No trade in for upgrades, kind of disappointing since I wanted a bigger motor. Next time I will just buy the bigger one the first time.
This was my first visit to Sarlo Mowers of the Cape. Simply put, they went way above and beyond with their customer service to me. I called them on Monday around 1:00 pm and asked if they could look into repairing my old ECHO GT2000 weed trimmer. They said yes, bring it in, and they could likely get it back to me by Friday.I took it in, expecting to just drop it off BUT when I explained to the wonderful service tech, that it was running yesterday, after I had replaced the carburetor, fuel lines, and fuel, he took it back into the shop. Just a couple minutes later, I could hear the trimmer motor purring in the shop. Seems the problem was that I merely over choked it, and caused it not to start... Issue solved... NO Wait... NO Charge. Great Service. Im a big fan.
Much more going on here than meets the eye. I found a bunch of stuff I didnt expect to find for my gardening needs.

Had a really bad experience with the ML King location. The customer service manager told me he would check back if anything was going to more than $40/ unit. Turns out they told me 2 of my 3 units were junk and charged $50/ unit to tell me the were junk a total of $100.If you are a new customer be very careful as I felt I trusted them and was taken advantage of
These guys are the best around! Their expert opinions blow the local Lowes and Home Depots out of the water. I took my mower in for a simple job and got it back quickly at a respectable price! Ill make sure I do all of my business relating to outdoor power equipment through Sarlo in the future and Im sorry I havent been doing this in the past!
Fast and friendly but way overpriced. They gentlemen I spoke with before my initial visit even told me that himself. Great guys with good knowledge of their field but you have to pay double price for service and parts. Been there twice. Might go back.

They fixed mower carburetor. Told me it could be over $150 since mower was older model. Only charged an honest $56. Started and worked great!
In a mannerly way this particular place is a joke and very unprofessional, with out to much details Im still waiting on manager to give me call with a reasonable answer on why my mower was there for 2 month and never had any work done. Then needless to say, they charge me for a battery? Long story short you want to hear lies and run around this is is the place .
I have been in the Commercial Landscape Maintenance Business since 1989 and I never went to Sarlo Mowers before a couple years ago. I wish I had visited that store many years before that. Joe and the whole staff are very knowledgeable and always there to lend a helping hand. Great deals on equipment and they always have what you need in stock. Bought an echo trimmer SRM 2620T today because our husqvarna broke for the last time (3 in six months) and heard the echo 2620T was a work horse of all the trimmers. Their service dept is SLOW and they dont like questions. They charge you to look at something and give no answers if info about your repair, just order parts without even talking to you....not good.
Mower is great and staff is friendly but Double check the replacement part before you leave. To many times theyve sold me the wrong size or part.
Needs some engine work to get my mower up to par. Joe was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will be back

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!Rude and lies on top of that. Had a couple of seals replaced, not sure if they actually did it or not. Havent mowed with it yet, but they tried to tell me that they had to install a new drive belt also. They did, but I had just put a new one on the very same day. Then when they showed me the one they took off, supposedly, one, it wasnt the right color (mine was beige and the one shown to me was black) and two, it was the wrong size, so how could it be my belt?. So, Im assuming they grabbed one out of the garbage to show me. Probably missplaced my new one and put another on. Not to mention that my choke wasnt attached nor was the governor spring rod. Had to do that myself. (WHAT ELSE ISNT CONNECTED??) Eventually, I wasnt charged for the belt, but the experience was just awful. The guy in the shop was none other than Mark Sarlo. A very arrogant owner! I had planned on buying a new Exmark from them, but according to this guy, he sells more than anyone else and he doesnt have to concern himself with my belt issue! Well, he doesnt have to concern himself with my future purchases either. Ill get one from someone else if I have to drive 100 miles to get it!
Having to deal with broken equipment is never fun. But Joey can or your stress to rest. He was able to get me back up and running within a few hours will definitely be a turning customer.
Always a great experience. Fast and reliable service. I had a problem with a weedeater. Brought it in and had the part the next day. This was one of many encounters. Will definately continue to bring my business here.
