Normally having to go to an auto dealers show room is about equal to a dentist appointment. Sit around for hours while the salesman and the manager drink coffee and talk about whatever then return to the customer with a counter proposal. My hole day was a short phone call and a deal. I purchased a pre-owned truck (Toyota Tacoma) from them that was not a Porsche. I felt like they treated me as if I were purchasing a $200K vehicle! Outstanding communication, professionalism and attention to detail. My contact there was Robert Dorsey and he excelled in every area. I never felt anything but top-end courtesy. These guys were all stellar, from the sales rep to the finance manager who was able to get me an incredibly low APR on my loan. I could easily give them 10 stars. Car was professionally detailed and full of gas when it arrived. Great business!

That was easy! Agreed on price, ordered car, car came in, no hidden fees, everything as ordered, no pressure to add on services, drove away. Another dealership in a different town would not even quote a price up front, and spent my time trying to pressure me into buying something I didnt want that day. I had the best experience with the Fort Myers Porsche dealership. My sales person Robert was amazing!! The entire process from start to finish was easy. Very happy with my car and the process.

Service was friendly, helpful, but left me feeling ripped off. I paid $450 for an inspection and alignment and gave a list of the two main areas I wanted checked: Suspension and Exhaust. I specifically wanted the manifold bolts checked to see if there was corrosion as I planned to replace them.While I did receive some value from the inspection, when I went have the manifolds replaced at G-Exhaust Davie (4.9 Stars & 1,300+ Google Reviews) I was told two bolts were missing on the passenger side manifold. Given that the car is over 60k miles and few were added post-inspection, many on the way to Davie, I have to assume that the manifolds were never checked. To give a reader an understanding of how obvious this leak should be to a tech on a lift, I was on my garage floor and back with no lift, ramps, vision or experience and was able to find it with factory diagrams in under 30 seconds after Porsche missed it.Less significantly, my left turn signal was also out at the time and I was not told about this despite it being my only major check code. I ignorantly thought my fog light was out, but found after messing around with an iCarsoft OBD scanner and lights in the garage that it was the turn signal. The code at the time and when I visually inspected the signals myself said Check Left Dipped Beam only, but the turn signal was still out. This indicates to me that the front lights were not visually inspected at all. Perhaps the time was spent checking out my aftermarket tail lights since they are unique because it wasnt spent on the front signals.After both of these glaring oversights, Im left questioning how much of an inspection I actually received. I was told my aftermarket wing and radio were good though, even though I had no interest in those being checked. I would recommend finding a different source if you plan to have an inspection or service here.

The Ft Myers Porsche dealership was one of the Best auto experiences I have had. As I drove into the service greeting area, it reminded me of driving up to a 5 Star hotel valet service. I was professionally greeted, walked into a pleasant office area where they checked me in and then walked down to an inviting customer lounge with coffee and a variety of other soft drinks, juices, hot chocolate, and snacks. A very comfortable area to wait.Within 10-15 minutes the technician had located my issue and the service coordinator took me the see the problem. They explained the problem and what the fix was. Within minutes they reviewed the process, asked for my approval and had the parts ordered to arrive in about a week.Excellent service by true professional experienced experts! No guess work. Done, the right way!

Everyone at Porsche Fort Meyers was very friendly; helpful, and answeredall of my questions. The Service Department was especially helpful in answering my questions. Service wasn’t bad. Previous service call failed to address timer resetting, which called for an oil change 1000 miles too soon. It took several calls to confirm correct vehicle and the correct customer name.service tech went above and beyond to keep me posted on vehicle. Went for an oil change, not sure if they topped off DEF I have a Cayenne diesel. I had to fill the wiper reservoir, which made me wonder about the DEF. No way to check. $468 for an oil change, $250/hr for labor. I realize Porsche is a boutique brand, but these prices are making me question if I enjoy my car that much!

The easiest car buy Ive ever had. I emailed the dealership for a written quote on a used automobile, and within minutes had a quote detailing the price of the car with all applicable fees and taxes and a cash out the door price clearly shown. I then went there, test drove the vehicle and purchased it with zero pressure from anyone on that end. It was actually a relaxing experience. And I love the used Infinity that I purchased. It was a off brand for a Porsche dealer but they were able to answer my questions on the car and make my car buying experience enjoyable!

My service included removal of a deep scratch into the paint on the bumper of my 911. They did a beautiful job of blending the paint. Now one can see the scratch was ever there. They provided me with a very nice loaner car while the work was being done, which they completed sooner than I anticipated. Very friendly and professional service personel. We live in Southeast Florida and have dealt with all of the Porsche dealers over here. Porsche of Fort Myers blew them all away. We purchased an incoming vehicle, sight unseen. My brand ambassador, Robert Dorsey, was responsive throughout and kept me updated on the delivery timing. This was an anniversary surprise for my wife, so timing was key. It arrived two days before the anniversary, and Robert sent videos of it unloading off the transport. On the day we picked it up, he had a big red bow on it and a bottle of champagne in the seat. Two excellent touches! Our dealings with Vic Moscevsky in Finance were just as superb. He answered all of my questions early in the process quickly and easily. All of the paperwork was ready and waiting when we arrived and I think we were in and out in about 15 minutes. To say it was a breeze is an understatement. The General Manager came over after we finished signing all of the documents and expressed his thanks for our business. Too often that doesn’t happen these days where it seems like Customer Service is a lost artform. Not so at Porsche of Fort Myers! This could not have been a better experience. The car is gorgeous and the service throughout was perfect. If you live in Florida and are looking for a Porsche, please do yourself a favor and go to Porsche of Fort Myers. It was a two hour drive for us, but it was definitely worth it. They are definitely our Porsche dealership of choice, now and in the future.

I visited Porsche of Fort Myers to look a preowned Corvette. I was greeted by a sales person by the name of Robert Dorsey (I’m not a fan of pushy salesmen having had my own dealership). Robert certainly wasn’t pushy. He showed me the vehicle, had me drive it and asked what I liked about this particular vehicle and what I didn’t.I explained I had just sold a similar corvette prior to moving to Florida. I went on to elaborate on a issue with this year corvette.Robert goggled the issue, spoke to a number of Chevy dealerships tried to get GM to stand behind their well known flaw but to no avail. He then proceeded to speak with the owner of the dealership who agreed to make the necessary GM corrections right at their dealership.The experience I had at that dealership was the determining factor whether or not I was purchasing that particular vehicle or any other vehicle from that dealership for that mater.I’m new to the area and will say as an owner of a couple (German made vehicles). This dealership knows how to take care of a customer. (Remember I didn’t walk in to purchase a new Porsche, I went there to look at a preowned American made vehicle).My hats off to the owner of the dealership who has trained his staff well at customer service.With all the many manufactures, makes and models available to purchase the most important thing to me is Customer Service and this dealership rates A1 Top notch in my book. Very positive experience with my recently acquired CPO car. Had an issue with what looked to be abnormal tire wear and a possible alignment problem. Techs went over their findings with me and corrected a minor alignment problem. Also found, however, that I had picked up a nail in the problem tire. Installed the replacement tire and had me out in a couple hours. Great communication and resolved all concerns to my satisfaction. And everyone I dealt with was friendly also. Could not ask for much more.

My experience was not positive. Our Cayenne was in for routine service (warrantee). We made an appointment and on the date we dropped the Cayenne off at the agreed time. It sat there for two days. When I called they informed me they were short-handed and could not do the work. They did give me a loaner, but were not amused when I said I was leaving for our northern home and if our Cayenne was not done, I would take the Macan loaner and return it in the Fall. They washed my Cayenne and returned it with no warrantee work completed. Most unfortunate. All my previous service was done in a timely fashion.

I had Porsche of Ft. Myers Service department working on my car for a very long time. I then moved out of the area and could not monitor what was going on with them and my Porsche.I had the service manager call/text me and email me repair orders that they had to “close out” and needed to be paid. I had spent over $5000 worth of work with them. The repair orders had a bunch of items on it what said what was supposed to be finished. I had no way of getting there to see if that work was done, so being a Porsche Dealership I trusted them. After about 2 more repair orders and paying for them all (over $1,800.00) they told me that I could come get the car but it was still not running so I would need to get a dolly or a trailer. Thankfully I decided to rent a trailer and I picked up the car. I was told the owner wanted the car out of there and that I had to come and get it.I got it on the trailer and got it home. After unloading the car, I went through the car and all the parts that they put in my car. I had both hood insulation pads that were new damaged and my bottom cover to my new bumper cover was missing, and when I called they said the owner told them to clean out the shop, and it got thrown away. I started looking at the repair orders and verifying it with the car and found that not even half of the work that I was told was done, paid them for was not done. The exhaust was pushed together with no clamps, was never installed, and could have shaken apart and fallen off on the highway on the way home.So many things that I paid for, trusting them, was not done or thrown together just to get the car out of the service department. I spoke to 2 different Sales Managers who agreed with me, told me in text and emails, and verbally that I should get a refund for what was not done and they would replace the parts that they damaged on the car, and new part they threw away they would replace. Nothing was done.Now that none of them work there, no one wants to do anything, or even knows about any of it.The owner John Harris, who also owns Porsche of Naples, is communicating with me via the parts manager.They are trying to only replace the parts damaged and the part they threw away with no refund of the work they said was done, and was not done.That is FRAUD.I want everyone to know what kind of a business this is. I want people to know that just because you own a Porsche Dealership in SW Florida does not mean you can take advantage of your customers and steal money from them.Just a note, almost all of the people that I had been working with there, are no longer there.I am also filing a claim with Porsche Cars North America as well.

They always have a nice selection of new and used cars. They even have the new Porsche Taycan.

Unfortunately Porsche Ft Myers decided to increase their labor rate to a unreasonable rate of $250/hr, I also own a Lamborghini and their rate is $175/hr, not that Porsche is not in the same league but really that’s ridiculous to charge that much, also I had a extended warranty work done, the warranty company estimated the job was 1.3hrs labor, Porsche charged me for 3hrs labor. I’m going to be hard pressed to bring my car back to them, I’ll probably find a independent shop to do any further work, unless it’s something major that needs repair

Today, we bought our fourth Porsche and the experience was spectacular. Jeff, in sales, was informed and customer service oriented. When he said he’d go to the owner to get the deal approved, I was very skeptical. But, when we stepped on the lot and Mitchell, the owner, met us in the parking lot, I was impressed. I’ve been buying cars for 30+ years and when I left, I had zero remorse...strange after spending just south of $100K. They offer a ton of extra services like ceramic coating, built-in radar/laser detection systems, and other add-ons that can be rolled into the package. We were impressed (again) to discover the cost of these items were competitive, if not cheaper, than similar products/services offered through local enthusiast car clubs. When the deal was closed, and at no added charge, their concierge service delivered our pre-owned BMW to our door. It arrived exactly as described...and 2 months later Im happy to say we are delighted with our purchase and highly recommend Porsche of Fort Myers.

Yesterday we purchased a new Porsche. We couldnt have had a greater experience. We had visited the previous day and Jeffrey Lovelace took the time to let us look over what vehicles were available, answered all our questions. We havent had a Porsche for 20 years, so obviously the cars were very different and we were very different customers from that experience. Jeffrey gave us the time that we needed to make a decision and more than welcomed us back the next day. Everyone we met treated us well and were very friendly. Excellent experience. Saw online, called Terry Weeks and discused price, condition, previous owners and recieved Car Fax by E-Mail. Agreed on price for CPO vehicle and drove down the next day from Brandon. A 90 mile drive. . Jeff Lovelace met us and completed the sale. Terry was off that day. The car was driven, paper work started and car was detailed and delivered, all paperwork done in two hours. Everyone at the dealership were just the best. From the people at the door to the sales people to finance person they were all great. Best buying experience ever. Well worth the drive. Would recommend to everyone.

If I could give Ft Meyers porsche less than zero I would. They sold us a 2020 panamera that had front end damage. They promised to fix it and made it worse. Jeff Lovelace is the salesman and he is very dishonest. They promised to fix the clear bra and instead took a razor and cut it. It looks terrible. They then told us to pay 400 dollars to replace it. They treated us like garbage. I plan to contact all social media and put there name out there. After we exhaust good will, we will seek legal counsel. They suck. Dont buy

I recently traded my 911 Cabriolet on a new Porsche Cayenne, and I am very pleased with the overall deal, the process was fair and painless. Robert Dorsey, who is their Selection Specialist, was extremely helpful in picking out the options that will be best to suit my tastes and driving style.Mitchell Sherwood, the Managing Partner, was very helpful in fairly evaluating the value of my trade in and approved the overall package deal with professionalism and no haggling.I then had the opportunity to use their service department for a 4 -wheel alignment for another Porsche SUV and Patrick Davis, Service Advisor, made the service appointment work like a clock and the work was completed in record time. He even arranged to bring my car home to me and pick up their loaner vehicle so I would not have to make the round trip again.

I’ve bought many cars in the past and most recently bought a Panamera S from Porsche Fort Myers. First of all the vehicle performs fantastic and I’m very happy with its performance. But the highlight of my experience with the dealership is with the service department. I had purchased the wheel and tire warranty (thankfully because apparently there is a lot of debris on the roads down here) and of course I got a nail in one of my tires (actually twice). I called and spoke with Gail who immediately ordered me a new tire and provided me with a loaner until the tire came in and was replaced. They Gail and Michael are always extremely nice and friendly in there and still believe in service with a smile even on something as small as a tire change.Thanks again!
