Went to Fort Payne with my daughter and my 3 grandkids. Went in here cause my 10 yo grandson wanted to. His mom was telling him no when he wanted something so as a MawMaw, of course I had to get him something :-) The store was clean and neat. One employee working at the time.

Nice big gamestop compared to some others. Lots of good used accessories and games. Always a great experience here.

I had to edit my post. I was very disappointed on my most recent visit. In the past they have had very helpful and friendly staff. They always took the time to answer any questions or explain anything. I went in last night and the two employees acted like I was bothering them for even being there. Not very friendly and very short when I asked a question. I would not recommend this store in particular. I would drive to Gasden or Scottsboro stores. They are much more willing to help.

Absolutely amazing service. I brought my special needs brother in and not only was the cashier patient, but she also was a sweetheart! He was short 1 dollar for the game he really wanted and she covered it for him. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I totally would because that made his night!!

Well I had purchased some xbox games on disc and did not realize I bought a digital xbox. Well the lady in here killed it. She took the games and gave me Microsoft points. Which was the best deal on getting new digital games

Anytime that I am in need of a new console this is my go-to place. Their prices are fair. And their guarantees have been honored every time I needed to use it in the past. They have amazing deals on pre-owned games. I would recommend this location to a friend and Ive never had any issues from them.

Great deals on used games and consoles. HOWEVER, the tall dark headed woman we dealt with was very ugly and not helpfull at all. Seemed like we were bothering her by asking questions. Isnt that part of her job? I was very upset leaving the store. I will not be back. Id rather go out of my way and go all the way to Scottsboro than to set foot in this store again. And this store was always my go-to for my husbands games. Wish Id gotten her name because I would be speaking to a manager about her customer service.

Got some good deals on PS4 games but like every gamestop they try to sell you stuff and their membership but they employees were good people and my little cousin liked it too

Pretty cool store for merch you can only get online otherwise. Their trade in system needs some serious work though

Great place to go for games. Their pre-owned games are like brand-new ones.

Its a little bit on the cheap side when it comes to buying games back or trading them but they do have a good selection of games and gaming tech.

The worse gamestop by far!!! everytime Ive been to the fort Payne store with trade in the woman manger is very rude and want take hardly any trades enless there like new condition and if they do take ur trades they tact on all kind off fees so if u save ur trades on the app and get estimate you will recieve maybe 10 percent of that ..worst store and manger gamestop has!!!

GameStops got great prices, great service, and top games, and if you ask about a game more and likely they can tell you about it before you buy a game to see if you like it. Plenty of gameing accessories for Xbox and PS4 and PC so go check them out.

I am clueless when it comes to todays game consoles. The staff at this location is the best. Ive dealt with three different employees that have always been very helpful, informative and extremely courteous. No matter how busy they are, they take the time to explain all my crazy questions. Honostly I Could Care Less Abt The Gaming world, but I have learned SO much from them. They do not ever try to up sale and they have always brought it to my attention if there is a game my 10 year old has picked out that has bad content or they think it might be too hard. I truly recommend this location of game stop.
