The owner Dylan is purest definition of what customer service should be. He ACTUALLY cares and is vested into what your fitness and health goals are. They have been in the health and wellness industry for more than 15 years! Every time I visit the store I walk away with new knowledge on products and overall wellness. Their prices are all cheaper than the other two companies (%GNC~ and Vit@min $hop) of which I was a loyal customer of theirs for years. I was outraged! I can only imagine how much money those RED and BLUE guys were making on me after all those years!! They even match prices and I have yet to find any prices higher than his. He was even willing to send products to a friend of mine who lives in Los Angeles! This place is a great mom and pop shop. It is truly a gem.. You will not be disappointed.

The Nutrition shoppe has top of the line supplements and also information on every last one of them. I try to stay away from pre workout supplements that have caffeine in them, and they always help me with knowing, and understanding what type of supplements Im putting in my body.

First off, I would give it 6 stars if I could (Read entire review). The very first time I walked into this shop, Im going to be honest I had to look back up at the sign to make sure I had walked into the right place. A juiced up overly aggressive salesman with a shirt 2 times too small and thin black framed glasses is what I expected to see waiting to pounce from behind the counter in order to educate me on why this protein thats $170 is far far superior to this protein thats $40 due to the enhanced bioavailability and externalmolecularreversedosmosisendocrinenazation process it has gone through. That is what Im used to seeing and that is who Im used to dealing with at any other nutritional/supplemental shop. Dylan is a welcoming change to the preconception of what a salesman at these type of stores should be. He is extremely knowledgeable, exceptional friendly, non-aggressive, very informative and always keeps his workplace clean and up to date with the latest products. He doesnt push certain brands or pressure you into buying more expensive items but instead listens to what you want and gives honest recommendations. I have been shopping at the Nutrition Shoppe, a family-owned business for 25-plus years dating back to when Dylan’s dad was running the shop in the early-mid 1990s under a different name, but of course, the same ownership. The service, to include great (read: low, low, low) prices has never changed. In fact, with the advent of the internet, may even be better. In my experience, while not getting nosey about their business practices, Kenny and Dylan have always been able to secure products at a low wholesale prices, but are able to run successful business and make – I would suppose – a good living. In my experience, they don’t mark the products up to where they put all or most of the wholesale price savings into their own pockets. Rather, they pass a good portion on to us customers. Hes never out of stock, so the Shoppe clearly stays on top of knowing and having what customers want at all times. Not to mention, if the Nutrition Shoppe does not carry a product, Dylan and Kenny have always been able to order and have delivered within 3-4 days or less. So, if you use any vitamins or nutritional supplements on a regular basis, and I do mean long term, save yourself a lot of money and hassle by shopping here. I am now in my mid-late 50s, and I’ll be damned if I don’t look, feel and function slightly better than I did when started shopping here in my early-mid 30s. Much of that credit goes to me, yes, but this store has enabled me to sustain and improve my physique. They have also turned me on to helpful publications such as Optimum Sports Nutrition by Dr. Michael Colgan of the Colgan Institute, among others. I mention the book, as while does date back to when I first started and much has advanced since nutrition/technology-wise, a ton of great information was in it, and the Institute has become a great source for the most up-to-date info. They work with everyone from weekend warriors to Olympic level athletes do painstaking scientific testing and research, then pass it on to us. May have never discovered Dr. Colgan’s Institute without the Nutrition Shoppe. Please try ‘em out. Just might like ‘em.
