Great service and helpful, products recommended worked fantastic.

For me to have such a short interaction with this location, the attitudes of the employees spoke volumes. I called maybe 15 minutes before I arrived to ask about a greens supplement they had. When I came in neither employee was knowledgeable on the product or maybe they were not interested in helping me. The women that I spoke with on the phone was extremely passive aggressive and was more concerned about me leaving their store on time than giving exceptional customer service. I hate to make things a race issue but to witness her have more of an urgency to help someone who looked like her versus someone like me, it’s hard for me to believe anything different. I will not shop with this company again and I would recommend others did not either.

I prefer Vitamin Shoppe over GNC because they are never trying to pressure me to buy a certain product. GNC employees get commission for certain products so they always try to sell you those instead of giving honest information.

I can’t give it 0 stars but if I could I would.. I don’t think they like greeting black folks. Ignored and not helped with finding products, and admit they heard you said hi but I guess they decided not to reply back!

Fort Lauderdale store has the most extensive variations of products and very warm and educated customer care service They have a passion for what they do and it shows as they take the time to help you find what one is looking for. I am a customer for 10 years and I love to shop at this location!

Superb customer service! The last few times I was here there was a younger Caucasian gentleman (sorry don’t remember his name) that was helping on the sales floor. He’s beyond helpful, I couldn’t remember the vitamin I needed and forgot to take a picture of the bottle. He looked up my account and found the type I’d purchased before to rebuy. Also, when I got to the register the cashier let me know the product was buy one get one half off. I really appreciate their help and I’ve received this same level of service during prior visits.

I actually enjoyed shopping at this location today. Was greeted with a nice warm heart felt good morning then after the jokes rolled in Besides the great customer service I left out full of laughter. Its the little things that makes me come back to this location!

They sell good products but the staff spends all their time following you around the store to help you find things meanwhile theres no one at the register to check people out. Half the time what youre looking for isnt in stock, and the upselling continues at check out with asking if you want monthly subscription to what you just bought. Enough! Spend less time on the hard sell and more time actually working the register so customers arent standing there for five minutes to buy one thing!

I took a friend here while I waited in the car. She was in & out in minutes after finding exactly what she wanted. She swears by this store, and shes picky as hell, so it must be well stocked and researched. (For what its worth!)

Staff was super helpful when I needed help choosing a dietary supplement. Really knowledgeable about the products and both shared personal experiences with each which really helped me find a product I like even more than the one I initially came in to buy! Im a little bit of a picky eater and on a budget, and they encouraged me to try new flavors with the promise to swap if I didnt like it. Went above and beyond to help with a sensitive issue and I will be back soon!

I went in and set 6 large bottles of supplements at the cash register & waited to be rung up. Employee Peter & another male employee WALKED AWAY and got into a long discussion & glanced sideways at me to let me know they were stalling on purpose, not allowing me to get on my busy way. Very VEXING! It was early in the morning & there were no other customers. I left the bottles sitting and walked out. I will never shop there again AND I HAD BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER. It is a gay area and the males feel a need to let customers know if you are not of their persuasion you will not receive speedy, proper service.My favorite things in life dont cost any money. Ive always been provided friendly and efficient service there. I dont feel like I have every experienced any arrogance and the only egos I see, are in the negative reviews. Ive even had the employees take it upon themselves to look up a product to try to identify something similar to what I was looking for. Down to a specific strain. And then look at every single product they had available to help.

The customer service was horrible! I walked in and I was the only customer, no one bothered to speak or even asked if I needed help until another customer walked in. That was 10 min later! They looked at me as I walked in and continued their conversation as if I didnt exist. Never had such bad service, Im taking my money else where.

Its a nice clean store. However, the staff is arrogant and short. I came to the store to ask questions and buy whatever they suggested, and I was told to go do research online by an old lady associate. The rest of the staff is attentive, and friendly ( in a weird-friendly way), but I wish there were more knowledgeable people who are hip to the new products and actually go to the gym.Oh well, I will continue to go there.

This crew is super friendly, knowledgable, and fun ! They even greet when not busy ( as opposed to the obligatory automaton hellos frm CVS and others that are policy and therefore meaningless). They know your name ! Management is doing something right as my Shoppe has had the same employees for years, in one of the most transient cities in the country. I enjoy going in to stock up on the various forms of protein I must ingest to build muscle. They would get 5 stars, but unless you are a member its a bit spendy. Really worth it if you sign on for points, which THEY remember to apply if you dont get the flyer. Unlike the upscale(?) Whole Foods healthy mini shop that costs a kings ransom ( 2 stars), or the VERY last century GNC (1 star) with the convoluted discount system, and less than knowledgable high school dude employees who try VERY VERY hard -poor guys - and always come off as corporate pushers of things you dont want, (my) Vitamin Shoppe RULES!

Its hit or miss. The quality is good but depending on who is working youll either be greeted and helped or you wont.

I called on the phone to inquire about a particular brand of the aminos and they had them which was great but the thing that impressed me is that I told them I would be there in 15 mins and when I got there they pulled them for me and had them ready to go ....hard to get that level of customer service anywhere these days!👍👍👍

AMAZING VARIETY - despite the prices are pretty competitive with other places many things online is cheaper but the vast expa Dr of inventory is amazinf you will find something for whatever your need is by many didfrent brand options.

I agree with Heather J. There is usually great customer service, but there is an older woman there who treats people like youre wasting her time. Overall though, this is a great store with a range of products to choose from.

If you dont like the job quit.If Vitamin Shoppe doesnt care to do something about it, just go on Amazon anyway, you get bigger bottles of the same brands for a decent discount compared to Vitamin Shoppe.Ive tried, like three times, but each time I go in Im just turned off and end up leaving with nothing.
