I brought in a car to sell but did not have the title. They were very pleasant to work with and they still made an offer. They offered to hold the car until I had the title, and they gave me and my husband a complimentary ride home. It took a long time to get the new title, so I eventually picked up the car and brought it home because I had no idea how long it was going to take. When I finally got the title and brought the car back, they were pleasant, bought my car for the original offer and gave us another complimentary ride home.

I highly recommend making this your first stop and saving yourself a lot of time and money. You won’t find a better deal but more importantly you won’t find better customer service!!! We have purchased 3 cars there and couldn’t be happier. Mike went way above and beyond. Customer service like that is hard to find now days.

I had a turbo issue on my car and they did an awesome job helping me solve it. The tunes are excellent as well. Must read before purchasing! Terrible service from these guys. Watch out. They tell you one thing and follow a whole different book. I stated I wouldnt purchase a vehicle unless certain things were covered before hand. I go back for repairs, get the run around. They didnt own up to anything they said. In short I purchased a vehicle in need of repairs and cant get the work done. Ive had the vehicle looked at by several companys and people before I went into them. Everyone gave me an estimate for repairs, I took quotes to finish line and they tell me how the other places were lying. In short, they tell you want you want to hear just for you to sign the contract and then back out, mistake papers. Be very careful folks. Very bad company. If I could give a zero star I would. They really messed up letting go of their two best employees.

I have bought two cars two different dealership. The first SUV lasted 30 days before the motor had to be replaced. I was talked into purchasing a extended warranty. It was coveredThe second one which I got from Finishline went bad in 7 days.They new it was bad but could care less. They new I was in a tough spot and took advantage of the situation. I bought a 5000 dollar car they sold it for 9000 and I walked out of there with 20000 dollars bill. . So becare before you buy from car dealership. I have alot more bad to say about this place. I bought a 2001 Honda Accord from them. It runs good but the car has some problems. So if you do buy a car from this place. Then you better know how to work on a car because they will not tell you about it. So after I figured out what was wrong with the car. It would cost me about $900 or do it myself for about $350 or less. So what wrong was the problem with car it valve seal are bad, and burn a lot of oil... Then the other problem is one the transmission solenoidis going out. Overall theyre nice but they will not tell you problems with the car.

The only car dealership I will use again. Phenomenal experience and expertise. So there I was, driving down Eisenhower in Loveland after a beautiful day in Estes Park. Then I noticed what I wanted, and that was a black Audi S5. Unfortunately it was a Sunday or was it fortunately for me that it was because there is no salesman to hound me. So I cut across traffic into the parking lot and admired this beauty. So I easily located the webpage found the inventory and the car, I made one call and then Monday I was given a callback from Mike at Finishline. We set up a day and time to meet talked over the car went over the finances. I felt comfortable with the car and with whom I was dealing with so I put in an application and left that evening. The next Day was Sunday so I knew I had the treacherous wait for business hours on Monday to occur so that banks would open, when Monday came around everything went through the banks with approval. I then made an appointment to come pick up the car the car was immaculately detailed and plates on car. I signed the necessary pieces of paper shook his hand and drove away knowing that I would definitely buy cars here again and send friends and family to this high integrity very knowledgeable Mike and auto sales dealership. I doubt if I will shop anywhere else for vehicles in the future, but at FINISH LINE.

Ive been looking for a 6th gen camaro for a while now, and I finally found one at finishline auto sales for a good price, went in, car looked beautiful! Levi helped me purchase the vehicle along with Mike. Both guys were great, no pressure, real car guys. Also levi told me about their dyno tuning service in house, which I opted for. The car had a aftermarket intake on it from the previous owner and we found the car way way too lean. Kevin, the tuner, who is very knowledgeable got the air fuel mixture correct and the car picked up 40ftlbs torque and 20hp! Insane! The title clerk was also friendly and helpful. I will return with my business here in the future for sure!
