I had a sheared off bolt from my serpentin belt pulley. this mechanic was able to remove the air conditioning bracket asap, and extract the sheared bolt and kept in contact with me every step of the way !! :)

Bill is truly the definition of “if you have a good mechanic hold on to him”I met Bill when I had an issue with my 1997 Saab 900 back in 2002, Bill was recommend by Devo Saab in Naples as I didn’t want to go that far and they would only recommend Bill . He has resolved multiple issues on it. since then I have serviced 4 different vehicles with him as he is my go to mechanic … I have serviced my 2006 A3, my 2002 Chevy Blazer, my wife’s 1999 Ford Expedition, and more recently my wife’s Sienna and my Santa Fe. I have recommended Bill to multiple colleagues and to this day they are all using him for MISC repairs. Bill will be the first to tell you if he can fix something or not, He does not up sell anything unless you absolutely need it. (he doesn’t not even keep inventory on hand to upsell. Bill does not waste your time or want his time wasted with small oil changes etc. DON’T expect to have a nice waiting room or beverages or a loaner he is not that fancy, although my kids love sitting in some of the parts cars and play around…. What you can expect is that he will fix your car well and it will cost you about 30% less than a lot of places and no BS price hikes like you get from the dealerships as they are trying to make a quota. Bill is also starting to sell used vehicles in his lot.Our family highly recommend Bill
