This place has a lot of furniture and decent prices, but the management is incredibly unprofessional. I spent $4200 with them and the order was incomplete upon delivery. I was promised they would bring the rest of the order, but they never did. They do not stand by their word and they blame other employees for their incompetence. Don’t shop here. Go to St Matthews House and buy quality furniture for a fraction of the price… and for a worthy cause!

Purchased a coffee table there this summer, was very pleased; however found Bratz to be quite unreliable when trying to schedule a furniture pick up. The day they were to come by; they never showed. I emailed, called the store, no response. I was in the process of moving and thankfully had time to make other arrangements. 5 stars to Josh who helped me with the coffee table, but a big zero for the rest of them.

What a find! Having to furnish a whole home and found this jewelry of a furniture store with both new and consigned furniture. All pieces were of great value and the consignment pieces looked like new. Really need to check out this fabulous store for great furniture finds of all types.

This place has a huge assortment a furniture in all styles and price points. They have furniture for every room and a huge inventory that is always changing. Also, the customer service is always excellent AND they have a very accessible bathroom for their customers. Be sure to check this place out if you are looking for furniture!

Billed as a consignment shop this store has a lot of new items. Prices seemed to be on the high side. Very crowded display area. The staff was very nice.

Bratz is great. Ive been looking for a few unique pieces for almost a year. Bratz had several items I had to have. I made sure to walk through the store several times to make sure I didnt miss anything. Prices are good too. Its a big store. For sure worth the visit.

We placed an order a month in advance before moving into our new home.We ordered a king bed and they forgot to deliver it with our nightstands. So we were told it would be delivered the next week. Spent the day at home waiting for a call on our delivery time. Well I had to call them and was told they didnt have our bed! They couldnt get it for another month. They never called to even inform me if the situation. So they did refund me for the bed. I was not impressed with the way their business is run.

Always have a great experience when I come here-and have been for years! The owner, Bill, is great and it’s refreshing to see an owner so involved in his company. Pricing is always fair and delivery is convenient and the guys are great! Will definitely be back.

Bratz has a huge selection of reasonably priced furniture new and used. We bought a beautiful double pillow topped firm mattress and foundation and had it delivered the next day - queen sized- for around $500. We had priced them many other places and this was the very best price for the highest quality and the fastest delivery. We very very pleased with the store which is clean, has late hours, helpful and knowledgeable staff and great fast deliveries.

Interesting and varied merchandise. Not thrift store cheap but reasonable. Staff was very helpful when I was looking and again when I was buying. Not a place to haggle. 10% discount when asked... A table I was buying came apart in moving it to the car and she did not allow me to buy it. I felt well cared for in that.

This is a great family owned business. Been here many times and have always had a pleasant experience. They have everything I need for my house and at a great price. The staff is friendly and the owner has helped me and my family out on more than one occasion. Not only with helping me get new furniture but also buying my used furniture.

Lots of sofas and bed sets

We were outfitting a new home and liked a lot of their choices in bedroom and dining room furniture. Chose two bedroom sets, a entryway table, and a chair. Much of the furniture is new and some items are consignment. Very happy with price, delivery by two nice young guys, and quality for the price. Helpful attitude.

My boyfriend called looking for a certain piece of furniture. A pleasant sounding woman said they had 2 and quoted prices. I heard them as he was on speaker phone. When I went to look at the pieces the next day the price went from $400 to $599. I mentioned my boyfriend was told $400. She said oh no. I talked to him and thats the price I gave him. I didnt push the issue as thats not the type of business I could trust if they did that. But if I had heard $599 I never would have driven there in the first place as that is outside my budget. The the $ I saw seemed high on USED furniture.

Staff were freindly. The place is not AC, fans everywhere. Ok pricing. Pricing should be a lot better considering it listed as a consignment shop, it would be cheaper if you go to a regular furniture store.

I spent alomst two thousand dollars at this store. The furniture when delivered was supposed to be new. The one piece was so dirty that I thought that I would have to take it outside and hose it down. The one glass top table the was delivered, the glass top wobbled on the frame. I was promised that it would be replaced. That was three months and umpteen phone calls ago, and still no replacement. The last conversation was if you want to bring back the table and pick up the replacement is your choice. We would have to rent a truck in order to do this??? Every phone call previous to this last one were packed full of lies and three times promiseses that it woud be delivered this day and that day with me staying home to meet the delivery. Trust me everyone that I come into contact will be made aware of Bill Ratzs business policy. Ive got your money now go away.

Well, to begin with the owner sat in his office and I was the last customer of the d a year before closing. He didnt even lift his head to acknowledge me. Everything in there is outrageously high priced for outdated furniture clearly from 70s and 80s. I cant imagine anyone walking out feeling they got a good deal. Ridiculous

I sent pictures of several rooms of furniture to Bratz Consignment on April 4th. Received a reply from Bill Ratz on April 6th saying the pictures looked good and he will come by to take a look on Monday the 9th and a truck will be out during the week. I stated that we needed our condo to be empty by the 15th as we are renting the condo unfurnished. I emailed him on the Friday the 6th to see what time he would be by on Monday. No response. I called on the 9th to check on the time frame and Bill wasnt available. The girl that answered the phone told me that they have no room for furniture and not taking anything until after the 1st of May. Very poor communication. If I was told this on the 6th, we would have had more time sell the furniture; we now only have a few days. I am a small business owner and know that communication is one of the most important parts of a business.

Found an awesome couch for 300 bucks, but when delivery day came there was some gap in communication. They didnt write my phone number correctly, so when the delivery man showed up at my door and I wasnt there I received a phone call from him that wasnt very friendly. No costumer service skills. I was accused of missing the phone call and not checking my voice mail, when the it was the businesses fault to begin with. Very rude.

Great selection of New and gently used furniture

We drove 45 mins to check this store out. Upon entry we discovered this consignment store sells all their items at new +10% pricing. The price structure is outrageous for something they purchase second hand. The store is literally a piping hot warehouse environment with a pungent smell replicating the mothball and retirement home mixture that the furniture was taken from.

Nice furniture warehouse, with a large array of furniture available. Although nothing appealed to me that day, I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

Not sure how this guy is in business. Scheduled a pickup of a bunkbed and they are only in Naples on friday. Friday came and they never did. They said they tried calling and we didnt answer. So what do they do they dont come. They never told us that when they scheduled the pickup. Then we tried to reschedule and they kept saying we dont have any room to receive it. We just now tried calling and they said oh we dont need anymore kid furniture. Just a big waste of time with this company. Asked to speak to the owner 4 times and he has yet to call me. They get a F in my book.
