The ladies there know me by name for I have shipped so many packages with them. They are so nice. We kid around with each other every time I go in. Its like I have a couple of sisters instead of casual friends.Have an additional comment about their rates. I took a package there this morning to get a rate price going to Washington State then took the very same package to the USPS for a rate. To my surprise. Fed Ex was 4.00 cheaper.I will no longer ship by USPS.

This is a great place to go for any of your shipping needs. The employees are sooo kind and helpful. Plus if you ask them they will find you the cheapest way to ship your packages and they will package the stuff for you. This is only place I use for my shipping needs. Theyre GREAT!

The Fort Smith Arkansas FedEx delivery service is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with your packages are never on time they’re never delivered when they say they’re going to be delivered and most of the time when you do get your package it’s either damaged or broken and Hass to be returned I absolutely hate that when I purchase things from walmart.com that they use FedEx I wish there was other options of delivery services because I would not use FedEx

I have no clue if it was Fed Ex ground or Fed Ex express, but a driver in a van was on N St in Barling at 12pm SPEEDING, SWERVING, and hit 2 mailboxes taking the face off of one of them. The driver did not stop or even slow down. This road is heavily populated with little kids playing and I am so glad nobody was outside!

It is a nice place the people were very nice indeed and the lady tries she tried to actually help me with my package but I had to go to UPS instead of FedEx and she told me where it was at and I really think therefore that that was really nice is a wonderful place it is off Phoenix avenue

A little aggravating that we went to the first fed ex only to find out that they do not accept cash payments. Had to drive a few miles to the second place and our packages were shipped out with no issues.

Waited on a package and then got message stating wrong address. Called (a very rude customer service agent) to find out the delivery driver commented there was just a mailbox. What?! He didnt even attempt to go down the driveway where we were waiting! Now I have to drive all the way and pick it up 30 mins away. Whats the point of FexEx delivery if its not delivered.

Was supposed to have some tire delivered to a tire shop 2-3 miles away from there shipping center on the 9th of july now its the 10th and they still havent arrived! Would give 0 if I could! NOT HAPPY!

I dropped a very important document in the FE Express drop box at 4501 Industrial Dr, Fort Smith, AR. It was supposed to be overnited. It was never picked up. The driver claimed to two different people when he made the pick that evening the box was empty. HE LIED. I told the folks in the Phoenix store what happened and they had a supervisor go to that box with me and found my envelope. He scanned it right there and put it in his truck. I really, really, hope they fire the driver that lied, but as for the folks that work in the Phoenix store, YOU ROCK!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I came to the store at the Phoenix location in fort smith. The ladies behind the counter were more then helpful. They helped me to package and label and the most efficient way to ensure my mother’s 70 Birthday gifts would arrive Friday in time for her special day. Left the store completely confident in this process. Today 7/3 FedEx truck shows up to my house leaves a package by the door I am home I see driver pull off. It has a return label stating the package was damaged in shipping and returned to me. I’m looking at the package which is the original shipping package and it also states on return label damaged items have been discarded. There is a nickelsize hole in one corner of package. I open package. My moms earrings and birthday card are missing. The gift bag that these items were in inside the box is untouched no damage. This tells me someone has opened this box and stole the card and the earrings. This took place at your Memphis hub apparently. I have no words right now I’m a hurt and upset. FedEx is a very large company with a great reputation and I am just sorry there are so many dishonest people working there. Also the remaining items which are in the box are not damaged at all nothing not even a mark. Broken hearted in Oklahoma.

Just got a delivery from a FedEx employee who thinks its professional to wear hats sideways. I guess we shouldnt expect any different since they cant deliver packages without being damaged.

My package has been sitting there for 2 days waiting for a future delivery date. Called and they said I could come pick up but would take 1-2 hours while they dug through the trailer for the package even though its there. And that they wont start that process until I get there. Not start now and then allow me to come 2 hours from now. PERFECT! You guys do a stand up great job.

Worst customer experience Ive ever experienced. We walked in and the employees started laughing at us and called the other employees so they could stare at us laugh at us too. On top of that the lady working the counter was very rude. If you dont like your job, theres other people who will willingly take it. So unprofessional and if they dont want our business, theres plenty of other places that will gladly help us.

I cant leave less than 1 star, but I really want it to be ZERO! I dont understand how these drivers keep their job. I admit I live in a rural area, 40 miles from the shipping center, but come on, I need deliveries made too. Last year I had to order a replacement credit card, paid for overnight delivery. The driver had it on his truck 2 different days and still didnt deliver it. I had to drive on the 4th day after the order to get the card as I was leaving that day for a week.Monday of this week an order was placed, again next day delivery paid for. Here it is Thursday, tracking shows it on the truck at 5am, and should have been delivered, and again, no truck. He took it back to the center.I drove a truck for a living. I cant imagine not making a delivery because of a little rain! As a driver I had 2 million miles driven, and never once a LATE delivery, let alone the thought of a refusal to deliver. Your drivers are the WORST in history
