When I initially called Everglades equipment group, to inquire about a John Deere lawn mower, I talked with Bo about availability and was pleasantly surprised to be told that I could receive one in approximately 30 days. I paid for the mower online which was extremely easy. I received a call from Everglades that the lawn mower was on the way from the factory and would be delivered in several days! Loved working with Bo, the experience was flawless!The mower was delivered to my house in less than three weeks. The delivery driver showed me how everything worked. Great place for John Deere and Stihl equipment. Moved to Ft Myers to a farm and realized our smaller riding mower wasnt going to cut it (pun intended). Went to Everglades to look at new mowers. They were able to deliver it in 2 days. The guys who work on the equipment in the back are extremely helpful and professional as well.

I have been using Everblades Farm Equipment for the past couple of years. My most recent trip in was as great as they all are. I first started with Austin in parts. He is a great guy and after listening to my issue, told me to go talk to Tammy in Service and ask for Garrhett. Well both Tammy and Garrhett were together, and Tammy is always a pleasure to talk to, and Garrhett is worth his weight in gold. He is a wealth of knowledge, and is not afraid to share it.He could have sold me a $200 starter for my Gator, but told me to try the $18.50 key switch...so far so good!This place is huge, and has stores all over, but you still feel like it is a mom and pop owned and operated business!They have my business!

Everyone i dealt with at eef f/m was very friendly and professional. my mower was picked and and returned in half the time they estimated. the only thing that happened, was they forgot was to return my old sharpened blades. but, they went above and beyond when Adam (svc mngr) had a service man deliver them to my on his way home. this company is awesome. they even cleanded up my ole girl. now if i could only get them to cut my yard every week. hahahaha

I purchased a John Deere X758 garden tractor during John Deeres 2019 Black Friday sale on line, the dealer in my area is Everglades Equipment group so I selected them on the John Deere web site and completed the order.There was a minor issue where the transfer of the order from John Deeres web site to Everglades Equipment but when I called Everglades Equipment I spoke to a Mr. Walter Pratt and he asked if he could call me back in 20 minutes so he could locate where the order was as it did not transfer to their system. Within 20 minutes Mr. Pratt returned the call and had located the order and confirmed that the Black Friday pricing would be honored.The X758 was ordered and came in within two weeks of being ordered, I went in and completed the paper work and because this all occurred around Christmas Day we made arrangements for the tractor to be delivered the day after Christmas.Chris from Everglades Equipment Group arrived with the tractor as agreed and was very friendly and helpful as well as professional and answered any questions I had.It was a pleasure dealing with Everglades Equipment Group as everyone was friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend Everglades Equipment Group for your John Deere equipment needs.As for the John Deere X758 tractor, all I can say is I have mowed the lawn one time so far as I just received the tractor today and this is one awesome tractor that has the ability to grow as needed.

I brought my Honda push mower in for warranty work and although Honda dragged their feet on sending parts Lisa and Tammy were great at keeping me informed of the progress. I have it back and it runs GREAT!Thanks Everglades for a job well done!

Even though the bill was $40. More than first quoted when the repair was done, I believe that it was human error. Very, very nice men in the service department and went out of their way to please me and assisted me to my car, carried the heavy item and even loaded it into my car for me. Workers came through the office and were just as helpful and professional and courteous. 5 stars for their honest demeanor, help and a job well done!!! A pleasant experience for sure.

Called to ask if I could bring in a front axle end hub from my 2520 tractor that needed repair and they said yes that they would take a look at it. First they said by next week, then it went to the following week, at the end it took 5 weeks for them to look at it. Then I was quoted close to $3000 for parts and labor because they said I need a whole new complete unit! For that price I should be able to replace the whole front axle! A base JD tractor like mine probably goes for less than $15K new! I did have a good experience when I purchased my Gator years ago...but the service department is another story.

Just dont be in a hurry they will not accommodate homeowners in need of immediate attention.My mower cut out on me one time in 14 years I looked to Everglades farm Equipment for immediate help. Diagnose and I will replace the part to make things easier. I paid the $103 service fee and have contacted them over and over for the status of the lawn mower. No results just wait! I asked for a loaner and offered to rent a mower. The loaners are only for corperate accounts and nothing is avaialable.I have a open house tomorrow at one of my properties with grass as tall as it has ever been.Maybe I should put a sign out front saying Still waiting on Everglades Farm Equipment.

Buy a John Deere for the reputation and quality, but, buy it at Evergaldes Equipment because after the sale, the service dept. will be who you will deal with. Everglades Equipment has one of the best parts departments around for 2 cycle small engine stuff. Prices are good and they get you what you need. I found an old Stihl hedge trimmer in the trash. Turned out it was in great shape just was rigged over the years. The parts department had most of the parts or ordered what they didnt and they arrived FAST. Other Stihl dealers I called did not have the parts! My Free machine cost a little bit of money but it works mint now!

I bought a brand new home on 1.4 acres and needed a mower I did some research and found this company I stopped by and was blown away by walter pratt his customer service and knowledge of the equipment is amazing we found the right tracter for me (E130) and not only did he go over everything with me he then personally delivered the tracter to my front door 3 days later and proceeded to go over everything again and answered any questions I had.Walter is amazing I highly recommend him and this company.

John Deere specialists, they dont sell used items so you have to buy new. Nice sales folk, knowledge of materials, parts counter guy was quick (got a gas line for my weed whip) Wish they carried pre-owned equipment, but they whole sale it off after trade in.

I received a letter notifying me of a transmission recall for my John Deere D105.. I called Everglades Farm Equipment in Ft. Meyers, and they took my information. On November 10, Lisa called me to ask if they could come to North Port and pick it up on Monday the 13th. ( I have to say I was quite surprised I was not expected to bring it there myself!) However Shorty arrive right on time and picked it up, (Nice guy!)Lisa called me on the 15th to ask if they could return it the following day. (11-16) ..... and sure enough Shorty arrived at 10:30 and returned it!!This has been the very best recall process I have ever had! Everyone was very professional and pleasant! I ordered some parts for my mower and waited for days. No one ever called me until I called, they put me on hold, one guy told me some of the parts were in but need to know what happened to the other ones, so he needed to call me back. He did but I missed the call, when I called back, he told me that the parts I ordered DONT EXIST!!! He also said he had been trying to call me for days which was a big lie!!! Not only did they wasted my time making me wait for something they never ordered, but they lied trying to cover their mistake. I ordered the parts from an online store, something I shouldve done instead of wasting my time with these incompetent liars!

Great service turnaround time on extended warranty work on my Gator 590i. Gas gauge stopped working on 14-month-old machine. Service Dept ordered a new gauge, picked up my Gator in North Port on a Monday, made the repair, and delivered my (Gator) Dawg back to me first thing that Wed morning. Wow!

Worst ripoff place around. Estimate for new carb $900.00. Carb needed rebuilding and we needed a fuel pump because they broke our new one. A $20.00 part.These people tried to totally rip us off. They were nice about it but Never again !!!
