Start by saying they tow my vehicle and they refuse to delivered at home, instead they park it in their yard adding storage fee to the bill. Not very cooperative with me or Geico plus nasty attitude over the phone. They are not going to have any business from me or references at all. Avoid or at least be skeptical of this co.

My car got towed there. I dont recall seeing a body man so I dont think they do collision or paint.. But just dont know. 150.00. Bucks to tow literally one. Block is steep and i think when I questioned it and a home town price..idk..A note? 120.? I was concerned until I found out that it is an additional 50 bucks a day afterward.and everyday thereafter... It just doesnt pass the reasonable or rational. Smell test. Didnt see Tom Terrific Tina there. He must have sold out.The one star rating is based on the merit of not knowing how to give 1/2 🌟 and the fact that. A quarter star isnt enough and a 1 And 1/2 is too much.. Go see Rick at Tony Bigots...Late

Special thank you to mr. Patrick Williams! We needed an angel, and there he was. What started out as a day trip with my family of 6 (4 kids under 10) quickly got turned upside down when my front drivers side wheel broke off in traffic in ft. Walton. Patrick came to our rescue! He towed our vehicle to his boss’s shop (Richard Tona), and he worked on Sunday when they were closed to get us back home to Biloxi, Mississippi on Monday! We are forever thankful!!

I pay u to fix my car not to fix it for free so please be a little respectful to your customers. First off all, you called me to pick up my car said all done. So when I pickup and realized my car not been completely fixed and call back u said bring it back and not even one word to apologize to me! That is a bad business right there! Bad customer service, suck worker. Rudest people, please DO NOT bring your car there. find a better place then Tona Auto Collision On Hollywood. DO NOT get your money to them. Bring your car to another place where do they appreciate your business.

Tona’s is the most professional and friendly auto body shop around. They do excellent collision repair. Our 4Runner had bumper and fender damage; the repairs looked perfect when finished. They value their customers, always taking time to explain services needed and received. I highly recommend Tona’s Auto & Collision center.

Friendly and honest. I went there to repair my ac. They couldve charged me for a new part but he repaired it for a great price. Its been over a year and still works.
