Paid them almost $500 and didnt get even half of my order. Ill be reaching out Monday to discuss a refund.

$400 package was “misdelivered” contacted customer service to set up a case but it’s been a week and they’re dodging mine and their 1-800 calls. FedEx is the worst and never owns up their mistakes.

I used this location for shipping Fed Ex Packages and getting Labels. I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the Manager Matt who was dealing with me along with other customers. Not only was Matt helpful, fast, and efficient he took care of all of us with a great attitude. Thanks for help Matt!

I wanted to recognize Isaiah who works at this location. I have been in the store several times. Isaiah is always willing to assist me, answer my various questions and he goes the extra mile even when he is not asked to do so.I hope that management also recognizes Isaiahs value.

Things that are sent to be printed aren’t always done correctly and I’ll send it in the morning, pick up late and still end up waiting (usually buying more things and spending more money lol). Rude staff, if you have a large order, they try and make you wait and help other people instead. They won’t want to print a lot because they seem lazy at times. Sent files in the morning and will go before close to pick-up and they say they haven’t even started on it because they’re already busy. Every week?!?! This happens every week, and pages are left out not printed so you better check before you leave.They could care less if you’re a customer there or not, & the woman on phone is very rude, and even left the other guy associate in a full store of people while we were all waiting in line to just go outside instead of helping...

Very nice helpful and friendly folks. Mr. Isaiah, Earl and rest of the staff members always have a smile on their faces. My pet supplies are shipped there and I have had no issues dealing with them. Thanks for all you do.Dr. Tara MishraUAFS

I went in to ship something that was an odd shape and breakable, and I got fantastic customer service from Earl Fears, Mgr in the FSM store. He was very particular about making sure that my item was protected, and he went above and beyond in his attention to detail. I would highly recommend their services if you care about what you are shipping and want to be treated well. Thanks Earl for your time and the good job you did.

Don’t waste your time. This location is always incredibly inefficient. Every time I go here I end up waiting 15-20 minutes while multiple employees ignore the customers waiting in line. If you have the option, I’d highly recommend going to UPS nearby, their Customer Service is far superior.

The worst kind of people... anti Disabled American Vetern with a Service Dog... first time we have ever been kicked out of any place... and we will never be back. UPS accross the the street was great!

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They have basic printers for Word, PowerPoint and PDFs and PC stations for using Adobe products. They also sell a wide variety of office products and printing mediums such as banners and books.

3 employees when we got there we had some boxes to be shipped. Acted like no one was there. Ignored, these were men not kids. Very rude,good place for a shipping center.

Just wanted a shipping label- first time a bald headed man just left me at counter saying he couldn’t get outlook to come up, second time another slightly bald man tried to get me to log in a computer with a chip and print, I’ve been in other fed ex and they’ve always got me a shipping label without too much trouble

Donnie was so amazing and saved myself and my husband so he could make his Masters Thesis presentation on time by staying open an extra 30 minutes. When I went to Kinkos to print off my husbands 88 page thesis with graphs on Monday evening, my copies of Word was not recognizable on any of the computers or printers at the store. I began to panic and cry, but he told me to run home and submit a PDF then run back and pick up the copies. Well, this small act of kindness was more than I could have ever expected.MaLinda has worked at this store for years, and her helpfulness and kindness has always brought me back to Kinkos instead of going to staples or office depot!I love Kinkos FedEx office supplies!

Did not greet when came in. There wass only one customer, waited a while to get service. Did not even thank me for my services. Very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service! I called three times and waited for five minutes each call to see if anyone would answer and no one did. And yes they were open and doing business the day that I tried to get through. It was a very bad experience.
