Cricket Wireless of Fort Payne by far has the nicest, most helpful employees. Mitchell, the employee who assisted me, was the BEST associate to work with. He provided fast, quality service and was an absolute joy to be around. I highly recommend asking for him if you ever find yourself at the Cricket store of Fort Payne.

Had to swap to Fort Payne location die to moving and was expecting meh service as usual. However, the associates there are genuinely helpful and seem to care about what they do. Would definitely recommend to people.
