Its so rare these days to get good customer service that when you actually have a company that goes above and beyond it feels a bit undeserved. Wholesale Parts Express is that company. I spoke with a couple of different guys on the phone who helped me diagnose an ABS brake problem with my 01 4runner. They had suggestions for me to try and were not heavy handed in trying to sell me something right out of the gate. When my fixes didnt work I didnt hesitate to order the part I needed. After some conversation it seemed that my situation was a bit uncommon and one of their techs, David, went above and beyond what one would expect any employee to do to help me get up and running again. My brakes have not worked this good since I have owned the vehicle. Thanks again!

I was skeptical finding many merchants with Mopar in their name with poor reviews of bad service, non-receipt of orders, or order errors with no response. I was searching for a part that Chrysler no longer manufactures. The dealer provided the part number. I did not find google reviews at the time but found 1 lonely review that was not on their site that was positive. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised that the part arrived so quickly and was the part I needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WHOLESALE PARTS EXPRESS!

Has a large variety of new and refurbished parts. got a $900 part for $427 after tax. i did wait longer than the free 5 days but they dont guarantee that anyway so thats not too bad. i dont like that i had to pay a core charge though, and then had to pay to send the part back. therefore not getting my full core charge back. I also had to take a picture of my part before sending it, to see if it was wanted. apparently if the part is too bad they wont take it. So i would have paid a core and not been refunded for an issue that i had nothing to do with.

OK at first I was kind of lost because I wasnt sure what was the part that I needed for my car (2007 Toyota Camry). I spoke with one of their employees and he took the time to check my VIN number and make sure the part was the right one. I got it the next day for free, and they shipped directly to my mechanic. Very happy with the experience. I would recommend Wholesale Parts Express if you are looking for good service and new auto parts at a low price.

I am located in AZ and needed a part for my technicians van, he was dead in the water and I reached out to Mariano and let me tell you, one of the BEST experiences I ever had ordering parts out of state.
