When I got my vehicle back it looked brand new. You couldn’t even tell that it had been hit. It was running smoothly and looked even better than it had looked even before the accident. The only thing that I did not like was how long it took. I was informed that it would be done on a certain day, then more days would pass and it still wasn’t done. Other than that, the car came out great, and after seeing it, I realized why it took so long.

I started doing business with Fort Collins Collision several years ago on a personal recommendation. Needless to say I was pleased with their work, as I kept returning to have then fix those regular scrapes and chips that are a part of life in Colorado.When I realized they also do mechanical work, they became my go-to place. I brought my car in to them several weeks ago for the 150k mile maintenance (transmission, transfer case, rear end, etc) I also had some trouble with a power seat getting a little glitchy and an air conditioner that needed some help.I had tried to polish the plastic headlights myself, and it improved a little, but not what i had hoped for, so I had them do that as well (don’t waste your time and money trying it yourself).They did a great job all around. Yes, it set me back a couple of dollars, but I keep cars for a long time, so good work in the end, is well worth the investment.

I would highly recommend FCCR. I took an older car in that had several issues, from body damage to alignment. CJ gave me a very reasonable quote, and made suggestions on prioritizing what I wanted to do. They also were able to do an oil change and the alignment which was convenient. The cost was very reasonable for the work they did. We ended up leaving the vehicle a couple extra days because was we were traveling, Steph was very nice and accommodating to our schedule. I will be a return customer.

We were going to replace the windshield last summer but were told by the glass company that they couldnt replace it due to rust around the ws, on the body of the car. They are very busy (indicative of quality work), so the lead time was a bit long but we decided it was worth it. We are glad we did wait as they did a first rate job. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Over the last few years, Fort Collins Collision Repair has repaired a major collision between my van and a building, replaced an entire sunroof assembly after a rock went through it, replaced a damaged sliding van door that was hit by a pickup, and repaired some major hail damage. In each case, I couldnt tell that any damaged had occurred. Their work is impressive. Once when I returned for a minor front panel re-adjustment, they took care of it quickly without any hassle or extra cost. The staff is always friendly and has always answered all my questions (and I usually have a lot.) They are a bit pricey but I feel their quality and customer service make it worth it.

Took my 2010 Audi S4 in for front end damage from a sign blowing into my car on the highway. Car was scheduled in and fixed in a timely manner. The work was excellent and car was returned completely detailed inside and outside including the trunk. Met and highly exceeded my expectations.

The woman at the front desk was super kind, and was constantly keeping me up-to-date. The repair turned out great and as I was leaving I realized there was an issue with my tail light. They took a look at it and couldn’t fix the problem immediately, so they offered to have me bring it back in to take care of it even though there was no evidence that they were at fault for the issue.I brought it back in and not only did they fix the issue, but they replaced several bulbs at no additional cost. Their staff was very professional and super helpful! I will definitely go back.

I went too far forward when parking, into a snow bank in the parking lot that had just been plowed and cracked the plastic piece on my front bumper. I first went to the dealership for a quote and they said itd be $1400 to fix the bumper. That was insane considering the damage was minimal and just cosmetic. I decided to get a second option and came to FoCo Collision. Their quote was $260, so they were the clear choice. I just had the work done last week and the cars bumper looks as good as new. Great service, great people and kept us in the loop. The free loaner was a great perk. We only had a month of rental per our insurance and due to the length of repair we would have had to pay 2 months of rental had it not been for the loaner. Excellent work, you would never know our car had been in a wreck. Quality of repair exceptional, service goodThe quality of the repair is wonderful. I knocked off the antenna, and later found it, after their estimate which included buying a new one. I brought in the one I now found. He agreed it was fine ad they would use it instead of buying a new one reducing the cost by more than $200.They were very busy in November, and told me before making an estimate that they could not do the repair till January. Because they have a very good reputation for quality I agreed. After the estimate, I had another shop to check out. A few days later I called back, got voice mail, and told them I decided to have them do the work. Three days later no call back. I called again, got a person, told them again that I chose them, but why had they not called? I was told that my message was garbled and all they could understand was my first name. Not good. Later I left other voice mails during the process and got return calls.When we got to January the dates available were not convenient for me so we agreed on the first week in February. A week before I got a call that could not get one of the parts for two weeks. After two weeks, I had to call them to find out, they now had the part, but could not schedule me for another week. When the repair was finished, I asked why they did not check on parts availability till the week before. The reply was that most of the time one week is sufficient. I think when the wait for repair is months they need to be bit more proactive to insure they hit their dates.Bottom line, they do excellent work and will work with you on how they do it (my antenna). Because they are good, they get really busy and then they get a bit sloppy on the process.

These guys are great. Fort Collins Collision Repair has done work for me and my family for years. This is the place to go if you want quality work done. The most recent was a side mirror replacement on a 2008 Chevy Impala. Before that was collision repair on the front end of a 2015 Dodge Ram. Every time we pick vehicles up from Fort Collins Collision Repair they look like we just drove them off the dealer lot. Keep up the great work, folks!!!!
