Aaron Keller was the associate who helped us take care of a matter on our account. There were multiple technical difficulties, but he persevered and got it all straightened out to our satisfaction. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Went there because they said theyd put the screen protector on my phone. Yes, with a horrible crease in the middle, bubbles and debris under it. I could of done better!!

Jacob McGriff, one of the salesmen, was so helpful! At first I wanted a Samsung Galaxy, but he sold me on an iPhone 12 and I LOVE it. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I will ask for him when I come in from now on! Casie, (the manager) was also very sweet and helpful when helping me pick out my accessories!

I went there to add 2 lines to my plain and only ended up doing one because they would not do the 2nd one they told me to call at&t if I wanted to do the 2nd one and instead of adding the first line to my plain like I asked them to do they created a whole new plan in my name and was going to have me paying for 2 separate plans if I would not have checked it when I got home so instead of the 35 add a line price I was supposed and thought I was getting set up with they was going to charge me 145 dollars extra and I ended up having to go to a corporate store because after they where done I couldnt even call at&t and fix my plain because they changed the main number and phone that had control to the account and at&t couldnt even find or text my original number

I didn’t have to wait they are very friendly and efficient and I’m glad I switched

I give this AT&T store a four because they fall a little short. Great location and really good service, their main downfall really is inventory, they lack very much inventory especially in the accessories department. I think they have a decent amount of phone inventory and most timers they have enough employees to cover the volume of business. I think they would greatly improve business if they would have better displays and more accessories.

Went to return some items about 15 minutes before closing. They had locked up the store early and the person working went out the back as they saw us coming in. This is not quality service if you ask me.

Great bunch of folks and the manager was more helpful than the dm that was there he was trying to help bc they where so busy but u could totally tell it wasnt something he was used to doing and had to ask her for help I actually lol to my self then he disappeared soon as he finished with the one person he helped. Left them there to handle the crowed just didnt think that was very good of him . Just my thoughts but over all I love this store .

No matter what store you call you cant get anybody to answer their phone makes you wonder if they just dont have signal

For the most part the guys here are salesman somebody tried to tell me that the new phone that they were selling which was a Samsung brand had NFC had an IR blaster and an expandable memory slot which was not true my friends they are salesman however you may find one or two that is technologically in tune with what some of us more demanding phone users want
