This company and the staff are fantastic. If you like excellent customer service, then this is the place for you. Mike Garvey and Ron are great. They know everything about their products and then some. They have absolutely no problem answering questions (and we had plenty). We had a delay of 3 months getting our patio installed due to the weather, etc. Master Spas held the delivery of our Clarity 8 hot tub for us with no problem. Mike G. just gave us a curtesy call to check in on how things are going. What a good man! If I had to buy another hot tub, I would go here in a NY minute.

Had a wonderful experience working with Ron Forney and South East Spas out of the Fort Myers Office. Ron spent the time educating my wife and myself on the type and features of their unites to make sure we selected the one that was correct for our needs. He was very knowledgeable of the models and I never felt pressured during the sales process. Delivery and installation was hassle free. They arrived on time and installed the unit without any issues. Ron also followed up after the install to make sure I was happy and had the necessary information for service, supplies and the usage of the exercise toys.

We were gonna buy one from rec warehouse around the corner but they didnt give us the time of day so we went around corner to South East Spas. Ron greeted is as soon as we walked in. Within the hour found our tub and was delivered 2 days later. He was straight forward and very knowledgeable. We got a Master Spa. Felt good after purchase knowing we got a really nice spa that will last.

We purchased our Spa at South East Spas. They were only open a few days and Steve was the greatest. We happen to be riding our trike down Cleaveland Avenue and seen the flag. It was the spur of the moment and we stopped. Steve answered all of our questions and instead of waiting he let us purchase the one on the floor. No pressure, very professional sales staff at the Ft. Myers Location..Wet tested a Legends Spa for about an hour and felt like I had spent a day at the beach. Sooo relaxed.I am a research nerd and Master Spas are top of the line. The Legends series was the best for stiff muscle therapy in my opinion.

They had a wide variety of hot tub and swim spa lines for every situation/lifestyle you could imagine. Weve been to several hot tub dealers in Fort Myers and the surrounding areas and ultimately chose to buy our master spa from South East Spas.At first we decided to look through the Master Spas catalog. After what must have been at least 30 minutes of back and forth between my wife and I (as well as rapid fire questions to the sales staff) we finally made our choice. We actually searched around for hot tubs in Fort Myers and the surrounding counties without much luck, until we visited South East Spas Ft. Myers showroom.The staff at South East Spas made it incredibly simple to make our choice, and the sales manager made the process of choosing the right tub easy. Thank you very much!

If you want a Master Spa, find another dealer! Worst customer service! Logistics department is a joke. Took 5 or 6 phone calls over a matter of 18 days to get an answer, was continuously told someones will call you. They told us to remove the cover from our spa for storms which is the worst thing you can do if you actually want to protect it!

My husband and I had been shopping for a spa for weeks, and looked at all the spa shops in town but I just couldnt make up my mind on anyone particular. Then we were driving to the mall one day and heard an ad on the radio about SE Spas located across from the mall and decided to go check them out. You could just see the difference in the quality of their spas verses others that we had looked at. Steve Sharp was helpful, knowledgeable, a great salesman and just a good person in general. We bought one that day and I walked away feeling confident that I got the one I wanted w/o doubt.That was four months ago and everyday I get in my spa has been a Blessing! Thank you Steve~

I first learned about the brand Master Spas through Hot Tub University online while doing my own research for a hot tub, and then did a google search to find a Master Spas distributor in South West Florida. I met Steve at South East Spas Fort Myers location and was very impressed with his knowledge not just on the brands they carry but also competitors brands (I had already shopped at several others and he has been in the industry for quite some time). What drew me the most was the ability to have very low chlorine levels with their ECOPUR and Zinc cleaning technology and the ability to change water pressure on individual jets by turning them right or left, as well as the fact that I am not locked into potential long term part replacements that are proprietary (most brands like Jacuzzi are, and the parts are expensive). I highly recommend taking a look if you are looking for aqua therapy and a regular use hot tub.

The truth one better than the other, the truth is we are very behind with the things that are in Argentina and if you get to see I can not imagine the prices since in our place is crazy, they are super complete for 4 to 6 people and also with built-in pool that you can also do paddle or swim as they have a system of correntada that allows you to do that
