes and found quite a few options that were just what I was looking for in a dress. I never once felt like I was being pressured to purchase a dress and did not feel rushed during my appointment even though I tried on many dresses. My experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this store!

I had such a great experience at I Do Bridal Boutique!! I went in with a vision in mind and my consultant, Brett, totally made it happen for me. We had had pretty negative experiences at other salons where they scolded my friends and family for pulling dresses for me, but the staff encouraged it at I Do. We had our own little private room for trying on dresses, which made the experience much more intimate and meaningful. Brett was so helpful and took all of my likes and dislikes of the different dresses into consideration to pick THE dress! I am so thankful for Brett and the entire I Do team for giving me such an amazing dress and fond memories to look back on.

I got my dress through the online sale event that lasted through April 7th. I got a great deal on it, and I just recently tried it on. Kirsten was my consultant and she helped me put it on. She knows her fabrics and she even helped me decide on what veil to wear with my dress. Kirsten also walked me through the timeline of dress appointments, including alteration appointments. If you can, get Kirsten when you shop for your dress! Professional and very kind!
