Just wanted to leave a quick review to acknowledge the outstanding service we received from Brexton. My battery decided to die on my car about an hour after I left. I had gone to TJ Maxx and do not live in the area. Brexton drove to TJ Maxx and jumped me off and made sure I was able to drive off. He went above and beyond.

Took good care of multiple body work issues on my car. Coordinated with insurance and rental car agency, and kept me in the loop throughout. Excellent workmanship and customer service!

Do not recommendEvery time I interacted with this company, they either told me something incorrect, told me whatever they told me last time was incorrect, or told me they were charging me more. I dropped the car off for a week while I was out of town for a bumper repair. They called me the next day with an estimate. I said that was fine and asked if they could finish the work that week while I was gone. They said they could. But when I picked it up, it had not been repaired. Oops. We had miscommunicated. They meant they could have the estimate done by the end of the week. The estimate they had already completed and called me about. Ok. Whatever. I made an appointment for repair a couple weeks later. They called me the day before the appointment. Oops. They were overbooked and would need to reschedule me. I finally got it in weeks later. I paid half in advance so they could preorder the parts. They said it would take two days. I called the day it was supposed to be done and they said I could pick it up that afternoon. But when I came in they said oops, they must have been thinking of a different Camry. Mine wouldn’t be done until the next day. The next day I got a call: oops they found more damage when they took the bumper off. It would cost me $500 more dollars. I don’t know how they made an estimate or what they did with the car that first time I dropped it off if they didn’t take the bumper off, but whatever. Then I got another call: oops, it won’t be done for another 4 days. I had told them I would be out of town, which is why I scheduled the repair when I did. Oh well. When I finally got in to pick it up, oops, we can’t login to our system to check you out. The repair job looks fine. But $500 over the quote and after weeks of delays and poor communication.Update: their excellent customer service continues: after I posted this review I got an angry phone call that I “had it out for them” along with a bunch of excuses. No taking responsibility. No apology. So awkward.

Took it in for insurance claim and damage no inspection was done, got an at cost repair, after I called to complain about half a tank of gas that was gone and the not fixed front end never got a safety inspection after i paid out of pocket. Had to spend over 600 in parts for the front end after them to get the car back to safe.

Folks, this is not me to take the time to write a review, but beware of the workmanship that takes place in this shop and geico reps. that try to talk you into using them. My brand new truck (3 months old when I got hit) has been in this shop for the third time now getting original repairs fixed again or correctly under warranty.The first time I received my vehicle I got home to find a ding in the back of the cab painted over, stuff was banging and rattling under the bed and I found fuel fill lines not reattached, a bed bolt cross threaded and left loose, scratches down to the metal on both cab corners they did reinstalling the bed, and my taillight wires hanging almost out from under the bottom of the bed by the bulb sockets.(not refastened).I took it back showed them all the things I found wrong and was told (sorry we will fix it).I got it back the second time with a different flaw in the back of the cab (the ding was fixed though) one side of cab was fixed where they scuffed it up putting the bed on but the other side was untouched, taillight wires still hanging by the sockets, and the bed was bolted strait to the frame on the driver side with no insulators. Pictures attached are from this second time at this shop.The third times a charm they say. I just got my truck back again, but its been raining and cold so I havent gave it a good inspection yet, but either way it will not be going back to this shop even though it is under warranty. It never should have left the first time with all these flaws.Luckily for me I have been in the auto mechanic industry my whole life and found these mistakes before they showed up later. You may not be so lucky and although none of my findings had a safety concern (other than taillight wires breaking at sockets eventually), it concerns me that if this had been a front end collision where steering and brake components would have to be repaired what would I have been riding on between these warranties? What would my wife and grandchild have been in?If you care about your vehicle, and everyones safety that might be in it my suggestion is DO NOT let these folks do any major repairs to it.

Not only the worst auto body shop experience ever, but honestly the worst customer service experience period. After repeatedly reaching out to these guys and my insurance company and being lied to and stood up and put off for over a year I finally took it to another body shop to find out just how bad the repair Gerber did was. I am blown away by how terrible of a job these guys did. The new body shop walked me back and showed me what these guys did to my wife’s car that my children ride in.They not only screwed up the work they did but also over looked important repairs that could have resulted in harm to my family. Shame on you guys. After many alignments and new tires due to improper repair of the vehicle it looks like it might just get written off. They didn’t bother to put any screws back in any of the covers under the car. Didn’t paint any of the used parts they thought no one would see. I watched the new body shop measure the car and confirm what we already knew. That nothing was in line. Gaps askew everywhere. A leaky head light, dented reinforcement arm. Unpainted radiator support, unreplaced braces that they charged the insurance company for but never did and on and on. This is just what was visible without taking anything apart. The car keeps eating tires and vibrating uncontrollably because it’s believed a frame rail or worse is bent. Can’t wait till they fully disassemble it and find all of the problems. And what’s the icing on the cake you might ask? Them being completely rude and making excuses after they stood in my face pledging the lifetime warranty. Well needless to say I would go anywhere but here if I was you.

Extremely fast and professional. I showed up for an estimate, they said they could fix it on the spot. I walked to the lobby and true to their word within ten minutes they fixed my door at a great price.

My estimator, Laura Giunta, was professional and always kept me informed about my vehicle. Even during Hurricane Sally, I was contacted to informe me that my vehicle was fine and provided the updated timeline due to delays in part shipments. The body work done in my 2009 Toyota Tacoma was top notch and made it look new again. I highly recommend going to Gerber Collisions for body work.

It has been a month now since Ive dropped off my vehicle for my front headlight and bumper. I was supposed to pick it up 1-2 weeks ago and they called saying they accidentally shattered my back glass and scratched my door by dropping something on it? I called to make sure that they used Toyota parts due to it being a lease and they said they had not been using Toyota parts the whole time. Likely ripping off my Insurance agency.They did offer me a rental for a few days which was 35 minutes away and could only be under 24 dollars a day.Countless headaches and miles driven for something that should have taken 2 weeks tops. The customer service is good but that was about it. Look for other places in the area.

Laura, Jessica and the other people that helped me during this experience have far exceeded my expectations. It is clear you have this down to a science and that providing incredible customer service is a priority to you. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

I must say our experience with Gerber Collision was exceptional, notably Laurie who provided a level of customer service that simply isnt seen anymore. We unfortunately had two separate single-vehicle accidents with our new Subaru Ascent. Despite the relative newness of our vehicle Gerber promptly provided repair quotes, coordinated with our insurance; the process was seemless to us. They even collaborated with our local Subaru service center for non-cosmetic repairs which they coordinated to include completing Subaru service recalls that were due.An auto accident and being without your vehicle is a stressful and challenging, Laurie and the rest of Gerber Collision staff went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was repaired and safe, keeping us involved on the repair process. Now we have our car back it is seemingly brand new, I could not be happier. They would only accept My vehical if I signed a form agreeing to Pay All expenses in the event Geico did Not pay. That was too risky for My taste..Because If Geico hadnt paid all the cost..They would have kept My vehical and placed a lien against it..Something just didnt seem right to Me...Therefore,,I refused to release My vehical to them and I had geico to pay me directly.abd fixed the damage Myself :)

This Gerber location took great care of us. Laura communicated non-stop with my husband about updates. There was an issue because of Mazda but the shop compromised and worked it out perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the service and communication. They went above and beyond of what was asked!!

Very professional great customer service

Had my 2017 Tacoma bumper repaired after a minor rear end fender bender. I used to work in this industry so I have an idea of how places like this operate. I was truly impressed. The staff was excellent. Work was fast and perfectly done. They even cleaned my vehicle quite well after. I dont write many reviews, but I feel customer service has fallen behind these days. When an exceptionally good experience presents itself, I feel its worth my time to let others know that this is a place worth giving your business.

Yeah I was going to let this go. I created the sign on Friday that I was going to take with me to the shop while I waited for my car to be completed and my wife talked me out of it. Creating the sign was actually therapeutic and I was able to get over my anger especially since they got my car fixed on the second deadline. But today I filled up my windshield washer fluid. And it immediately started pouring out. So I began looking to see where it was coming from thinking that it just has something to do with the front end damage that was possibly overlooked. I was completely dumbfounded someone actually put some type of electrical tape on the piece that is cracked and let it go out the shop like that. You would think that these people would be shade tree enough to at least put some super glue on the peace and then put some epoxy around to certainly doesnt leak right away. Some people never cease to amaze me. May God please bless these people and teach them the right way to do things.Also my AC isnt charged properly.

Nobody wants to have to go to the body shop but let me assure you this place makes it easy on you and are also fast and trustworthy. And they keep you updated throughout the whole process.

I had my vehicle there for a little less then a month and the work and customer service was fantastic. The Geico claims adjuster was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The team that worked on my car did an amazing job. You cant even tell where the work was done. Josh went above and beyond when a mishap happened to the door (scratch) at another facility and took care of it immediately. Will recommend to others and will definitely choose again should I need any other type of bodywork done. Great place.

The staff members and repair staff are the BEST! They have repaired my car for me from auto accidents twice now and both times they have gone way over and beyond working with me on anything from communications daily, to the best repair updates. I told them yesterday they have no worries about any competion to think about in the area. They even had another customer come back to their place after his first visit asking about repairs and cost and going to another place checking prices. The towers had to tow his car like 3 times because of going to another account but told the receptionist the SAME Thing. He was as well so appretiated for their service offered and cost. I will update again after the work is completed but after being at another shop this morning where they were condescending and not helpful at all I am extremely pleased with Gerbers customer service. They listened to my concerns and took my vehicle today vs letting me drive a vehicle I feel unsafe in.

Theyre lifetime warranty, is BS. Gerber sent me to a Ford dealership to get a second opinion. Gerber didnt repair it. Didnt want to, sent me away! This is why I wouldnt take it there. Is there another Gerber?

I brought my car there because my insurance company said that is a great place but they would not stand behind the paint job. I had to take the car to another body shop to get it done and that body shop stands behind the job for the life of my car.

Had our New Truck in for a Back end bumper repair someone had rear ended us in a drive Thru fast foodWent to pick this up had a new Scratch plus we went to pull off lot after return of rental car and sure enough they had a full embedded screw in our new back Tire. This truck hauls heavy weight and the only thing they did was have our new tire plugged. What terrible service and nothing checked right made us stay alot longer which no apology from manager and we are stuck with a unsafe tire which is plugged thats illegal in lots stated when you haul with a Tow package like we have..Suggest no-one give them service especially since they obviously DO Not Care how you get your new Truck back.Absolutely will never go back and refer people elsewhere

Very polite and professional staff. Preferred shop of Geico and I now see why. Did some pretty good damage to my car hitting a pole and was suprised at how much extra they did blending the paint with the rest of the car. Will definitely use them again if need an would recommend them to family and friends.

Professional and fast. The staff were very helpful with getting my truck back to normal. It was like sitting in a new car all over again.

I was bewildered to find out that I was cheated not just once but twice. It is almost 3 wks now since I got my car back from being repaired and I will never go back again. Tho at first glance their work is outstanding, you just might find stuff missing or rummaged through, or stuff changed that was not part of your repair. Not only do I feel betrayed but also violated. If you do get work done there chk your car out bumper to bumper, inside and out when you get it home. I trusted that they were an honest company and honest ppl but this is 2 for 2 and there is no third chance to cheat me again.
