I spent several hundred dollars to have them replace my icemaker. A month in, the unit stopped making ice and was “fixed” after several calls to have them come back out. Less than a year and it broke AGAIN. There is no way this was a NEW ice maker. They want me to pay for another “new one” because it’s out of warantee. Why only a 90 day warantee on a “new” item?! NOT A SHOT IN HELL! Horrible at returning calls and following through with scheduling. Just an overall terrible experience. Please beware!

If I could give them a worse then terrible rating I would. I made the mistake of calling this company out for a washing machine repair. Avi, the owner, sent out a guy to see what was wrong. I was quoted a ridiculous price to replace a part on my machine. After the repair tech left I decided to look the part up on the internet and realized Avi charged me THREE times the price I could find it on my own. I called up less then an hour after they left my house and told them I changed my mind and to please refund the deposit back to me. Avi immediately ran to the bank and cashed my check so I wouldnt be able to put a stop payment on it. I have called multiple times and each time Avi lies that he has mailed the check out. He is unethical. Do not trust him as he will rob you.

Great, fast service. Showed up in 15 minutes to repair my dryer. Would highly recommend! Will definitely use them Again when needed.

24-7 is the best .i called them for service they came to my house on time and repaired my dry and they were not expensive and I would use them again and recommend them.They honest and they know what they doing.

My GE monogram refrigerator quit cooling . Called Avi and here showed up on time and fixed it in 1hour . Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Very satisfied with his service and professionalism .

Called them to come check out our office fridge when it stopped cooling and they came within the hour. Avi was very nice and he diagnosed the problem right away. He was very honest and told us if the part he thought was bad didnt fix the problem then the repair needed wouldnt be worth it and he would only charge for the diagnosis. Fortunately he was correct in his diagnosis and the problem was resolved for a very reasonable price.

He showed up when he said he would and did a great job. Reasonable price. This is one card I will keep.
