Quality and honesty is everything and Pit Stop in Ft Myers delivers. Quick service, extremely polite, an impeccable waiting room and just all around great people. Dont waste your time with the crooks on Fowler, ( they arent all crooks, but many are), just go to Pit Stop. HIGHLY recommended, 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really like this place so much, friendly service and I didnt have to wait very long I was in and out in 45 mins! Also Beth was very informative and gave me great information about my tires too! This shop is the best. I had to stop here in the late afternoon for emergency repairs after my caliper seized on my Jeep across the street from this shop. They had it repaired (with whole new front brake system) and back on the road for a reasonable price in less than 2hours! I was so impressed I have now returned for some more elective suspension work. They are fast and reliable and perform excellent work. The customer service is top notch. Very impressed with Pit Stop shop in downtown Fort Myers. Mechanic shops like this are becoming harder to find, especially those that have the skills and interest in working on older vehicles like my 1994 Jeep. I will continue to come back here and recommend this place to friends and family.

Ernest was great from the moment I called to make an appointment, he set me up for the next day to come by and get my car serviced, even called me in the morning to double check that I was still coming, once there, they were great, the mechanic Angel treated me like a life long customer, almost like a long time friend, I felt really welcomed and comfortable which is so unusual at a mechanic car repair shop, they walked me out to the garage where they were working on my car and showed me everything that I needed to see, they explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this mechanic repair shop for all your tire and repair needs. I’ve spent three years searching for a honest mechanic shop for my car, not to mention the thousands of dollars I’ve thrown away using repair shops that never cared for my car. Oh and they have a nice waiting area in the lobby with a couple of TVs and coffee station with a vending machine for cold drinks 😉

I brought my Jeep here a few weeks ago to get checked out after having recall work performed at the local jeep dealership. The items and price they quoted me were much more than I thought it should be. I decided to call Pit Stop as I had taken my other cars here a few times for oil changes and had an OK experience then. Let me tell you Beth is OUTSTANDING! She was very knowledgeable and helpful with my issues. They did a complete inspection on the Jeep and gave me a quote breaking down all repairs that were needed. It was more work than I was expecting but the prices were reasonable and I really wanted the vehicle to be up to par with its maintenance. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and I have confidence that if I have any issues with it that I can bring it back and they will take care of it. Ill continue to bring my other vehicles here as my first choice in auto repair. Thanks Beth for all of your help!! If you need auto repair bring it here!!

The car was overdue for an oil change and I was short on time. I waited in the lobby, worked and used their wifi. Staff was very friendly. Oil change was completed faster than anticipated. They checked the battery and said it was getting low. I asked if I could bring it back later. They bought a battery for the car, I dropped it off again everything was fast and done right. A week before Christmas, I had a tire blow out going over the Edison Bridge. I had no idea what I was going to do and fortunately, took a right and saw Pit Stop Auto Repair. Beth Cafaro was on duty and went above and beyond to help me. I ended up having to get four new tires and they promised as delivered. Had them check tire for some screws/nails. They werent able to patch the tire so they put on the spare tire and didnt charge me. Since its down the street from husbands work would not hesitate to use them again.

The Pit Stop is the bomb....I took my company vehicle there for some brakes and rotors and they did a great job on the research and repairing the work that we need, had a problem with the brakes and the pit stop made us too priority and fix the issue, that was key in my eye sight and for that the pit stop will be are new shop where we will get work done at...great job
