First place I can begin… TOTAL… 100%… COMPLETE… politeness, helpfulness, understanding, compassion, professionalism, AND… humor. To make a long tail not long… Melissa… the GM (great manager), took a wacky… and seemingly grim logistics situation and turned out a perfect solution. Simple as that. She went all the way there! AND BACK! And went an extra 13 miles uphill in a witch storm… and another 18 for a total of 31 miles back and I heard she got attacked by a bear with no shoes!!! SHE STILL… showed up with a temporary limp, a super attractive scar, and a solution. Give her a gosh darned raise.

Always in and out quickly! And the employees are always so welcoming and super nice, even when they’re super busy!

This UPS store has yet to disappoint. The staff is quick and friendly. Didn’t know they provided a boxing service (if you don’t have a box to fit what you need to send, they will box it for you for a fee). This came very handy during Christmas time! Great work.

Ordered wedding invitations, and today the tracking number showed that it left fort smith at 9am this morning. I live 30 minutes away, it shouldn’t take a full work day for me to get a small package. Terrible customer service!

I have yet to receive any package from UPS that came when they said it would!!! Do not use ups if you need your package in a hurry!!! I recommend Fed-ex.

Just dropped off a package at the UPS store on Rogers, and boy, the man behind the counter was a lot more rude than usual.

Wonderful experience I needed a few resumes printed off in a hurry and the Gentleman that helped me Suggested excellent quality paper. He also made a few minor adjustments to my resume. I got complimented at my interview on how professional my resume looked made a great impression and I got the job thank you so much!!! Great customer service!! Will be using them from now on.

Waited around all day for a package for them to not even knock on the door/ring the doorbell when they finally arrived at 8-9pm. House lights on, three cars parked out front—nothing. Instead of giving me my package, they left a slip so I could chase it around town the whole next day. This wouldn’t be a big deal if this package wasn’t worth over a grand. No wonder amazon if putting every mail carrier under.

Perfect service! The staff of this store is one of the best in Fort Smith. The UPS Store is attentive to every detail. Whether you are a customer who has a large order or small, they treat you like you are family. This is a wonderful place to do business and I recommend them highly to everyone!

Called two different times to see if my package was there and both guys were helpful. Once my package arrived I picked it up and both the gentlemen that were there helped me out and were pleasant and thankful one guy even loaded my package for me. Its in a petty easy to find spot along rogers avenue just past central mall.

The young man who helped was a very good made it a quick easy process.

They are awful. When they have been holding my package for a week. Contacted them to schedule pick up they never called back to schedule a time to pick it up. I contacted Amazon they then contacted ups they said I can pick it up now. I go there and doors are locked and people standing around like it isnt their job to get people their packages. No one talks to me until someone drives up. He got attitude I said they are holding my package and I need to pick it up. He said well are you sure its here. Have you tracked it? Hell yes I did. Its here. Yall are just to lazy to deliver it. Calling it a natural disaster. We got rain in the surrounding areas. If thats a natural disaster then yall need to get priorities straight

Perfect service. I was needing to ship a heavy package and wasn’t looking forward to waiting in line, however I didn’t have to. They met me outside, opened the door for me, and had a station ready for me. Took maybe 2 minutes. Will be back.

Demiko helped me and has no customer service whats so ever. Was on his phone most of the time. I walked up and I gave him my return box, he did some typing put my reciept on the counter,Heres your receipt walked away no thank you, anything else I can help you with? Terrible customer service. No one likes working on Saturdays but jeez man.

I went to ship a package via my UPS account and was told by the owner he couldnt take the UPS account because he makes money by upcharging customers then charging UPS himself.He wouldnt help me print the label myself from a printer in the store, even though the heavy boxes were already unloaded, and just put up his hands like he was completely out of options. Totally unhelpful and was obviously annoyed that I questioned his business model.So if you intend on using a UPS account or getting UPS credit on your UPS account, do not ship here.
