Upon traveling from Nebraska to Ferguson to select our bath and kitchen fixtures and kitchen appliances we didn’t realize until we were almost to Fort Collins that we were supposed to have an appointment. When we arrived the showroom was open and Morgan had a little time before her next appointment to answer questions. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful! She earned a 5 Star Rating!Great job Morgan!!

They will cheerfully sell you a stem for a Chicago Faucet for $25.00, but the washer that fits all the stems they stock and sells for less than $2 isnt something they keep in stock, even though the little rubber washer is almost always the point of failure and the metal parts of the stem almost never fail/wear out.What a crock...Sadly helping me find and stocking a part are 2 completely different concepts. I dont have 3-5 business days to wait for an 82¢ washer and your marketing department knows this...I dont need to be pacified with offers of help. I need PLUMBING SUPPLIERS to have common PLUMBING repair parts available when they are needed.

Brandon the person who helped was incredibly rude and show no interest in helping me. Put no effort in looking for the product and suggested I went to home depot to buy it. Even though I had just come from home depot and did not have the product. I was expecting more since it is as they state online a family own business.

We love Ferguson. They are knowledgeable, not pushy, and they have done their homework about the brands that they stock. We have taken both medium and high end jobs to them and been very happy with the outcome on all levels. Morgan is a great salesperson, dialed and low-key but really knows her brands inside and out. Im sure the rest of the staff is terrific too although we like to work with the same person when we can. The plumbing tech folks are also excellent and you can rely on their advice.

We have been to Fergusons twice in the last year and both times we have received exceptional customer service. This last time Rachel helped us find the right lighting to go with others we picked previously. She was very knowledgeable of all the different collections and what would look best as well as what was the best price for what we were looking for. My husband can be indecisive and she was very patient dealing with his going back and forth. It made for a great experience and we walked out very happy.

This is a a great place to buy plumbing supplies, but the customer service is hit and miss. If you can get a guy named Benjamin to help you, he will make your day a little easier.

This place is full of quality products with rare consultants that understand their show room. I rely on them all the time to help my clients with great selections that I know will last. It is nice to be able to speak with someone that understands price ranges and what customers need. Morgan in that office is my go to person, she has helped me with dozens of situations throughout the years. If you want multiple options for plumbing there is nothing these guys cant get and cant help advise on!

Reluctant Customer Service. My husband and I walked in there to look for faucets. Three employees and no other customers. First employee told us faucets were in the back. Didnt get up to show us. 2nd and 3rd employees talking about business. No acknowledgement or greeting. Finally got customer service after I got mad. One star for quality products at reasonable prices. One star for the belated customer service. Please treat your customers like welcomed guests when they walk in the door. Your store is selling high dollar items in the hundreds and thousands.

They might have nice products, but their customer service in the showroom is awful. Two salesladies were helping one customer. No greeting or acknowledgement that I existed. Another customer shows up and she is ignored as well. The salesladies ended up going into another showroom with the first customer and just left us both there.I can totally understand them being busy with a customer. Im fine with that. It was the total lack of acknowledgement of us two customers that made both of us mad. We both walked out. This was NOT the first time this happened, but I thought Id give them another chance. DONE! Ended up buying a kitchen faucet elsewhere.

Why are you closed without updating Google you just wasted 2 hours of my time

Great place with lots of options but the workers there are just plain rude. Was trying to find a new valve for shower and been in this store for half hour before could talk to anyone then was referred to other, other, other. No one wanted to do their job here. So disappointed.

The employee I worked with was very knowledgable and helpful. I needed to match a unique lighting system and with her help, we were able to find it within 10 min.

Good selection fast service

Wait 20 minutes for simple HVAC parts. Did not carry quality brand. They can order from internet.....but then so can I. They earn low rating.

Like several others we have had bad customer service this year. Your improvement attempts dont seem to be working. We had good, knowledgeable help 5 years ago when we bought our faucet and soap pump. No real interest in a multi-thousand bath remodel this spring and yesterday was told how to use the internet to find a part for the dispenser. I know how to use the internet. Thats not customer service. I walked out. So Hughes gets the checks. Dont know what happened but no good.

Terrible customer service!!! Nobody is helpful and the employees seem put out with any question that is asked to them. Find another plumbing supply store and avoid this branch of Ferguson!!
