Ive been taking my cars to TimeSaver for many years. I absolutely trust the employees, Ive never felt like they were cheating me or taking advantage of me. 4 years ago I moved from FWB to Freeport, so now its an hour drive to get there, but I still take my car there for work. A couple weeks ago I made an appointment and dropped my car off for the entire day, they were able to do an oil change, change out spark plugs, replace front brakes, install a new pump for the windshield washer (which I bought myself and brought in), and rotate my tires, all under 500$.

Great staff. Professional, knowledgeable and quick.I arrived late in the day just before closing they were as cheerful ever while servicing my car.

Been bringing my vehicles here for oil changes for YEARS. I’ve never been there longer than 30 minutes from when I pulled in the parking lot till I pulled out - usually in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the prices are super reasonable. I recommend Time Saver to anyone that asks. You will not be disappointed.

What are the two men working here are true professionals they had my car jacked up on the rack and they were finished with it in 15 minutes and they didn’t overcharge me went through all my fluids to make sure everything was at the right height I had synthetic oil put in the car they topped off all fluids and it was less than $60 which is the Cadillac place with a cost me 200 these guys really want your business and they really work hard for it I found them very professional

I pulled up to the shop today and waited about 10 minutes for a mechanic, so I stepped out of the car and the mechanic stared straight at me and didnt say anything as he saw me step out and just kind of look around for someone working. I said Sir, do I need to just wait out out here? In a very kind manner. He looked at me and just stared and said Well, yeah. Itll only be 10 minutes for this one. (very poor customer service). I then pull my car up when theyre done with the truck ahead of me and the mechanic working just stares at me when I get out of my car. Nothing like Hi maam how can we help you today? Or Thanks for waiting maam. What can we do for you? Just stared at me without saying anything to me at all. No greeting. I told him I was referred by someone and asked if he was Brian (the name of the person I had been recommended to see). He says no that Brian wont be in until Monday. I ask if theyre able to assist me and he said he couldnt get me any prices until Monday when the mechanic is back in. The gentleman who didnt acknowledge me and just stared at me told me he only works there some Saturdays. As a military spouse and employee, who is new to the area looking for a reliable and dependable mechanic, this experience was terrible. To not be acknowledged as a customer when I pulled my car up to be helped. I then went to another shop and was treated with respect and very kind assistance. I will not be recommending Time-Saver to any of our friends in the area.

Quick! and Happy! I had my oil change and add on service completed. The mechanic took his time and reset my Engine light that was caused by a faulty service by the service department at local Ford dealership. In past I contacted Ford and was told only if the Engine light is blinking than that raises an owners concern. Brian is the manager and he is top notch. I trust whatever he says. He and the staff always take care of me. Its the only place in town including the dealer I get service. If they think its out of their expertise then they recommend a place the is also great. Brian is 100% top notch.

Perfect cause the kids (3 of them) and I can sit in the car. Service usually only takes about 20 minutes. They are friendly and affordable. They even are helpful between oil changes. We are always made to feel welcome! Keep up the good work guys!! 💯🏆👏

Used to love going here for oil changes. But they dont follow up on their word.I was told Monday when I went for an oil change I could call up on Wednesday and the guy said he can for sure work on it and that its no problem. So I call them today and the guy who answered says they arent doing that type of job today, its a first come first serve type of place and they wouldnt be able to get to it until next week. I am no longer going here for oil changes. They lost my business and I will never recommend it to anyone. Only gave them two stars because they were always fast.

I have been coming here for years with my company vehicles as well as my personal vehicles. Brian and his team are very trustworthy and they do great work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND then.

Been getting the iol changed in my truck at this place for over 12 years. Would not take it anyplace else. They offer mechanical work as well. I recommend highly.

Brian has been servicing my 2001 Silverado since 2002! He is the greatest and I dont trust anyone else to service my Betsy! Yes she has 165000 miles but she looks and drives like a dream! I have driven from Texas just to have her serviced at this Timesaver! And they are very reasonable on prices too! Love love love!

I really like this place. We almost always take our Carpet Cleaning trucks to Timesaver for oil changes and this is the best one to goto because Brian is there. I always feel comfortable knowing Brian will check everything out and take care of our interest and what they tell you is an honest assessment. Hope u dont need your car fixed this week. They have 1 person who is a tech capable of fixing cars and he is booked through next week. (god bless his soul) They have nobody to run the office (management?) So upon arriving i had nobody to speak with and had to walk into the garage (unsafe and innappropriate just ask their insurance company)... completely unprofessional, i could imagine the reason they have only 1 mechanic ...

I have regularly used the services at Time Saver for over 20 years, without incident or fault.The best thing is I can count on Time Saver to tell me the truth & always be there .I recommend anyone who drives a car to get an oil change there& also most engine repairs can also be handled professionally by them.
