Beautiful shop with lots of wonderful hand crafted items. I wanted to buy everything in that store!

Bad experience. If you buy something in this store, be sure to read all the signs about returns. Even though you have great conversation while paying, you will not be informed by sales person of return policy. When asked sales person to contact owner, Bob, he said it would be discriminatory to return my purchase for money. What, that’s a new one!I have been coming to this store for 9 years. I have spent thousands at this store, and am sorry my purchase, my loyalty, and being a customer has come to an end. My family owned a retail store for 50 years. “Customer is always right.” Grew up on that. Guess my parents did not know what they were doing?Br careful.

I met Bob and his wife Diana through the Chamber of Commerce and they are both extremely pleasant people. I got the opportunity to learn about their jewelry from an event they hosted for the Chamber and was very impressed by their commitment to support the beauty of Navajo art. When my mother came to Colorado to visit me over her birthday I stopped in to see if I could find something special for her and stumbled upon a beautiful heart-shaped turquoise pendant to wear as a necklace. She loves it to say the least and I am very pleased with the quality of their selection. Would certainly recommend over your traditional jewelry store if you care to find something more unique.

I went there today and they were so nice and helpful. I got a pair of boots. It has taken a while to find something that fits due to an odd foot shape but they had a pair that worked. The lady showed me how to roll and tuck my jeans in too.

I celebrate each yearly visit to Ft. Collins with a trip to the Santa Fe Craftsman and yearly buy the most beautiful pieces of silver jewelry and unique crosses for myself and for family gifts. It is a fabulous treasure trouve of special collections selected by the owners from Southwestern artists. They pre-select the best from native american reservations in Arizona and New Mexico, and then offer all to us in Colorado! I LOVE shopping there for the sales people are the nicest and the things are the most beautiful! Thank you very much for my one-stop-shop in Ft, Collins!cathie
