I visit this location at least 3-4 times per week. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in. All of the Baristas are very kind and friendly. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Wanted to specifically highlight Jacqueline, Veronica, Jenny, Jade, and Cori! Love the environment here and I definitely plan to continue to come back! :)

I decided to stop in Starbucks today because my Verona at home has not been tasting the same. So low and behold they were Brewing Verona today! However I think that theyve changed something with it I dont know if its the bean or the roasting but it just doesnt taste the same as it has tasted for all these years Ive been drinking it. But you got to love a Starbucks the coffees always yummy.

I went there yesterday around 6:25pm with 4 friends. The lady that was in register was very rude to us. I was not even in front of register yet and she said: “I can not take the order because I can’t hear, you all are talking so loud . I was not even talking yet. No welcome to Starbucks, she never said hi . She just was not happy. Then, I requested hot coffee and she gave it to me apparently the left over because it was so warm that I had to request another hot coffee. Then we were sitting talking and she went again to us to say if we can speak low volume as our voice was too loud. We are Hispanic, we were not been disrespectful with nobody. We were just having a good time but no. The experience was very bad that we will never go back. I saw her being nice to the next table ( but very rude and disrespectful ) with us. I never heard in another store that we can not talk .

The absolute best Starbucks location. Mike the store manager is doing a great job with his staff. They are all so friendly. Vivian and Jayleen always put a smile on your face!

This Starbucks is horrible! Used to love it, but four times this month I’ve ordered through the mobile app get there to pick it up & there’s nobody even there working. There’s workers sitting in their cars waiting for someone to open the door! They tell me to go to a different Starbucks to receive my order! I get it’s not their fault after all they’re more reliable than the key holder. So here I am driving out of my way on my way to work to get an order I paid for & show up late to work. How about giving the keys to the ones that actually show up for work! Guess I’ll just take my business to Dunkin’ Donuts they always seem to be open.

Ordered for mobile pick up. Would not even acknowledge us when we came in to pick up but didnt have a problem asking the younger girls that walked in. When asked about our order they lost it or gave it away and had to remake it. Ordered 2 venti lattes with light foam and only half full when we finally got them. When you pay that much for coffee you should at least get what you order. Going to have to rethink Starbucks for my coffee

This is not the customer service that I expected from Starbucks. Hand written sign on the doors we will close at 4 PM reopen at 5:30 AM it’s 3:20 PM and the doors are locked poor customer service

I understand starbucks is a busy place but they do not read people’s drink labels thoroughly. I am lactose intolerant and asked for almondmilk in my matcha latte and it was not and I got a very upset stomach trusting the people making it that it was almond milk.

The best pick-me-up on the ride home! I love the matcha green tea Frappuccino! Great service- I used the app and the drinks were ready in 4 minutes. There’s a drive thru as well.

Specifically asked for light ice in my drink, after 3 sips the drink was gone because my cup was completely filled will ice. Normally this would not be a big issue but I feel that when youre paying 7 dollars for a coffee it should correct. Most likely wont be returning to this location.

Kid at drive thru basically threw my drinks at me & then completely ignored me when I gave him payment on app. was waiting to make sure payment went but he was more concerned with other things.

One of the best Starbucks in the area, was served by Kaycee today and she went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, we will be back!

Definitely go to this Starbucks over the forum. There is virtually no wait wile the other one is at least a 30-45 minute wait for every time I went, even with pre-ordering.

No matter the time of day, you will wait at least 20 minutes for a coffee, usually more like 30. Always order ahead with low expectations. Slowest Starbucks in town - which is unfortunate because I live across the street.

Lovely Starbucks. Clean restrooms, very personable management and Coffee Master. Large table, some smaller tables and a bit of comfortable seating and lots of places to plug in. We were there for a coffee tasting one afternoon last month and thoroughly enjoyed the time we got to spend talking to those who really know coffee. Good coffee too.

This location is always fast and accurate! Also, they’re rarely out of stock of my go-to drink. The location 10 minutes closer to me is ALWAYS out of my drink and they’re extremely slow in the afternoon (30 minutes in the drive-thru, consistently), so we drive the extra distance to get what we want in a timely manner from this Starbucks.

Terrible at managing to go orders. You try to be patient and wait your turn only to find out your drink was made 20 minutes ago and stuffed it in a hidden place instead of setting it out. No point to even trying to order early through the app.

Very rude staff. Poor work ethic. No pride in their work. Theres a dunkin next door, if youre already not expecting much you might as well go there. This starbucks puts zero effort into making drinks or listening to orders. They literally mess up my order more times than i leave with the correct one. They serve warm coffee not hot! like coffee is supposed to be.I had two extra request only, extra Caramell in one and the other light coffee they serve me with the strongest coffee they had apparently and almost cold I’m glad I didn’t ask for cream otherwise would be Neia took an ice coffee.I’ve already called more than once asking them to pay ball tension unfortunate that store it’s the most convenient to me but when I really wanted my order done right I have to drive farther down to Daniels and 41 store otherwise I have to be prepared to have a bad coffee. I used to really enjoy this Starbucks but unfortunately it’s too often that they mess up my drink and somehow it comes out different every signal time- sort of defeats the purpose and the whole Starbucks goal. Usually they are friendly, until you ask them to remake a drink politely; they get quite offended. They are closed often and change up their hours very frequently. Overall, this location is very inconsistent drinks and all. However, they are always nice to my dog, so that’s two stars right there!

I get breakfast here regularly before work. The drive thru is very efficient despite being very busy most days. I am not a morning person so I dont have much time before work. Always have my stuff in 5 minutes or less.

Do not order on your mobile here. It took me over 30 minutes for them to fill an order and I found out that they will fill all the orders for the in store people before they get around to your mobile order. So you will sit forever.

I love going to this Starbucks! It tends to get a little busy sometimes but everybody that works there seems to be very fast and on point. Theres also a gentleman that works there thats very nice and has great energy. Every time I order any food or drinks from here theyre always made perfect!

I love Starbucks. This location is yet another gold star on its shiny reputation, in my opinion. Speedy payment and service; the cashier treated my millennial app payment with the same kindness and respect as he did the +70 year old grandma paying in change in front of me. Even after I accidentally ordered my latte hot instead of iced (its 78 degrees Im not sick), the barista happily made another. And then brought it to me as I was waiting outside on the patio. Could not be more satisfied. Ill be back!! Thanks everyone.

Ordered a Red Eye in drive thru. Left and discovered it was hot chocolate. Had to return it. They were very apologetic

Good coffee per usual but shoutout to management and lead barista. Shop was quite busy, but operations were so streamlined that you hardly noticed.

Barista was very fast and had my preorder ready upon my arrival.

Who ever is running the opening shift is doing a fabulous job! The morning crew always has a smile on their face no matter what time I come in, 5 6 7 8 am. You guys start our mornings off right and always keep the line moving. I made the mistake of trying out Dunkin Donuts one morning and waited for my food inside for 45 minutes. Those guys dont have any hustle in them. Keep up the good work and youll keep taking my money😁

So rude, not good service. I and my husband spend over 200$ for Starbucks every month. Most of time here they always dont make my coffee right. I always Oder triple shot espresso and 3 pumps white mocha. And when the hot espresso can smell the white mocha, just need shake them very easy in 3 seconds and they will mix together good. We call that stirr. But every one of them think they know that but they dont do it!!!! And I always get whip cream on that. And theres a man always not put whip cream for me and when I ask very police, he yell at me said what and said next time u have to tell them when u order!! But I get their coffee all the time and the same never change and always order very well for them. But so rude I dont remember his name but rude rude rude and they dont make it right for something very simple!!! I never get coffee from them anymore!!!

Normally I love this place but this time, the workers that took my order was rude and the people who made my drink made it wrong. Overall this experience wasnt good at all.

This is a good Starbucks with relatively easy access from Daniels Parkway.. The parking in front is often full, but there is a large lot to the west. The drive-thru is always busy, but they take care of walk in customers well.

Quick service however the outside area could use a trash can.

The staff at this location are some of the most friendly baristas I have ever met. The regular staff knew my name and my order after my second visit and have remembered it ever since. They always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to make sure your order is exactly to your liking. I also think they make some of the best Starbucks coffee around town.
