They did great body work on my vehicle and was completed prior to the estimate! Highly recommend 99 percent of the staff were friendly and courteous. The only criticism I have is the lady at the front desk was distracted and complaining as others had to jump in to take care of me. This happened not just at drop off but pick up. Otherwise I would give them ten stars!

My SUV was taken to Caliber Collision on March 18, 2021 for repairs due to someone hitting it in my driveway. Once my SUV was ready I picked it up noticed they didn’t put the Escalade emblem I let them know. I was told they will give me a call once it arrived, never received a call. I started driving my SUV a couple weeks later, I noticed my sensors kept going off like my back up camera and other sensors where it was hit. I called explained to them what was happening, I was told the manager would call me back again I never received a call back. I do not recommend Caliber Collision very unprofessional!

Excellent service. Bought this vehicle used and unbeknownst to me prior work was done on my vehicle by someone else. They did not use the right color paint. Caliber did their best to blend in the paint work to where I can’t tell that any work was done. They kept me informed through the whole process and delivered my vehicle on time. Highly recommended.

Caliber Collision did a great job fixing my truck and kept me informed frequently on the status, however through no fault of their own they couldnt get parts in a timely manner and they had my truck for over a month. Just a word of caution. If your vehicle is drivable, see if any repair shop would check on parts before dismantling your vehicle, then you could bring it in for a quicker repair once the parts arrive.

When 2016 Kia was hit so hard on the passenger side rear quarter panel it shoved the frame into the front quarter panel which was made evident to me by the technician who showed me the dent near the front wheel. They did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle and, in fact, it looks like a brand new car!

Brodie was super helpful through the whole process. Everyone that I talked to on the phone were very nice and efficient. I got calls back to keep me updated on the repairs. The work itself was amazing, looks brand new! Didn’t take too long either and they had to order parts :) One hundred percent would go here again for any future repairs.

Just wanted an estimate, receptionist told me too busy, should book an appointment online, earliest anyone would even look at car would be a week+... Went to different shop, great estimate and car already fixed ($2100.00 job, replace front bumper, paint etc)

Not sure where to begin. Initial estimate was 7-10 days. took 20 days before our van was returned to us. The work done was extremely poor. The wheel guard that was damaged from the accident was cut in half and painted to hide not replacing it. they bodywork is wavy and not replaced with new parts. There were loose wires that were damaged from the accident hanging from the back of the vehicle. One of the wires was wrapped around the tail pipe which is completely unsafe. The gas cap cover is missing parts so it does not line up with the body. The gascap warning light is on in the car as well as the check engine light. I was told varying stories on why the car was getting delayed on multiple occasions and was admitted to that they lied and were just trying to cover their tracks. Now I have to take the car into another place and not have my vehicle for another extended period of time in order to correct the repairs done at your Caliber Collision in Ft Myers. I would not recommend your location to anyone and am extremely disappointed.

We have used Caliber Collision for repairs on my moms suburban and just had repairs on my dads car done this past week while he was out of town. Ruben is usually who we have worked with and is always super nice and kind. While my dads car was left at Caliber during the repairs, they lifted up one of the interior floor mats in the car and found an envelope of $800. cash my dad had hidden after running errands a few weeks ago and forgot about. The tech / mechanic working on the car notified Ruben whom put it in their safe on location and informed us right away. It would have been so easy for the money to have been stolen but this amazing employee turned it in for my dad instead of pocketing it - as it would have been so easy to do. We never would have known. They kindly held the money for days until he returned. The repairs and paint job were done excellent but more importantly they were honest and kind. We cant thank them enough for their great service and pricing. They have always done a great job on both of my parents vehicles. Highly recommend especially for their honesty.I cant recommend them enough.

I have utilized this business for many years, in fact, about 7 times. If you have ANY issues with the repairs on your vehicle, they will correct it automatically. Also, my last vehicle wreck was serious. My insurance company stopped paying for my rental car, because my policy deemed they only had to pay for my rental for X amount of days 😒. Caliber Collison paid for another 11 days! Dont EVER go to another repair shop.CALLIBER COLLISON ROCKS!!!

I am very upset with this place the communication was terrible always had to wait a long time to find out anything about what was going on with the car. From the onset I told them I wanted them to save the rim and the tire that they were replacing. Told them that on the phone over a dozen times and they still stole the tire from us that we bought brand new two months ago and was under warranty to be replaced and used as a spare. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Until they replace our tire that they have stolen from us and refuse to give back and lied to us about it. Charge does a recycling fee for it. Which they should not have done when they gave it back to us. As far as Im concerned the thieves. And this is for you Steve. Furthermore their company is run like its still back in the 1970s they have no way to contact anybody in their offices or out in the repair shop over cell phone or radio they have to literally walk out find the person ask him and then get back to you if they even do that day or the next day you have to constantly call them to find out whats going on with your car. After many excuses we finally got our car back 5 days late. I am totally disgusted with this company Im going to raise hell with the owners over that tire they oh us

I had a USAA claim and Abbe helped me. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Abbe is patient and super friendly and made the whole process a lot less of a headache for me. The repair work was stellar as well. I highly recommend this team and location.

The work brought my car back to new condition, they detailed my car without me asking, communicated consistently on the progress, and delivered the car earlier than promised. I would recommend them to anyone who needed car body work done.

I would definitely recommend anyone to go here. I was impressed by the daily updates they gave and how courteous and understanding they were to what was needed for my car. The repairs and body work were the best Ive seen and I use to work in a paint and body shop for years.

I brought my car to Caliber in October for repairs after I was rear-ended. My car was only just called in to be repaired in late January, a full three months after the accident, but in all honesty, I believe this is more the fault of Geico that Caliber. I do not have visibility into who exactly was at fault for the extreme delay.However, when they finally called me to bring the car in I was told that they were too busy to see me when I arrived and I would need to return the following week. I protested, and to their credit they took my car anyway. A few days later I went to pick the car up and I noticed new dents and scratches that were not there before I brought the car in. The representative I worked with compared my complaint to the photos taken when the car was brought in and he indicated that he did not see damage when I brought the car in, and that it was indeed the fault of Caliber. He graciously offered to have a technician come out and repair my car free of charge, and at my residence.It has been almost two weeks and I have not heard from any technicians. I did fill out their survey with this exact information and they did not follow up with me. I will update this review upon resolution if there is any.

Second time coming here in 3 years living down here. First time was unremarkable but this time the manager Steve took great care of us. From start to finish things couldn’t have been more seamless and easy. Thank you Steve and the Caliber team for fixing my wife’s car (again).

Was very disappointed originally by the job that was done on my car. Eventually they redid it and it looks good so far. Had to return first time because they did not attach the cord that activated my locks in the car when touching the door handle. Then there was a run in the pain, sand marks, and missed finishing inside the door frame. They were very responsive and took care of the issues by redoing the work, and even got me a rental car for the time it took to redo it. If they had done the job right the first time I would have given them 4 stars.

My experience with Caliber has always been great. They get everything fixed quickly and with no issues. The staff is very friendly and I definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service for the most part. My car was detailed inside and out so beautiful. Only reason I gave them a 4 star was my car was due to be completed on 01/10/2019. The communication was great up until that date. No texts few days. Finally my insurance company called me. The one part was an issue. So it was finally completed on the 15th.

One star grossly overstates their professionalism and competence. If you are looking for the most unprofessional approach to business this place is for you. Went for estimate three weeks ago. Their agent, Rueben, stated they would either get new replacement parts or be able to fix current problem. Car was involved in an accident with dent in right front quarter. Insurance company agreed to their estimate. Due to potential issues of getting parts the repair was scheduled as per their recommendation two weeks hence. Received a call 36 hours prior to scheduled drop off that “ corporate felt that they shouldn’t accept the job”. Absolutely no advice as to whom could do the job, just three weeks after initial estimate a call out of the blue that they weren’t going to be able to do the job. If this is how they approach their business I simply don’t understand how they are still in business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to fix a Tonka Toy.

We dropped our Honda Odyssey off for a back bumper to be repaired following a rear end collision. They told us 3 days, and then took 7 days. So we had to pay for our rental van out of our own pockets for an extra 4 days. Then when we went to pick it up, the scratches were still visible. They wanted us to drop it off and get a rental again, because we have 3 young kids. Very disappointed

From check in with the receptionist, to the mechanics, to mgmt.. they all went over and beyond the extra mile when it came to repairing my vehicle; ensuring I had a pleasant experience. Felt like I had a brand new car all over again - it even had that new car smell. Be it a minor or major repair needed on your vehicle, the folks at this facility will not let you down! I always judge a company on how they handle issues when they come up and these guys did a fantastic job. Our accident happened in Ft Myers we live in Orlando. They fixed the car and my insurance company had the vehicle towed up to Orlando. When my car arrived the battery was dead. I called them and they said replace the battery and well pay for it. No big deal, no questions asked. This is how businesses should be run! thanks so much - oh and the work was done really well, cant even tell where the damage was

The manager Andrew treated me like I was the boss.when I picked up the car I was amazed at how great of a job they had done and the paint looked factory.I can’t say many more good things about this shop other than I would trust my 90 year old grandmother taking her car their and not getting ripped off with bad work.10/10 I would recommend and Andrew definitely made me feel like I was the only customer, not to mention the turn around was quick.2011 Chevy Camaro SS.-Santiago.

Extremely deceptive! First, they tried to install non-factory parts on my 2019 car, when they were told to only install factory parts. Second, they told me that the running board I had on my car was discontinued, when in fact they ordered the wrong color. They will not return the mis-ordered running board and install the correct running board on my car. Shame on Caliber Collision, Allstate Insurance, Tint World, and Romik for not resolving this issue.

Repaired a dent, scratch, and paint chips on the rear quarter of my 18-year old Toyota. Because I was paying out of pocket (not insurance) I got several estimates. Caliber was the second most expensive, but I believed that they would do the job right at a reasonable price.During the repair they sent me TXT updates on the progress of the repair. When I picked up my car the exterior was washed, and interior was vacuumed. The repair looks perfect, you cant even tell that it was repaired. Four days after getting the car back I am still very happy with the work that they did.

Took care of the other guys mess. But still displeased with the overall quality of the work performed.

Matt was awesome. My parents were hesitant of me going here but Im glad I did because Matt took his time to figure out what was wrong and fixed it right up for me. It was near closing time but his only focus was my car and I wish there were more caring mechanics like him. He deserves a raise haha.

If you want garbage work done to your car go here. Took my car back a few times and always excuses. A shop that doesn’t want it fixed right the first time. AVOID THIS PLACE. ITS A HEADACHE. They had my car for 6 weeks after hurricane Irma. NO communication from them, even though they texted me in the beginning about sending me updates. Never did. Date it was supposed to be finished came and went, got car a week after that. Never returned my phone calls once! I called every few days for 6 weeks! Several things got messed up while they had my car. They assured me they would take car of them. Not a word since. I have called and my insurance company too and NOTHING. Would not recommend them. Terrible experience any my vehicle has things scratched that weren’t before.

Took my car to their cape coral location to get repairs last August.Everything was well until I picked it up.Job quality was a 3 out of 10. They recognized their poor craftsmanship and sent the car back to repair their repairs. Second time around the work was noticeably better but still very poor.When I expressed my opinion i was spoken to extremely condescendingly by their rep on several occasions. They were able to repair the damages to approximately 75-80%.They proceeded to give my insurance a hard time to the point the insurance ended up cutting me a vanity check to accept their poor work. I accepted to rid myself of the inconvenience of dealing with this repair shop. Unfortunately, when I recently traded the camaro in the appraised trade in value was significantly affected by the negligence of the repairs as expressed to me by several dealerships. Never will I recommend this business and will personally go out of my way to make sure everyone I know is aware of their poor work, lack or responsibility to own up to it, and utter disrespect to this client.

Recently had an rear ending accident. Some paint damage, broken plastic and bumper cushion damage to my car. Not only does Caliber have a collision center, they also have Allstate adjusters in their facility so everything about my situation was handled in one facility.As for the work, my car now looks just like the day I bought it, paint matched, plastics replaced and on top of all of that it was as clean as a whistle.The whole process was smooth as well, front desk receptionist was helpful, friendly and didnt keep anyone waiting around. I was updated constantly about my repairs and how long it would take, I recieved texts and phone calls letting me know everything was complete.The service was great, the work was great and if I ever have to do service with Caliber again, I know the job with get done right. I recommend Caliber to anyone that needs service to their vehicles.
