Went here to get a simple oil change and they stripped my drain plug. I will be changing my own oil from now on ive never had to deal with this until now.

I did not have to wait long, i dont know much about cars but they helped me and educated me and when i asked questions, did not get annoyed but was happy to answer. They even gave me tips and instructions, and i very much appreciated!!

First of all, I love that you remain in your car for an oil change! My car is more comfy than sitting in an awkward waiting area (and safer these days). Next, the attendant was super professional and friendly. I like that they show you your dip stick after the oil is changed (no hidden shortage on oil) and check all the lights, etc. Stephan and his crew are top notch.

I went to three other places to get my oil changed. Nobody was capable of changing the oil in a BMW. I pull into Express Oil Change and they were like sure, no problem. Great service and friendly staff.

Tried to go there for an oil change over the weekend and was basically yelled at by one of the employees because they are short staffed. He then proceeded to inform me that they are short staffed because no one in this town wants to work. This was completely unacceptable, unprofessional behavior. I didnt come to hear your unsolicited opinions, I came for an oil change.I decided to wait until Monday for the oil change, went to a place around the corner and had a wonderful experience.

Watched the young man with the ratchet was very sloppy with taking the oil filter out. I also watched them use a drill to loosen my air filter housing. I noticed when he was putting the bolts back in he struggled with one and didnt correct the problem he just left it that way. I came home and had to correct the problem myself. I will NOT take any of my vehicles back here.

Chandler and Randall were great. Just moved back into town and needed to find a place that does everything. This will definitely be my regular shop for my car.

Quick efficient and reasonably priced

Randall is the man. Its the only place I get my oil done at. They are super friendly and very professional. You always feel welcomed there no matter how busy they are.

Fast and thorough. Not the cheapest oil change in town but reasonably priced. They have a very ringing process they follow that gives me confidence that they will do the work correctly and not send me out the door without oil etc.... they don’t upsell hard like some places, but they have occasionally recommended a new air filter etc. I checked the price on filter online and it was something like $29 installed here vs $19 at Autozone or nAPA. I think that is reasonable. I had tires rotated and balanced on one occasion and that was fast and easy at reasonable cost. Much less hassle than going to the dealer.

Scheduled an appointment for an alignment, 25 to 30 minute job. I expected to wait 45 minutes to an hour, nope… the guy took my key and said it would be at least an hour and half, probably closer to two hours. When I asked why that long when an appointment was scheduled he proceeded to tell me that it takes two hours to do an alignment, total BS. Took my keys back, went to the new place across from Harley and was out in 40 minutes.

I have NEVER had my oil changed in any vehicle that quickly. Super clean place. The guys I interacted with (Stephen & Charles) were very kind and professional. Will definitely be going here from now on.

I went to take 5 to get my oil changed and after 15 to 20 mins they still haven’t started my oil change so I called express oil change they had a bay open I got right in and the manager I think Steve sorry bad with names started on my truck and they still had 3 other cars in there the guys were great jumping from my truck to fill fluids and back to the other cars getting us all done in a timely manner great job guys you definitely get my business from now on

Guess who came back to the ONLY place around here I trust with my car... single mom and tire pressure light came on while riding to work. On way home pulled in and Randall took great care of us and checked all tires and aired up the one that was low... in and out in less than 5 minutes and best customer service around!

Pretty quick, no complaints.

They were insistent that a full synthetic oil change with there filter would only last 3000 miles and informed me that I need to go online and read the fine print. (Were they about to do a conventional oil change?) This a common myth and goes against manufacturer recommendations. Wasted 40 minutes of my life to deal with that nonsense.

I have always changed my own oil but after the AMAZING customer service and price I just got at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers across from Walmart I will keep coming back. I highly recommend them! They went above and beyond. The manager Stephen was very informative and the 2 techs were awesome!

Came by the other day for an oil change and received great service! Randall and Michael were the ones who mostly serviced my car. I ended up needing a belt replaced and they showed me why and talked me through the process, instead of just telling me and doing it. Amazing service. I was in a hurry to get on the road for a trip on the day before Thanksgiving and they helped me immediately. There was a line to wait but they pulled me aside and worked on my truck. I truly appreciated it; it was just a headlight, but they still took it as important. Though it took longer than expected they never complained but appreciated me as a customer. These guys are awesome. Great service!

Tell your friends. Great customer service. They will let you know whats wrong with your vehicle of something is wrong. They also print out of what your vehicle needs per xxxx years or by how many miles your car has.

This has been the only place Ive have taken my vehicle for an oil change since they opened. Fast service, reasonable prices and the customer service and mechanic team are always friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. Went in for alignment, tried to tell me different parts were shot not knowing they were all just replaced. Went back to my original mechanic who showed me all the parts were good. Went down to Pepboys and they got me right in for an alignment without issues or mentions of the $1200 worth or repairs that Express said I needed for them to do the alignment. I will never be back after this attempted con job.

Stephen, the manager, did a super job calling around to find the precise oil needed for my GMC Canyon diesel. I was both surprised and happy that he took the time and trouble to do that. Great service and good people to work with!

They always do a good job, but the Technician today check everything, things I didn’t even realize needed to be check. He was very polite and went out of his way. More expensive then most other places in town but well worth it.

An amazing all around experience! When I called they didn’t have my tires in stock but Stephen was able to find well priced tires and get them there by the next day. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was greeted by Charles and they immediately took my car back for service. The waiting area was clean and spacious. It only took one hour to do my oil and change two tires. At the end I was greeted by Kap who was awesome. He removed all the disposable floor and steering wheel covers, and even opened the door for me! I was originally quoted one price and when I went to check out it was a bit higher. Kap immediately got Charles (the manager) and he was able to adjust the price to my original quote. There was no haggling or arguing and the problem was fixed immediately. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer thanks to Kap!

Great place!!! I waited maybe 5 min on a rainy day and was in and out. Very professional and kind. I needed an air filter and wiper blades but did not feel pressured at all to buy it. They even will install a filter for me. Ladies day and got 5 bucks off. I think Zach helped me out and he was nice! Always refreshing to get what you need done in a timely fashion without pressure to do other things. Found my oil changing place!

These guys are great! Service has always been super friendly, speedy and HONEST.They explain everything theyre doing and patiently clarify or answer any questions you may have. Oil changes are done while you sit in your car and theyll show you your levels and parts as they change/clean everything.When, out of curiosity, I randomly asked about getting an interior cover for one of my rearview lights the nearby PB forgot to replace a few years prior, the manager kindly recommended some sites to order the part from and that I just do it myself as it would be much cheaper (and even saying it would be ok when I asked if I could bring it by if I couldnt figure out what to do, but reassured me it was very simple and he didnt think Id need to).

We are VERY particular about our cars...we treat them like adopted family. So when our newest addition needed some work done (alignment, tire rotation and balance) we gave this place an audition...and happy we did! They are extremely courteous, prompt, professional, clean, honest, and competitively priced. As a mechanic I can see through BS, “add on services”, and “critical fixes” that aren’t really needed—I didn’t experience anything like that here. I was also impressed with the quality of their work, so when it comes to services I can’t do at home they are now our go-to shop. Give them a try and discover for yourself what a relief it is to have a mechanic you can trust keep your adoptions tip top.

I have come here to this location and they have always taken great care of me. Today I came in and with an oil leak and Stephen did everything to take care of me. He suggested all the right things to determine the exact location of the leak and discussed what the options would look like from there. Wonderful experience overall and will definite continue to return!

I came by your shop Wednesday, December 5thWhen driving home from Pensacola my coolant light came on. It was about 5 minutes prior to closing and I asked your employee Mike if he could top off my coolant and he stated he would be glad to. When opening the hood he found my coolant line had cracked and it was everywhere. By this time it was past 6 and another employee Chris stepped up to help Mike and they ensured that my car wasrepaired to get me to the dealership the following am. I cannot express the AWESOME customer service these gentleman provided and they did not have to as your store was ultimately closed. I only wish that I experienced the customer service from other stores as I experienced that day from your two employees. I cannot thank them enough and how appreciative I was for their kindness!! You lost me as a customer today. This is the second time I have had a bad experience. A year ago I was told there were metal shavings in my oil. Went to the garage I used for repairs and my engine is fine. Today I had my tires rotated after an oil change. Turns out I have a bad radial. I had to have them rotated back. Before all this I was talked down to by an employee. I have a better than average understanding of vehicle maintenance. It would have been nice to have my $24.99 refunded to me. You lost a regular and I will just use my regular shop, Keller Tires, for oil changes. Keller would have refunded me and not talked down to me. UPDATE I did email the address provided and not a single response. So glad I have never returned there and stopped referring others to go there as well.

Blew up oil filter coolant housing on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. They over tightened the housing. according to spec it should be no more than 13 new pounds and I saw these guys wrenching this thing. Worst part is it wouldnt take responsibility for it. Just another form of corporate greed and shady business practices.

Rolled up a little more than 10 minutes til close on a Friday, totally owning the title of that guy when the tech, Troy, came out. I asked if they were getting ready to close and he said yeah, but asked what I needed. I told him I just needed a standard oil service and he said to bring it on in. These guys are great and the service manager, Steven, is always quick to let you know what you do and dont really need. I worked on cars for a while and none of these guys have ever been shady in the least, nothing but courteous and professional.

I hit a pothole on my way home from work right before closing. I thought I was doomed. But when I stopped in they came to my rescue! The staff was very professional and so helpful! They were able to change my oil, fix my tire, and have me on my way in 30 minutes! Thank you!

As a girl going to a car shop I’ve always had bad experiences. The mechanics always up-sell me or try to scare me into getting something fix that really doesn’t need fixing at all. But at this location I have never felt this way. The men are always nice and polite. I never feel pressured into getting something done to my vehicular. They always take care of just what I need.
