Amazing service, my girlfriend and I brought her car over because we noticed the engine check light on this past Sunday. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a young lady named Rose. She instructed us on how to utilize a diagnostics devices that we plugged into my girl’s car. I went back into the store and Steve (I think that’s his name) was able to print out a diagnostics report showing me exactly what prompted the check engine light. And if the service couldn’t get any better, my girlfriend wanted to check out some of the products there and I believe the store manager, (introduced himself as Mr. Marcus) assisted us by showcasing all the various products that would work for her exact make and model! Nonetheless, I can truly say I’ve never been shown so much attention like this before and even though this isn’t my local AutoZone, I’ll definitely be back!

I just stopped by the store a few minutes ago. I needed brake pads for my Ford transit connect xlt. Lou helped me. He took the time to explain my options and any other parts I might need. He was a huge help. AutoZone has a great employee in Lou. I really appreciate his assistance.

Marcus is definitely a good guy! I just moved here from Denver and was having problems with my battery. He took the time to check it out, and even changed it out because I didnt know how to. I came here for a minor battery issue, I felt so comfortable I asked a question regard my wheel bearings they, came looked gave advice we even laughed a little, the information I got really bettered my whole understanding of vehicles. I went to the AutoZone (located at 3151 Griffin Rd 33312) today because my car needed a new battery. I was helped by John who not only checked my old battery, but he also went out of his way to unmount it and replace it with the new one and new terminals. He was extremely helpful and did all the work for me. Amazing costumer service!

What does that convey to me and others, that he listens and truly cares. Today I was in total crisis. My 🔋 battery stalled, windshield wipers werent working, fluids were low; and I had unknown hours of the toughest start and stop 🚗 driving to do! I had an appointment at 12:30. For my second Covid vaccine at 12:30 p.m. AS it turned out an 8 minute ride from my house to my destination took me from 11:30 am to 5:30 p.m and then proved unsuccessful. Four cars from my reaching my GOAL of getting my second vaccine, the gates were closed by the gatekeepers! To be fair there was severe weather in the area and had it progressed it could have been very dangerous to everyone on the ground. My takeaway- I couldnt have survived today without the knowledge and skills of Kevin.A true attribute to Auto Zone!

On my way home today I helped a friend. After that, I was so upset that it was dark and the temp on my vehicle registered quasi way to hot. I did turn my vehicle off hoping I could get to a gas station. But for the Grace of God, I saw a Bridgestone Tire Sign; which also happened to be a AutoZone Store. I stood there until this nice man came over and inquired as to why I was waiting for someone. To be honest, I feel horrible because he was so helpful and I did not ask his name. I offered to pay but he would not accept any payment. This gentlemans honor restores my hope and faith in humanity.

On Sunday, driving home from work my car began to shake violently. I have ZERO experience or knowledge about cars or how they operate to even bean to guess what was wrong with my car. Like anyone else, I began to Google the closet auto store and I arrived to AutoZone.Now I am freaking out because I wasnt prepared to pay the insane amount of money it would cost to fix what ever was wrong with my vehicle.I walk inside the autozone and an associate named Fernando greeted me and asked what could he help me with today. So like any other young guy that has absolutely no idea what to say, I began to babble Evey single detail about my car shaking. Where I was when it happened and everything else that I could think of. Fernando provided me with a hand held system that could relay to him what was wrong with my car. After about 10mins of trying to find where to plug in the machine, he walked out and point to where I needed to plug in the machineWe walked back into the store and he old me exactly what was needed to fix my car. And it didnt even stop there. This man WALKED ME THROUGH WHAT TO DO. HOW TO DO IT AND PROVIDED THE TOOLS I NEEDED TO DO THE JOB!When I was finished, he walked ba k outside and said did it work? I was so hyped about doing the work I didnt even turn the car on LOL.And sure enough the car turned on. No more shaking and I couldnt thank this man enough. He saved me god knows how much money at a mechanic shop. God knows how much time and some serious embarrassment.The very least I could do was write this review!!!!Thank you for your help. Everyone wouldnt have done what this man did. So he deserved this review !!!
