Premier Paint and Body is the best in town in my book. I drive for Uber and need my car to stay in top shape. I had an issue with my front bumper and stopped in for an estimate but they secured my bumper in minutes and were extremely accommodating and comforting. They will have my future business before any other.

Brought my 04 subaru wrx sti here after having it at another shop that was taking far too long and the quality was not up to my standards. Decided to bring it to premier because they were one of the only shops that would take the job with me bringing in my own parts. I am so glad i decided to bring it to them. The work is of the highest quality, the communication was great, the price was fair, and the work was completed faster than expected.

I am a very particular person who takes my car in ANYWHERE. I was very skeptical to get my door repaired from any body shop at all. I had my door serviced and my door check broke and left a slight ding where my door had folded from hurricane Sally.I went to premier and Kyle was my dude! He was professional, straight forward and reasonable with any questions or concerns I had . Scott being one of my friends and works in the paint section of premier left a promising result on my car. Needless to say I am beyond satisfied with the results on my infiniti Q50. Everything checked out perfect, price was firm and they do take insurance claims (just an FYI)I highly recommend these guys! They did repair work on my body after someone had hit my bumper and quarter panel, it took weeks longer than expected and they didn’t even paint the other side of my bumper to make it match, my emblems aren’t lined up right, my seatbelt light won’t turn off either, definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I brought my vehicle in for an appraisal and discussion about the needed repairs. I was given an honest and very respectful response. I made arrangements to bring it in the following month. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and picked it up all repaired and repainted in less than 10 days. The workmanship and end results were absolutely perfect and it looks better than it did when new.. I highly recommend this auto body shop if ever you may need any body work done no matter how bad the damage.. they know their business very well..

This shop is amazing. I took my Yukon XL Denali there and from the estimate to the finished paint work, I could not have asked for more!!! I felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle when I left, and for a woman with OCD about paint matching and finish, they killed it. I couldn’t find a thing that wasn’t perfection! The only thing better than the work they did was the price! They will definitely be my go to place for any work I need done in the future!!!

For the first time in my life I was involved in a very bad accident due to a negligent driver. The first part of this amazing experience started when Premiers preferred tow service defended me and protected me on the phone during a three-way call with the insurance company of the driver at fault. I decided to have Jordan at Premier take care of the $11,000 worth of repairs that were needed (I could have picked any body shop!) and not only did Jordan start on the repairs right away, he also communicated with my insurance company on my behalf and kept me informed the entire time. Jordan and the guys at Premier are so amazing, professional and I trust them completely. My Chevy Equinox held up and protected me like a champ and I have no problem driving it now after Jordan and his team put it back together. I know its just as safe as the day I bought it. I would recommend anyone and everyone to use Premiers services and I am glad that things worked out the way they did because I will be using Premier again. This is an amazing group, 5 stars isnt enough!

I was in a pinch... I had to ship out my car on short notice and the paint didn’t pass inspection. I had a VERY short window to find resolution. Premier was the only one to work with me. Their techs worked well beyond closing to ensure my timeline was met. On top of that... excellent work! I can’t say enough about the service all around. Oh, and the price was significantly lower than other if they would have done the job.

I have always had trouble when going to any car shop or mechanic. Being taken advantage of because i am a woman & don’t know anything about cars. The gentleman who wrote up my estimate explained everything to me and was very through. I got into a finder binder and I had a few other things that I had been neglecting on my car that I was able to get done along with the damage from the wreck. They were able to fix everything that i needed fixed with the amount of money that i had. The estimate didn’t change. They didn’t call me and tell me of other problems or try to change up the price on me. I will continue to go to premier paint and body for as long as I live here. Hands down the BEST place to take your car or truck for repair. They did some serious mechanical work to our truck at a very reasonable price. We made the drive from Destin and it was worth it. They know their stuff and treat people right. 5 star. We will take all of our vehicles there from now on and will suggest friends do as well.

The body repairs were less than expected,but I have major troubles with my electronics on and around my rear bumper since they worked on it. First, the trunk keyless would not work and a day later, more problems showed up.The car was towed to the dealership where they had to replace the wiring to the rear bumper radar sensors and hands free access module.My Husband was standing on the side of the road for hours waiting for the tow truck on a Sunday and we had to use Uber to get the kids home.Even though the bodywork less then expected, the amount of electronics in today’s upscale cars clearly demand that body shops be able to competently protect and perform restoration of electronics components on body features of the car.Based on the level of failure, I requested a refund against my substantial repair cost. This vendor refused to make any adjustment.

It took 3 weeks for them to replace my bumper. No walk through on what they did when I picked it up. Arrived home and noticed shade of paint is lighter, then noticed scratches all over brand new bumper they never replaced. And the car was not cleaned from the shop dust as well. Black piece was not replaced from the accident under the bumper. I brought it back and they took care of everything. Because of their great performance this time. Everything is beyond expectations.

Had my 74 Volkswagen Camper van get a makeover at Premier Paint and Body Works and it is AWESOME. They did a great job and had it done faster than the windshield could be delivered!! Highly recommend!

My 2008 Evolution X was beginning to show how old it was: missing front lip and almost zero paint left on the rear tail lip. If youre like me and trust a very small amount of people with your car - or none at all - do not hesitate to hand Jordan @ Premier the keys.Jordan and the rest of the Premier Paint and Body Works team did a wonderful job taking a non-OEM lip and removing the taped rear lip, spraying it to match an 8-year old paint job that is no where near what it was in 2008, and installing everything to perfection. I will definitely be going back to Premier to fix the horrible hood respray from another shop.

Friendly people and helpful dealing with the insurance company. They repaired my frame and replaced the bumper. Only thing they couldnt do was replace the molding they couldnt get, but they were able to bend out the damage. Glad to get my SUV back! :-)

Premier Paint and Body works is a family owned and ran company. That is the excat way they treat you when doing buisness with them...family. Most people are scared they are going to get ripped off when going into body shops. That couldnt be further from the truth when dealing with owner Jordan Sharon. He made us feel like family and layed out excatly what the cost were being used for and what was going to be done to our vehicles. He did just what he said he was going to do. Kept us informed on when and how everything was being completed and it was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this body shop to anybody in the Okaloosa and surrounding areas. It is easy to see how the Sharons have been doing being great buisness here for almost 60 years ! It is well worth your time and money to see them as they make it their priority not to waste it.
