I used FFI for cabinet resurfacing and other miscellaneous work around my house and everything turned out great and also went very smoothly. I would highly recommend FFI. Thanks for the quality work!!

I have worked with Theresa on several projects she is a blast to work with and is very open minded and takes well care of her clients needs and investments we have done several home flips together and as a contractor it is nice to work with someone that has the care for the propertys as she dose makes my job worth doing and selling someone there dream home that much more exciting.

Really fishy company. Contractors STAY AWAY! They dont do the work themselves. They hire out but dont stand by their word. I was hired out by them and luckily I did get a down payment but they still owe me $2415.00. My company went out of our way to accommodate FFI / Tera since the job was in Central Illinois and they are out of Fort Meyer Florida. During the process we found out that they had more than adequate time to correct the violations but they dragged on getting the work done. Called several times and then had to contact the city where the project was at. They then revoked the permits on the project and I had the job shut down so that no other contractor can pull a permit for that address. Then went and removed my materials from the house. Called the city 30 days later and they gave me the information of the actual owners which I contacted and they at least apologized and said they were not dealing with FFI on any of their projects anymore and we settled on a fair amount. About 6 months later with the windows busted out and the doors kicked in the city declared it a hazard and I believe its on the demolition list. Sad for the owners as that property couldve made them money had they never dealt with FFI.

Needed flooring done from hurricane damage. Annalisa was quick and on the ball. Our floors and new baseboards look amazing and we couldnt be happier!

Contractor was very knowledgeable and helped us change out all our windows to hurricane, impact rated, windows from PGT. Looking to use this company again with our outdoor kitchen remodel in the coming year.
