I have been using the Grill Guys for 5 years now and they continue to provide exceptional service and results!

Most unprofessional group of people Ive ever dealt with. Overpriced and horrible service. Insisted on full payment up front to overhaul grill. Grill was gone for double the time they said it would be. Grill came back in ALMOST full working order. When we called to let them know that there were a few things not working they finally came back out after a few attempts. Two service men showed up and glanced at grill without coming to front door and then without a word, they left. We then called back and said there was still a part that wasnt working. He finally called me back and told me that it was working when they had it and when they came out. No one showed us that it was working. That is normal business practice for a service person to show the customer that the part they called about is now operational. Now these guys. Never came to the door, never called, nothing. Then when we call they said it will cost us another service call and parts. We already paid UPFRONT to have it fixed completely. That didnt happen so they tried to squeeze more money out of it. Worst customer service and attitude of anyone Ive ever spoken with. Now I know why they ask for full payment upfront, so they can screw you over in the end. Lesson learned.

Overcharges you for unnecessary work and goods then doesnt help you when they have installed incorrectly and almost blow up my face. Multiple times I have called them to tell them of the issue since they fixed and reinstalled our grill for a basic cleaning. We dont often use the house or grill but called to ask them again to come look at it and they went off on us as if we were asking for something for free, which we werent, said they would have to remove our grill again and take to their shop and it would be 3 months! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! Called Chris at Bar-B-Clean and he came and fixed the issues in 15 mins! TURNS OUT THE GRILL GUYS INSTALLED THE GRILL INCORRECTLY!!!Suggest you call Chris instead!
