I ordered a washer and dryer for my new apartment. They arrived and installed it. Everything seemed fine. I moved into the unit a week later. Turned on the washing machine and had gallons of water everywhere - from my laundry room, to the kitchen, to outside my unit. I call on a Saturday to inform them there was an issue with the installation. They say someone can fix it on Wednesday. Wow long time but ok.The next day on Sunday, there was an even larger puddle of water in the same areas. I call and say Wednesday is a long time. I told them when I open the machine there is a ton of water inside and it all wants to come out and is coming out. They said someone would be over on Tuesday. Tuesday came and no one ever arrived. Now the day of the appointment comes - Wednesday. Its Wednesday and for whatever reason they go to the wrong address, so now I call to complain. Yup, its confirmed, they went to the wrong address.Now they tell me sorry for our mistake, we can be there in another five days. Meanwhile, this issue happened nearly a week ago and they are making me wait another 5 days - even though they made the mistake by sending their team to the wrong address.How is this entire situation fair? There was an issue with installation - thats fine mistakes happen. But why does it take so long to fix? I used up 22 towels drying the water, I have water damage. I have to wash clothes. I have no more clean towels left. And it takes them forever to fix an issue they caused twice.
