Looked great at first. Was cloudy day. Got it home but couldnt check it out anymore due to weather. Once finally got a clear day. I checked out. Never seen so many many flaws and ripples. I could of done better with a spray can. I wouldnt take my dog there after this.Will add photos soon as weather clears again.

Brought my car in to repair dents and scrapes from an accident. Customer service estimator was excellent and even brought out one of their technicians to make sure job was quoted accurately. Damage fixed but bumper still a little askew and you can still view some small impressions. Paint job has many areas where there is buildup with one area at least 1” of noticeable buildup. Car definitely looks better than how I brought it in but not completely happy. Last star removed because doors were opened and there was dust everywhere inside. How much added time would it take to run a rag with some armor all over it? If you are not a car lover and want a decent affordable job, this is the right place.

Paint looks good with a few small blemishes, they said they would cover my engine bay and they didn’t, so now I have overspray on my $300 custom valve cover, and it looks like they had a stomping party inside my car, white foot prints EVERYWHERE, they need to realize some of these cars are show cars, I have a big car show coming and now i don’t know if I’ll even go, people were nice very good service but I’ve got a feeling the painters and prep guys don’t give a damn about the car.

I am seriously blown away by the guys down at Maaco.I bought this 74 Nova a few years ago and had tons of places where the clear coat was coming off of the body. I tried to use plasti-dip to help cover the huge patches in my paint, but the dip wouldnt stick to my car and ended up bubbling and looking horrible. After wasting a lot of money on plasti-dip I was pretty upset, I have never wasted that much money before and I was sick with myself.I told the guys at Maaco what happened and, being the great guys they are, they worked with my budget to ensure that I would be happy with the outcome of their work.I was skeptical, of course, especially after spending so much money on that plasti-dip. This car is my baby and I am very protective of her.The manager helped ease my concerns by taking me through their shop and telling me the process of how they paint, and even showed me different cars that were either being sanded, filled, painted, or completed. These guys are different from other Maacos, and will sand, fill, and prep your car for you at the SAME PRICE as others who only paint.The manager, Cody, is an amazing guy and really made me feel a lot better about the whole situation. Honestly bro if you read this I want you to know that you are DEFINITELY invited to my birthday party.When I came to pick the car up....I didnt even recognize her. I couldnt believe my eyes. They completely blew my expectations out of the water. I never imagined my car looking the way she does now. I felt like a kid finding a brand new PlayStation under the tree on Christmas morning. I swear I almost hugged Cody and his painter.All that is left for me to say is that these guys truly stick by their work. If anything unexpected happens, they will be honest with you and tell you straight up, then fix it for you at no additional cost. I have nothing but great things to say about Cody and his crew down on Wheeler. All of the guys I talked to, including the territory manager, are great people who really want to make people happy with their work.Thank you for making me fall in love with my car again.

Did an amazing job on my Classic Car. Most body shops wont even touch a classic car. Or they want to charge $7k dollars just to start. Fort Smith Macco did not hesitate and it turned out better than i could have dreamed for an affordable price. Do not hesitate to to check them out.

Felicia was very helpful! I have an old horse trailer that I needed to have painted. However, I was leaving town, and the weather was iff-y. She made up my estimate and offered to have my trailer towed to the sand-blasting place so I could leave the trailer and the hassles to her! I was worry-free during my trip and returned to find my horse trailer looking like new. The 2 men who helped me with the trailer were very nice and professional.

The area manager/franchise owner of this location is incredibly unprofessional and rude. He apparently thinks it’s ok to yell at, cuss at, and threaten customers for questioning their shoddy work. Their quotes apparently mean nothing because we were quoted $1800 for a job and ended up with a bill in our faces for $6,600 for work we absolutely did not ask for or approve of that the vehicle didn’t need in the first place. Never been so appalled at a “professional” in my life. Will never return because of Mikes outright childish behavior. Still flabbergasted at the whole situation.

After 5 estimates of all men-ran body shops and given estimates from $1700 to $1000 for minor body work, Felecia gave me an estimate that I could live with! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! She didn’t cheat me, didn’t talk to me as if I was an uneducated woman, and told me she wanted my business. I would recommend every woman that needs auto body repair go to this shop! I was extremely impressed by the work!

Amador Gaytan repaired my car after a collision. My insurance wanted him to repair my car as cheap as possible. Amador said no because it would have been very unsafe if I were to be in another collision. He replaced the damaged parts with new parts and he did it in the time frame I was given. I absolutely love the work that Amador did. My car looks brand new again! I would highly recommend Amador Gayton to anyone needing body work and paint done on their vehicles.

Someone hit my car last year at work and didn’t come forward. I was so bummed! The whole front wheel panel needed to be replaced.We finally took it to a few places for quotes, and Maaco came back as the lowest. Not only did they stick to the estimated cost, but they did it in one day. Very happy with the paint job. Car looks great! Unfortunately, local owner Bill and office manager Monica did not stand behind their employees written word to fix some minor damage. Poor customer care and rude attitude. Lesson learned, take detailed pictures of entire vehicle before you let Maaco touch it.

These guys are great. They treated me right and did everything they could to make me happy, and I am. My truck had some pretty significant damage all around it. These guys made it look like it is brand new. I was worried when I put the truck in the shop because my son was born the day before and I had what I had for the month I had off work. These guys were so fair. They didnt charge an arm and a leg and I was able to get my truck fixed. Merry Christmas to Dada!

In all honesty, I did not know what to expect. Ive heard of Maaco for years back east, but never used them. They are not as common out here, but there are a few of them. I am on a fixed income and couldnt afford much, but the guys up front worked within my budget and fixed my mini-van. The other shops in town wouldnt even work with me. It was just pay us what we want or go elsewhere. All in all, my experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

I had a pretty major dent with chipped paint from a large rock hitting the rear panel of my car and a dented up front bumper. The price quoted was half the price of every other estimate I got. Then they made the price even lower by suggesting I replace the bumper instead of repairing it. They told me it would be 3 days till it was done, and it was three days, like they said. When I picked up the car you wouldn’t know it had been damaged. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I am remember the old days when Maaco use to advertise painting a car for $99 back east, or maybe that was earl scheib? My initial thoughts were that a shop cannot paint a car (and it look decent) for that amount. Regardless, they did a FANTASTIC job on my daughters VW. In total, the paint and bodywork cost around $700, but it was worth every penny. Shes proud of her new car and it looks new.

I would give it to zero Stars if I could because they are slick talking they didnt do any prep work left marks all in the paint and they kept it for a week and a half saying theyre still prepping it when they didnt prep it they didnt sand down the places on it that needed it and it looks funky got all kinds of dust inside my vehicle going to have to have it detailed now. If I was you I would not even look there when I go by there are worthless the employees are worthless and the business is worthless stay away

I got my car bumper painted and front wheel alignment. They said it would take 3 days it took two weeks and they didn’t call and check in with me ever. And the worest part is after I left and picked up car I noticed the bumper they didn’t match up the colors it way off. My cars darker and the bumper they painted is lighter in color And every one can tell and the main reason I went in their is because I heard a noice after someone backed in to me.And they said they would fix noice and they didn’t. I had to have it fixed at different shop a few days later I still need my bumper repainted and they won’t return my calls or emails about fixing it. This happened march 2019.

I had my pt cruiser painted here it was a solid green color and faded bad on the roof and wanted to change it to a two toned paint and Maaco in ft smith ar knocked it out the park... upon scheduling appointment on internet they called next day going over packages they offer and they offered me a ride back home if I needed it when I got there to drop car off and I live 60 miles from their shop.... upon arriving at the shop I was treated with courtesy and respect we went over what I wanted. After a couple days they had the car they called and let me know that they had half the car done it would be completely done in a few more days.... when I got there to pick up the car I was just amazed at the job they had done I COULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND GET THE SERVICE AND JOB DONE THEY PROVIDED FOR WHAT I PAID.....THANK YOU MAACO FORT SMITH....... AWESOME JOB

Didnt do anything right. Got my truck back and I have to reach behind the grille to pop the hood now, they didnt install the heat shield under the hood (although I supplied it). My driver side door doesnt close and the window doesnt roll down all the way down now. Which I dont understand since the job was to install my hood and driver side fender. They didnt do good on anything and Im severely disappointed. Dont use this place, youre throwing your money away.

Was lied to from the beginning the truck looks horrible... they ruined a brand new set of wheels with over spray inside was Coverd with sanding dust left razor blades in my seats. There answer to the problem was we fired the manager and the painter was on meth but sorry for your luck if you would like we can fix the truck they way we should have done it the first time for another $600!!! Seriously your not touching my truck again and this wasnt the cheap maaco $299 special paint job.... I go to alot of car shows so Im going to keep advertising for them when people say omg who did the awful paint job I proudly tell them well MACCO of course... I gave the the opportunity to fix it.... sad way to do business..

Not a quality paint job. If the paint doesnt adhere and it bubbles up, you did something wrong on the prep work. Claims previous repairs were the reason for the shotty paint job.
