I bought a tractor from Jon because he was extremely knowledgeable, more than any other sales person at the other dealerships I had been too. When the tractor was delivered, he provided training on how to use and maintain the tractor correctly. I was researching and looking into different brands for awhile and Jon gave me tons of information and confirmed that my hunches about kubota were correct. I’ve since purchased more attachments from them and also called with questions about my 50 hr maintenance. As a new farmer, they have all (service and sales) helped to demystify the tractor for me. Also Brad came out and helped me to get my tiller back on, and the delivery person had put a lot of effort into helping also. All around, every person I’ve interacted with at Creel has been very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I am so happy that I bought my tractor from Creel!! Awesome shopping experience for a big and intimidating purchase.

I am really grateful to the service team, especially the service manager. They are very knowledgeable and willing to listen and help. I almost spent wasted money on parts I didnt even need. The service manager listened to the diagnostic problems we were having and got me going in the right direction. It is so nice to have a company take the time with customers like they do!! Came in the day prior after calling ahead about the price and availability on a mower, told the salesman I would be cutting it close time wise after getting off work but was assured it wasn’t an issue and he would be there waiting. Got there right at close, salesman was with a customer no big deal. After waiting for a few minutes he had asked if I had went around and seen the mower yet, to which I hadn’t and was advised where to go to take a peak. He then followed me out showed me the model they have which had been sitting for years at other dealers before they got it. Was assured it would be gone through and warranty would be valid still, but was then rushed out and told to fill out a credit app and email him some info to which I did that night, being told I’d have an answer the following day. The next day I waited until after noon, no email no call. Called the dealer and was told the salesman was out at an event and would have another person go over my app and get back to me. At almost 2pm I get a call from the Salesman I’ve been dealing with asking to send over the info again because he couldn’t seem to find any trace of it at the same time seemingly trying to remember who I was and what I was looking to buy. Info was sent over again with the promise of a call back, to which nothing. No email reply no calls. After shopping around more I found a better mower, for a cheaper price from a much more pleasing dealer. I’m not sure why it was so difficult trying to get anywhere with these guys but I guess they have bigger commissions to worry about. Glad I didn’t purchase the particular model anyways as it’s so old and outdated it’s been discontinued and replaced by another model and there is hardly any info on the one on the lot online to go off of, no negotiation in price either after sitting outside for years having the paint fade and likely moisture all up inside the engine. Not sure why I was even considering the purchase, considering I could have paid the same and gotten a brand spanking new current model elsewhere or waited but of course due to COVID they’ll make it seem like they have no clue when more are coming and will try to pressure you into buying a mower that’s been sitting for years. Really put off from these guys, glad I used my better judgement and went elsewhere!
The parts counter at Creel tractor is by far the most incompetent group of people Ive ever had to deal with.4 times Ive placed orders and they either completely forgot to place the order, or when you place a order for next day delivery they dont enter it until the next day so its late again.In case youre thinking well, Ill just triple check that they actually placed the order then theyll just lie and say they placed it. But due to their sheer ignorance they didnt place it.Due yourself a favor and call the Naples Kubota dealer. Its worth driving a hour to deal with a business that actually does what they say they will.
Maybe theyre low on inventory or help, visited last week with a wish list for an L2501 HST. Called back twice for a quote to my sales guy with no response, verified phone and email. Bought the exact tractor elsewhere today.

Paid to have my tractor picked up and serviced. Two weeks later still no updates so I call. They lost my tractor under a different customer. Two more weeks pass and still no update. I call to find out whats going on to find out they still havent even looked at it. End of week 6 and tractor is done. I paid and now have been waiting yet another week for delivery. Stay away at this point I cant even be sure they repaired it properly. But wait I got a phone call and a apology. That made it all better.Stay away!!!

Shop around. They charged me $33 for a tiny little spacer, that I thought couldnt be worth more than $5. sure enough, I found it for $6 on Bush Hog website. wow, I thought. Then, I really needed a starter solenoid, and knew I could get it on amazon for $17, but I called them, just to see if they had it in stock. They did not, but they could order it for me for $127. WOW I thought again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... Needless to say Creel Tractor and I will no longer do business together

Its getting a lot of work, but I would really appreciate quicker service and updates on status every now and then. Lets see how this goes and maybe I can give a 5 star rating.
Really impressed with these guys today. I have a large zero turn mower that quit on me today. I called up their service department and the guys helped me get running again. Turns out I had a pinched fuel line. They didnt ask if I bought it there or anything like that, they just immediately started helping me. Ill be giving this company more business in the future.
The sales people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. John McDaniel really helped make the decision so much easier. I will definitely be going to him for my next New Holland purchase!

Please guys sold a mower through an auction to me under the pretense that it only had 1.8 hours on the motor. I got it delivered to Utah cost me $900. Didnt run when I got it which is no big deal so I started tearing into it. And the motor was completely rusted out and full of water. Its a motor only has 1.8 hours on it it would be almost brand new. I called them to ask them about this and he said that they only made 8% commission from the auction house would you like a $180. The new motor is gonna cost $1499, and when I told them they were in violation of the trading act a false pretense he said just sue us. This is a joke if youre gonna sell stuff to an auction house give a description of it and not a false 1. Do not ever buy anything from these guys if there that quick to say just sue us. The are extremely shady and will not help you when they obviously should. If only there was a zero star review they would get it.
Nice place for Kuboda tractor shopping. Sales person was nice, tried to sell me stuff which they are supposed to do! Lot was kind of limited on space, as it is almost down town Ft. Myers.

In July of this year I purchased a Kabota 5800 HST from Creel Tractor Co. in Fort Myers. Jon McDaniel is the sales rep. I met with and ultimately made the purchase through. I could not be happier with the tractor and the way I was treated by everyone at Creel. I bought this tractor, put it on a trailer, and drove to my home in up-state NY. The deal I got at Creel made this endeavor more cost effective than purchasing this tractor anywhere else that I contacted. ( I really made an effort to buy one closer.). I’ve owned farms and used John Deere tractors in the past but after doing research and conferring with other tractor owners I decided to try a Kubota. I am not going to “trash” talk John Deere tractors but I will say I am extremely pleased with the performance of this tractor and would buy another Kubota if the need arises. If anyone is considering buying a tractor my advise is; do your research and call Jon at Creel Tractor!

These guys went way beyond what I expected when I brought my tractor in for repair. Two guys came right out to see if they could get me going right away. Mark the owner even did what he could to help. My next tractor is coming from Creel.
Ive only ever dealt with the parts department, and theyve always been a group of nice guys. If I ever get a zero turn Ill be sure to look at Kubota.
This place is a joke of a repair shop for your tractor. Dont let anyone you know use their services for tractor or heavy equipment repair. They are very unprofessional and misleading. Told me it would cost $800 to fix my tractor after I paid them $850 to just diagnose it. Then they finally get it into their shop after 6 weeks (originally told it would take 2-3 weeks) and now they are trying to tell me it will cost $2,200 to fix. This place is a rip off.
May end up litigating our differences. Kubota Corporate will do nothing for its customers either.
