The paint quality is awesome. I like it but they just didnt paint my type r wing right. I want the white on the side and black in the middle. They did it opposite.Honestly, most of the other places will still charge you full amount and didnt care either you like it or not. Thats happened to me all the time and I really got upset.Anyway, I was surprised they didnt charge me anything. I will see if I like it later on. If I like it, I would like to come pay full amount of the cost.I live in fort wayne where it has quite amount of Burmese population, and if my fellow Burmese friends see my reviews, I Definitely recommend this place.I didnt give the place 5 star because I got it for free. The priced is better than other places. I called the paint shop around, ask them a price and compare to this shop. I found this place is the cheapest one in town. The paint has a high quality of color code that you will satisfied. I met two guys there and they are very friendly. I trust them.

The staff was very pleasant and receptive. Quote for the fender replacement, repaint and polish was very reasonable. The work was quoted as 3 days, but did take 4-1/2 days, because the replacement fender was damaged, and they had a color matching issue. The final price was exactly as quoted, with no surprises, and the final end product was perfect. Very satisfied with staff and workmanship, and I therefore highly recommend Maaco!

The guys at Maaco on Lima are top notch. Super helpful and they do amazing work. I have had my Volkswagen body work repaired by them a couple times now and they have repaired it to perfection each time. Highly recommend them and their quality work.

Nico is a true professional. I took my car in and it is 10 years old and got all of it repainted, along w some body work. The first time I got it back, I saw a few things that concerned me, but I took it in and Nico fixed it. We also took in our family mini van that needed work and that came out great too. Maaco repainted my 2014 Ridgeline after the factory clear coat started to peel away. They also removed door dings and other minor dents. They did a great job and touched up a few minor imperfections without complaint. I am super satisfied with the quality.

Just got back my 1981 Pontiac Grand Prix from getting painted and it came out immaculate. The two gentlemen that were doing the body work on my car were professionals. From the finishing product it’s obvious they went above and beyond. Their manager was kind enough to allow me too take pictures of my car once it was sanded down prior to being painted. I will be returning the near future with my BMW X3.

Brought in my 1995 mustang body was in good shape asked to have them fix the dents in the doors the fenders paint the whole car replace the striping on it and they did a wonderful job they went over my expectations the car is beautiful when I received it back I would definitely bring back my next project to them because I trust them they did such a good job the manager was helpful courteous keep me informed on what’s going on a plus place you should bring your cars there The price was very reasonable

There was another dent that was by the driver door and I forgot to mention it to them when I turned my car in and one of the service men saw the dent and fix it as well and when I went to pick up my car that dent that I didnt even mentioned to them was fixed as well. There staff pays very closed attention to detail make sure your car is looking brand new. well I am so glad that I went to Maaco collision repair. Nico is a great manager and he took good car of my car while it was in his shop.

If I could give them a zero... I DEFINITELY WOULD. Referred by my mom who has done business with them since they were on Decatur Rd... Sent my fiance up there to get an estimate, and he was told the first time they they were too busy, and short staffed to come back later. He went to have our tires looked and came back and spoke to the owner about an estimate on what we were wanting to done. They quoted him a price of $200, and told him that they were 3 weeks out. I call yesterday to schedule an appt, and the same guy doesnt remember anything and doesnt have any memory of talking to my fiance according to our conversation. Now we work a normal day job in which a lot of businesses are closed once we get off and pick up our kids, so actually finding time in our schedule to have things like this done is a difficult. I was told without the quote that he couldnt do anything. I asked if this was policy to have quote, and if so why wouldnt the person who talked to my fiance do his job properly and input that into the system. He didnt have answer other than to say Im not sure, but I dont have anything in the computer for him(my fiance). I hung up the phone called my Finance to see if he could recall the person whom he spoke with. come to find out it was the owner himself. Sad sad sad. I call back, and get the owner and tell him the information I was given, and he still dont remember nothing. Now I have a orange Dodge Caliber which is not a common vehicle or color and it stands out. At this time I am upset, because as I stated before the vehicle was brought up there twice so there is time and gas wasted because the owner did not do his job properly the first time. I now would have to figure out how to get the vehicle up there for a 3rd time. Fortunately my fiance got off work early and took it up there. This time he spoke to the son of the owner who told him that after his father hung with me he all of sudden remembered the vehicle and the quote given to my fiance. The son gives an estimate, sets a date for the car to be worked on and my Fiance leaves. Today the owner calls and tells my fiance that he doesnt want to do the work because I was rude to him, but it wasnt rude that my gas was wasted a total of 3 times as well as my time. It wasnt rude that as a businessman who holds his employees to a certain standard that he doesnt follow his self caused a problem, and because I wasnt nice to his standards he doesnt want to do the work. Didnt apologize or nothing for wasting my time in the first place. I should have taken my business elsewhere when my fiance went up there the first time and was told to come back because they were busy. So much for great customer service, and taking accountability for your actions and the experience that your business created. Out of all the places that I could have chose I chose to come to you, and because you feel like I was rude after you wasted my time you cancel my appt. Just know that I will never recommend anybody come there for anything and I am pretty sure you have lost my mom as a customer too. WAY TO GO MACCO! Just an FYI I could have been an irate customer you know the ones that cuss you out and yell and scream, and I wasnt I held your business accountable for poor performance in customer service. The average business would have taken this as a learning experience and at least tried to understand why the consumer was upset and what could have been done on their part to make the situation better, but instead they shoved it all on me like they did nothing wrong.

Maaco did an excellent job repairing our vehicle. It looks like a new vehicle again! The service was perfect and I was also impressed by the fact that they cleaned the inside of my vehicle as well. I would definitely recommend them!

I would never recommend or go back to this place. Theyre rude especially the owner. They dont communicate with you at all but then charge you as if you were in the loop with everything. My car sat for over a month and they literally did nothing. I kept calling to check on my car and was always told we should be done by the end of the week. I kept calling. I finally got fed up and was told oh well you never came in to talk to us after Ive told them how many calls I made. I mean if you have my car I cant just up and run to the shop everyday thats why I called. Anyways the manager/owner was very rude and at the end of the day my car will towed to a reliable place where they communicate and care about customer satisfaction. Terrible place and service. I will be contacting the BBB as well.

They did a horrible job on my truck. They told me they could match my paint from a previous Maaco company but it was a lie and I left with my truck not being finished smdh.

It just costs too much for a $399 paint job thats on sale. The estimate came in at almost $1300. The TV ads are very misleading. Im not saying they dont do good work, but its like a doctors office. All paid for by insurance and if youre a self pay, they think youre an insurance company with deep pockets. Was treated very nicely by the manager, however.

THE BEST DEAL AROUND!!!!!!!!! Nobody touches their prices because I checked EVERYWHERE before I took my 2003 RED MUSTANG to them. I had other estimates from $3500 to $5000 for a full paint job and fixing some dents. Their quote was $1300 and the car looks GREAT!

They are the best Body Shop in Fort Wayne maybe even Indiana! We had a dent and couples of bad scratches on our Prius and they did such a wonderful job. It was like brand new. Moreover, they gave us the best price in town and charged us the same as the quote. We shopped around at 5 different places and one place even quoted 3 times higher but we took a chance and went with Maaco, and we did not regret it. The customer service is excellent. On baby Maaco CAME in the THE CLUTCH! Fixed my rear and front bumber after a cart slammed into my shi at the grocery store.The Culprits obviously didnt go into the grocery store and say her man, my shopping cart hit your car, heres my insurance, my apology.Because everyone got money to be crazy but not to be responsible.

I had a 97 olds cutles supreme, went to what i thought was s macco shop come to find out the guy running the shop kept the macco name but wasnt a true macco, so went to the one off of lima rd buy Glenbrook, told him about what happened said he would get hold of main office about it never heard from them though about taking my 07 grand prix in to see if they would give my a good deal !!!# this was over 18 years ago.

I was lucky enough to have a hit and run driver really mess up my front bumper, only two days later I was tagged in the back bumper. With a $500 deductible I was left with about $240. I came into the Fort Wayne Maaco for the $199 bumper special.I knew that this was just for paint, they also had do do work for preparation and repair to make it look right. To my great surprise I was quoted a great price less than half of what the insurance company had wanted to repair just one bumper at another body shop. What a fantastic job they did, my Kia Soul looks just as nice as it did on the show room floor. During the repair work they were very accommodating and best of all had the work completed within the time they quoted. I was totally happy with the service at ft wayne maaco. they give me a quote while I was there, I accepted, left the car and it was done before the due date, right on the quote to the penny, and the work was outstanding. there pricing was great and nico was amazing. he goes the extra mile to get you as a customer and does what it takes to keep you. It would be nice to be able to put pictures on here my brand new rims and tires all had white overspray on my black rims painting the Mufflers white when they were silver brand new interior had over spray which I may be a little my fault I left the roof off the paints falling off underneath the rear bumper says they wont repent unless I take the bumper off switch on a 92 Nissan 300ZX takes a whole lot of time and theres lights and all kinds of stuff in the rear bumper overspray on the weather stripping

I got my truck painted in june. They charged me 3500 dollars to fix bedside dent and repaint truck. They didnt sand any of the wheel wells before painting. There was tape on wheel wells where there used to be fender flares and rather than remove tape they painted over it. Within a month of paintjob the tape started peeling ant they just peeled tape and filled tape spots. Still didnt sand like they were supposed to. 6 months later all 4 wheel wells have visable rust and of course no rust warranty on paintjob even though they were supposed to sand and never did even though they had my truck twice. I will never deal with them again.

Macco Fort Wayne has been exceptional to deal with. I have had them paint two corvettes and both were dine very well. Rick and Nicco are very easy to deal with and the work is done very quickly. Color match snd paint quality are very good. I recomend them.

Took my car in to get body repairs done they said two weeks that turned into two months I got my car back finally now its having mechanical problems that was not present when I dropped the car off my air bag light check engine light,abs light and the traction control light are all on I called the next day and I was told that it left the lot so we cant do anything bout it unless you pay to get it fixed. Now I was not happy with that I dont know who I talked to but I will not be coming back here and none of my family as well
