Workers are absolutely rude and disrespectful of property, blocking parking for other residents and purposely dirtying lobby areas .Find another contractor .

We used West Coast for five remodeling projects over four years. We chose them again and again! Carrie’s knowledge of design and construction enabled us to update a 1980s house into a modern look.Ben uses his own crew who are experienced and knowledgeable. Any issue was quickly resolved.Very importantly..the cost was right on the budgeted number. We LOVE how our home has been transformed....... the very talented trim carpenter Anthony who was on our job 90% of the time was amazing and does incredible work.It was a long project that was done in three phases over a two year time frame but we are wrapping up the loose ends now and very pleased with the end product. Carrie did an excellent job of taking our ideas and transformed them into our dream coastal Florida home.

Friendly sales staff, prompt service, and competitive pricing. Our cabinets arrived as promised and looked great. The sales staff has been very helpful following the sale. Great company to work with!

West coast Design Build Inc is a wonderful company where you can met very qualified, skillful employees that dedicate their lives to performed outstanding jobs. I have hired them for three times and I am very great full to this company.

Hired them and they never have followed up with issues that we have had. The installed cabinets incorrectly and said they would fix but once they received payment will not return. Poor customer service and do NOT recommend .......do yourself a favor and stay clear. You wont get what you ordered! Gave us a sample of the cabinet that we were supposed to get and got a cheaper and much thinner cabinet and the owner denied ever giving us the sample. States it wasnt from me. When she knew we were dissatisfied with the cabinets she had no interest in resolving the issue. Even at that point she could have worked with us to order cabinets that we were satisfied with and wanted to begin with.Addition.....I used my friends email that is why you didnt recognize my name. I live on Sanibel. My name is Anne C. We worked with Carrie...did our kitchen for a new build. The last encounter I had was I brought a cabinet door in to match paint color so you could replace end panels that were incorrectly made and installed and I havent heard a word from you. Many excused before that. The last time I spoke with the owner she came out after a lot of coaxing and agreed the end cabinets were installed incorrectly ...they dont match the size of the adjacent cabinets and it is very noticeable. Carrie agreed they were wrong and would send someone out and fix the problem. Blamed the hurricane Irma 2016 on the delay in response. I havent had the end cabinets fixed yet despite bringing a cabinet door in th the office for a paint match sample. They was many months ago. However I see their trucks working blocks from my house. Very, Very disappointed in the way they do business and follow up or lack there of. Once you pay them you Will not see them again. This was not an unreasonable complaint. BE WARNED!! I never write reviews like this but after my experience I feel compelled.

Awful company, awful owners and they lie constantly to save face. My advice is to stay away as you will most likely have a nightmare like I did, and waste a lot of money. One of their workers even advised me to be careful as they were not trustworthy and scammed clients. Really sad they resort to these tactics for money.They will most likely give the usual bad review response : we dont have a customer by that name and I must have the wrong company... well I dont. This is West Coast Cabinets in Fort Myers and I mainly dealt with Carrie who I was more than unimpressed with.Willing to bet the positive reviews were written by them....

They do a good job, but their lifetime coverage policy is poor. Expect to pay expensive prices if your cabinet is damaged and needs to be replaced. Our garbage bin came off track, the door broke when it had to be forced to be opened to remove rotting garbage. They finally came to replace the garbage bin, which took nearly 7 weeks. When they did replace it they said they wouldn’t cover the replacement and charges $1000 for a new garbage bin cabinet door and railing. I would recommend going to a larger company that you can trust their lifetime coverage.

They did our entire remodel and did an excellent job we are very happy with the quality of work and design.

This company was top Notch .From the original meeting to delivering exceptional customer service and Qaulity .I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade there homes appearance.Owners always on premises and take Great Pride in what they do .Thx Ben and Carrie !

Terrible unsafe drivers on the road absolutelyinsane they should be taken off the road and the licenses revoked, rude, absolutely ugly road rage.
