Got a great price on a designer sofa and the item was exactly as described and pictured, which was much appreciated after driving 2 hours to pick it up. They also helped me load it. 5 stars for a great experience.

We couldnt be happier with WOW as we have found some great items at unbelievable prices. They give you ample time and days to view the pieces so there is no reason to get upset when and IF you complain that item was not described accurately. The service is great and everyone is super nice.

Dont rely on pictures and description, go and inspect items before bidding. Photos can be really poor, descriptions are anywhere from vague, to misleading, to nonexistent. Not sure if this is deceptive, or just lazy. Edit, one month later: If they have a problem, or make a mistake, do NOT expect any help whatsoever. Be very careful here.

Just make sure you have seen what you are bidding on. Descriptions are not always accurate.

Be Careful when bidding online they dont describe items accurately then once you bid and win the item they force you to pay for it even tho is not as described not cool.

My initial experience with WOW Auction as a buyer was very good. That was until I gave them items to sell for me.I am not new to auctioning. I have sold many items via auction with varying results as to sale price. I understand how it works.I was comfortable with WOWs pricing and stipulations. The more something sells for, the lower the percentage that you commit to them. In addition there is a $3.00 lot fee. I was ok with this and thought I would try to sell items through them.I gave them some antiques, electronics and some odds and ends. Some very valuable sets were also in the mix.Now there pricing is variable depending on how much the lot sells for. What I didnt know was that they would break the sets up to make sure that the bidding would stay lower and they would get more lot fees. That being said I ended paying them almost 50% or more. I received 50 cents on an item that sold for $5.00.After reviewing the list of items that were sold when I received my check, I found items that they payed me for that were not mine. It makes me wonder what of my items were sold and the proceeds were given to someone else. I wish this was the end of my complaints.I brought my items to WOW Auction on 5/8/17, it is now 6/22/17 and some of my items have still not been put up for auction.This company is a complete rip off. They are in no way professional and I would not recommend to anyone. If you want honesty and professionalism, go to Reposell/Fort Myers Auction Co. I should have gone to them in hindsight.
