Pool heaterMy experience has been as exceptional as some. I am having another service call on my unit that just hit a year old. I left two messages today for sandy hoping to have a returned call and still waiting. This will be my 2nd mother board that will need replaced in less then 6 month. Haven’t been happy with the product from day one. Good luck folks

I found fair prices and great customer service, something that has been very hard to come by as of late. Samuel the sales rep was not only a pleasure to deal with but knew every aspect of their products inside and out. Something else that is a rarity anymore. I found no reason to shop further.

Tried other spa dealers but was really impressed Samuel O’Bannan at the Recreational Warehouse. Samuel took the time to explain everything to us and helped us decide on a spa that met our needs and just not one they wanted to sell. They also worked with us on delivery as our lanai was not yet finished when we made our purchase. Our spa was delivered today and I was thrilled with the delivery and setup process. I highly recommend Samuel and the Recreational Warehouse!

The buying process was great. The install and setup is the problem. They moved the spa to the the concrete pad. It is sitting on the pad not straight. And not in the spot I marked on the pad for it to be installed. They did not install the filters in the spa. I was told they would call before they came out. And to confirm the location for the spa. At did not happen so now I am going to have someone else move the spa to the correct location on the pad.

Great purchase experience. Salesman Sam was awesome! **Recreational warehouse actually had the spa in stock and at the quoted price as on tv and print advertisement. No bait and switch like a car dealer... so that was refreshing!! Also the retail store has all the parts and pool supplies you need for your hot tub. My entry level LS100 spa works great-- loving it. The product seems ok ( we ordered a hot tub )But the absolute lack of customer care causes a only 2 star rating .The staff never called back to follow up after they said they would, to inform us about ( 2 month ) delay of product. WE constantly had to call them back after they said they would . Poor customer care once sale is done . We called about 6 times since we placed order in April and we’re told each time ‘ let me check and I’ll get back to you ‘ . Never happened .The tub was promised for June and arrived mid August . They gave us long story about reasons, but if a promise can’t be kept, then give a good compensation for this . Not a ( for the company) cheap lift for cover on a $6000 product and after us having to follow up instead of them. So …. Be aware of promises that may not be kept .

I bought a 24’ round pool at the Ft Myers location. The sales staff were extremely attentive and helpful and the process was easy. All the information on setup and accessories was provided and all my questions as a first time buyer were answered in full. My pool was delivered to my house the following day. I would recommend Recreational Warehouse.

Our sales department person name is Jerod. He did a great job going in great lengths of explaining all the details of the spa before purchasing the spa. He was even able to move our delivery up two days. Our delivery guys were awesome. They estimated our delivery between 9and 9:30. However delivered the spa at 8:30 which was great. Out sales professional, Sandy, is truly an upstanding and understanding fellow. He guided us through the entire process and was of great help in our final choice of the new spa. Worked with Jerod and Doug on the purchase of a Garden Leisure hot tub spa. Fantastic staff and great customer service. Prices were fair and the extras included with the tub sale were a nice bonus (and very appreciated). Tub was delivered to our garage and will be installed soon as our patio is still under construction. Hoping to go back and buy at outdoor kitchen soon. The Fort Myers store has the biggest selection.

Our salesman, Brian Arendes, was knowledgeable, attentive, flexible and was a tremendous help both selecting a hot tub and after-the-sale follow-up. Five stars to the whole staff at the showroom.I started with five stars when the three delivery guys showed up with a great dolly that made moving the new tub a breeze. They lost a star right away when they didn’t have masks on and the foreman’s attitude was somewhat unpleasant. They did put on masks when asked, though.They positioned the tub exactly where my wife requested and quickly completed the simple set-up procedure, shimming the low corner with wood shims that I had to provide. I was going to give a star back for attaching the cover anchors (which the instructions said I would have to do myself), but they only attached one side - back to four stars.The fun really began when they attempted to set-up the umbrella and cover lift. The fellow who got the job of assembling the umbrella did not appear to have ever assembled one before and obviously had not read the directions. It took him a while, but he did eventually figure it out.The cover lift, which I supplied from my last hot tub, was another matter. They knew how it was supposed to work because they sell the exact same unit at Recreational Warehouse, but this hot tub is smaller than the last one and the cross bar needed to be cut shorter so the feet of the unit could be placed under the tub (obviously has to be done before filling the tub). Mr. Foreman wanted to just leave the foot out about 6” from the tub and I told him that was not acceptable. While I went to my garage to get a screwdriver and a hack saw, Mr. Foreman went to his truck to sulk - never saw him again - good riddance. It probably took Me about three minutes to cut the thin tube of the cross bar and less than that for the two remaining guys to lift and properly position the legs of the cover lift under the corners.To summarize: Great service at the showroom both before and after the sale - 5 stars. Adequate delivery and installation with some supervision - 4 stars.

It was a mixed bag. Very nice hot tub. Had me sign a form for electrical work and then when it was time for electrical work salesperson brian tried to increase the price. Had good experience with brian up to that point. When i tried to discuss the problem with brian on phone he got into childish mode on the phone and pretended he could not here me. I acknowledge my being annoyed contributed to his childish behavior.

We needed to purchase a replacement pool liner and they only had one in Sarasota available. The employees were going there on Sunday for a meeting and offered to bring it back for me.... which I thought was exceptionally nice !!! the staff there is great

I got my Big Green Egg here, and the sales staff were excellent! Very helpful, and willing to assist in every way. The store is fun to shop around and look at all the outside recreation stuff. Ive gotten pool supplies here, and one time when I got the wrong size pool cover, they took it back - no questions asked - and replaced it with the correct size.

Excellent service, we went to the store Sunday afternoon and it was a short and direct transaction with Sandy, he new the answer to all our questions and we got what we needed, he told us that it would take a week or two to get a pool heater delivered and installed, but by Thursday the same week it was all done!

Brian was very pleasant to talk too and offered the best solutions for my applicable needs. I told him I needed to speak with my wife before I purchased and would most likely return the next day. He then wrote me a proposal and let me know he wouldn’t be there the next day but anyone would be glad to help me when I returned. The next day, when I returned, Jordan was just as much a pleasure to work with. He got me rung up and loaded with the equipment I needed. The recreational warehouse is fitted with a great team of employees that seem to work together well. After shopping so what other places, they also had the best prices for the equipment I was getting.

No customer service experience could be reviewed because the same way we stepped into the store we left. We went there to shop for an outdoors kitchen and a spa. None of the salespeople even greeted us. I even standed in front of the list of options for outdoors kitchen and they kept just watching us without moving. Well... I dont even know what to say but I will probably buy everything online from somewhere else. Oh, that was 5 minutes ago, so they know who was working this day and time. And we were the only customers in store since its a rainy day.

I went to the colonial Blvd store today, 9/12, to buy an outdoor kitchen is a swimming pool. however, 3 salesperson did not move to serve us and there was no customer in the store. they didnt ask us what we wanted. my family and I were extremely disappointed and I will not recommend anyone to come to this place.
