Overly satisfied. Im really picky when it comes to my truck but they kept me updated thru the whole process. They had a real task finding all my aftermarket parts but it looks and drives like a brand new truck again.

I had a great pulled pork sandwich and hubby had the Ruben. Both were mouth watering delicious and more than either of us could eat. Our waiter was awesome making sure all was well several times. The place was clean and decorated was very cool. Highly recommend! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟!

Was told to sign this paper if you want your car fixed. We signed the paper and never got a copy of it. It turned out it had a power of attorney section that allowed them to cash the check that was made out to me. Our vehicle was totalled and they told us they were going to return MY money to the insurance company and delay this terrible process even longer. BUYER BEWARE!

I was in an accident in 2014. They fixed my bumper. I returned to them last year because the bumper they fixed was falling off. They refused to help. Said I was probably hit again, in which I was not. I was involved in a hit and run 2 months ago. Took it to a different shop. That shop fixed this shops work for free. Said this shop didnt used the right rivets on my bumper and didnt align it correctly. I have never been back and never will.

I had a fantastic experience with these guys!I brought my civic in to have my bumper replaced after a minor fender bender, and Matt was great. He got me a quote very quickly and was able to answer all of my random questions. When it came time for me to have my repairs done, they gave me a great rate on a very nice rental, did the repairs quickly, and ended up doing the work slightly cheaper than what they quoted me. Im very happy with the work as well - my car looks brand new!

I had to have a door replaced in a color that everyone told me was extremely difficult to match. I got my car back this week and the paint job is perfect. Customer service was great and they provided a very nice rental car at no additional cost to me (just what my insurance would pay). Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Just got the trunk of my mom’s car fixed. Not only did they finish the car repair in half a day, they even gave us a free rental. Service was speedy and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had our daughters SUV shipped to Auto Collision from San Diego, CA to have them repair a dent in her vehicle. She was heading back to college at Purdue and needed her car fixed in a timely matter. We had heard from word of mouth this was a good company to repair her car. It was well worth the 2 hour drive back to Purdue in West Lafayette.They made this complicated situation extremely easy for us from start to finish. Her car was delivered on Wednesday and we picked it up on Friday. We couldnt even remember what side the damage was on. It looks perfect!!!!!! They really went above and beyond.

I was in a fender bender, other drivers fault, and I took my car to Auto Collision Service to get an estimate for their insurance. Quote came back reasonable. They told me it would take 2 days, and I got the car back good as new. Great service, polite staff, and they even gave me a small bottle of touch-up paint to match the color of my car (it is red, but with 16 years worth of paint fade I cant just use the original paint). I would definitely go back!

They have had my car for three weeks now for a job they said would take 3 to 5 days. Every time they say it’s ready, it looks the same. Don’t understand how they are one of the top rated repair shops in Fort Wayne.

Im only giving this place three stars for the simple fact that theyve had my car 18+ days now. Ive been ready to pick my car up for the longest. Well, today they closed at 5:30. They called to inform me that they would wait after for me. Let me remind you that they told me to I can come around 5:00 to get my car but I may still be waiting for them to wash it. I had to turn in my rental before coming to get my car. They told me they would wait. I got there at 5:45 and everyone was leaving as I was pulling up. No one stopped and acknowledged me or anything. So now Im without a car all weekend and I have to work all weekend. Thanks a lot Auto Collision ! I really hope this headache and wait is worth it Monday morning.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I dropped my van off to have a hole in the back of the roof repaired. I picked the van up to find rust all over inside like it had been left outside. A front desk woman looked at it and told me they probably just forgot to clean it up. I attempted to clean up the rust without much success. It is all along the door frame and on metal inside.

I have had occasion to take my car to Auto Collision Service for repairs a couple of times. In both cases they did a beautiful job. I could not tell where the damage had been. Service has always been cordial and professional, and I was able to utilize one of their vehicles while mine was being repaired. My experiences with Auto Collision could not have gone more smoothly. I would recommend them highly.

Took my vehicle there and they did a great job on the door. They had over spray on the rest of the vehicle plus my chrome rims and luckily the insurance company took it to the Auto Mall and they did a great job fixing what this place did. Plus they had fingerprints on my glove compartment console in the back seat pouches where they were rummaging through my vehicle and I have pictures of everything. Dont bring your vehicle here..

Top rate auto body shop!!

I would give this place less stars if I could. I was in an accident awhile back that was not my fault. This was the network body shop of the responsible parties insurance company. Initially I was told my repairs would be completed within a week. Then I was told two weeks. By the time everything was said and done my car was with this shop for close to a month then after I got the car back I still had issues and had to return it for a few more days. My radiator was damaged in the accident and over a year later I still have issues with the new parts they installed. Despite my long wait time for repairs I was never even granted so much as an apology just blank stares and shoulder shrugs when I voiced my complaints and concerns. My car ended up worse for this experience.

Quality Service anywhere from the receptionist to the owner I had a very pleasant experience and they did a great job on my car

Ive had work done twice here and both times Ive had to take the car to another shop to fix something they fixed. Avoid at all cost. Save yourself the headache.

One star is giving them too much credit. I have NEVER received such poor service. They took two weeks longer than promised. There was overspray everywhere. They broke parts that they refused to fix claiming that they were already broken. They used zip ties to fasten parts that they broke in order to hide it from me. Stay as far away as possible from this place. You will regret it.
