I was looking at new Samsung phones and watches. The employees there are so helpful. Since I wasnt ready to purchase yet, they explained the products and even helped me with issues with my current phone.
They literally stole our dishwasher and money. Paid $1000+ for a new dishwasher. They took our old one which was only 5 years old. Installed the new one, told me it has a leak, took the new one back out and left. They havent returned 2 weeks later. I only went with best buy because They could install sooner than anyone else. They also left a drip going for the 2 weeks where the dishwasher attached to the water and didnt tell me. So thats some fun water damage Im dealing with now. If you need a dishwasher, take the time and go somewhere where they know what theyre doing. They say the installation is completed; this doesnt look completeEdit: 3 weeks later and we contested the transaction as fraudulent, because it was, and took our business to Appliance Warehouse. We knew what we wanted and the salesman pointed us in the right direction. The one we found did not have a display and we asked him if we could see it but once something is opened it had to be sold at a discount and understandable. It was quiet so we got checked out quickly. No complaints.
Im one for seeing what Im buying in person. Today I went to pickup a new video game (they keep the actual game behind the counter). If you dont carry a product in stock why have it on display in store? If i wanted to order it online I would have done so and for a better price. Not to mention having to deal with fairly poor customer service. Not sure if I will be back in as I can spend my money somewhere else and feel happy not disgusted.

I went there to buy a USB DVD drive. I didnt know where they were and an employee was there within a few seconds and pointed me to the right place. He seemed knowledgeable about the device because I had some questions about the compatibility with my computer. I was in and out within about 10 minutes most of which was me looking at cool stuff.
Went to look at Nintendo Switch games. Quite a few had the wrong game with the wrong price tag (not just someone had placed a game back in the wrong place, there would be multiple copies of a game in the slot, but if you looked at the tag it would be for a different title). There are paper printouts in the security cases so you cant see the back of the game boxes. And when you take these up to the register, they have to go to a cage to get them. Some games are out of stock even though they are on the floor displayed. Went in excited to pick up 3 titles on clearance, ended up walking out with 1.
The guy that worked for HP was the most helpful when choosing a computer. Unfortunately Best Buy had no HP computers available, so we ended up buying a couple equivalent Dells.I do question why they have their displays full of computers, but most are out of stock with no expected ETA. I guess they think its prettier and best to have the full displays then tell customers no computer for you.

Would recommend this team to anyone, their always friendly snd helpful when I walk in the door. Last week I needed a new cell phone, because my phone stopped charging. Corey worked with me for two hours trying all he could do to set my phone up, never showing frustration. The two hour wait had noting to do with Best Buy, and everything to do with my cellular carrier being closed, because of Memorial Day. Decent location. Really enthusiastic staff...if I had one criticism it would be to have that staff chill out just a bit...I dont like being asked how Im doing 29x in 5 minutes. It makes me feel pressured and awkward. And when I feel pressured I dont spend money, I leave and go log in to Amazon where the selection is better and there is NO pressure.

Steve is the man! I couldn’t find what I was looking for, but it was a pleasure just chattin’ with Steve, an absolute legend. We tried multiple different laptop chargers in store to make sure I didn’t leave with the wrong kind, but unfortunately (through no fault of Steve) my laptop requires a pretty specific charger that Best Buy does not carry. Overall I am extremely happy with my experience, and was also helped by Dillion at customer service-who did a bang up job too. Clearly this store prioritizes excellence. If I could I would invite all of the employees to a big bbq, and at the end I would bring out a giant cake that says “you served this customer I hope you are enjoying your pulled pork sandwiches!”
I love best buy. But this store employee struggle to handle trade-in process. With the recent trends, I will only shop online and use this store specifically for item pickup.
Best Buy has officially lost my business with their return policy. I bought a $75 apple adapter that was working fine until 3 DAYS after the return window. Now it’s defective but they wouldn’t let me return it or exchange it for a new one, only store credit. Even when a manager came to override the transaction, he whispered to the associate that they can only give us store credit. Bad business and bad people. Will not be returning.

They were very helpful with getting my husband a Kindle. But I was trying to buy a Dyson Air Purifier and the one on sale was was marked down to about $500. I said I want this one. He looked it up and said they no longer manufacture them. I told the sales clerk they shouldn’t advertise a product they no longer carry and should take the sign down. He wanted to argue about whether it was false advertising and said he couldn’t take it down. I said then you need to either call Dyson or your manager. Why argue with a customer? I said son, I am an attorney if you don’t have the product and Dyson no longer manufactures it, take the “Sale” sign down because I wasted 15 minutes reviewing the specs etc. Fell on deaf ears as he walked away. Really ???
Friendly, helpful staff and it was an easy order from Amazon and pickup about 2 hours later. Recycled my old tv and got help to load the new one in my car. 10 minutes and we were all done.

The employees are always helpful and will take the time to solve your issue. Just recently I had an issue with a sound bar I bought and upon trying to exchange it the employee that helped me went above and beyond to find me a replacement when my model was no longer available. After searching and comparing he was able to give me the best solution that was cost effective for everyone. Thanks Aidan!
Robert was awesome. He was super helpful regarding selecting an unlocked phone vs. Specific carrier. He actually recommended I wait until the phone I was looking at went on sale as it wasnt currently but would be soon. Thats the kind of help everyone could use. This review is mostly for their COVID handling. Im happy that they have sanitizer and their employees are masked, but whose idea was it to block off the exit door so people are entering and exiting through the same door? What was the goal of that? This seems counterproductive to the whole social distancing thing...
Very helpful sales rep but they didnt have a very basic UBS to HDMI cord! Suggested I get it online or maybe at Office Depot! Also had no window fans. Again in that dept a young associate was very helpful while an older one not so much.

He guided us through what would be likely needed to salvage what we can from the old PC and get us as close as pissible to where we can recover as much as possible. Thanks also to Malachi in Sales. Just purchased over $5000 worth of appliances for the house I have been saving up 14 years for. The delivery people put a hole in the wall about 6 wide and 8 tall after I only got 1 coat of paint on it. I called them out on it, they said, we didnt do that, and then started taking pictures of the hole saying they had those pictures before they started. The lack of integrity and honesty in the 3rd party delivery people is pathetic.Now the claims people are saying that because we dont have any before pictures of the wall, they cant do anything. Who randomly has pictures of their laundry room walls?Just wow.

Staff friendly and very knowledgeable, ESPECIALLY regarding Old School High End audio (Marantz, McIntosh, etc) knew most of the High End speakers, even the Old RCA Voice of The Theater, which are not around anymore 🙄. They know their audio.
Every time I have to go to a Best Buy its a pleasant experience. I had to get a cover for my iPad and the sales person was friendly and helpful. Even put it on there for me. No high pressure sales.

What can I say about Best Buy that isnt already well known... nothing. Youre right! But, what I can say is this location has the best customer service of almost any Best Buy Ive ever been in. I couldnt always say that, but over the past year, Ive seen a huge increase quality of service. I am immediately assisted even if I APPEAR like Im looking for something. Its a great feeling and honestly shows a vast improvement in customer satisfaction.

I was looking for a tripod for my cell phone. I have a Galaxy Android with a hyperlapse setting on my camera, and I really want to do a hyperlapse of some of the incredibly beautiful storms. I really appreciate their expertise on finding a tripod that included a compatible mount and would hold up well with the conditions present near a storm. Rather than recommending an expensive solution, the staff member suggested a more reasonable tripod that appears to include all the necessary functionality. I am pleased and excited to try it out.
Ordered an excellent open box surface book 3 from Best Buy.com and it was the completely wrong computer. I came in to this Best Buy to return it and get a brand new one instead expecting the worse But left pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service provided by Ramiro and the managers working that shift. They went above and beyond to help me out while correcting the mistake and really left me a happy customer.
I give 2 stars because i dont dislike best buy, but their employees here are probably the least customer service oriented people ive ever met!Ps... ive been a cx rep for more than 20 years! This is not the way to be when you are a customer service professional!The cashier working closing tonight, August 24th, had no business at the register. I asked him to price check the 2 items that were the same, and he just rang up all 3 items i had. I had to tell him 3 times i just want a price check. Then he did the price check with zero customer service attitude. He then grabbed the 3rd item i had and asked me if i wanted it.Sigh. Of course i want it, i asked for a price check first... just i cant believe how unprofessional he was.Oh yeah i was in a hurry and trying to get out of the store before they closed. So i called first and got transferred to geek squad, where the stoned guy who answered the phone, was unwilling to even try to help me, and wouldnt transfer me.Just very disappointing service tonight. You can train better than this!

Ive been going to this best buy for years. It used to be top notch as far as the employees and customer service but its all gone to the dogs in the last couple of years. I am hearing impaired and had to lower my mask for a minute during a phone conversation to hear and an employee jumped on me immediately. He was so confrontational that had my Boys not been with me I would have called a friend to stand by with bail. Thats just one of many negatives Ive experienced at this story over the last few years. Cant say anything good about it other than its there if you cant wait for an amazon delivery.

2nd bad experience. Took my laptop to Best Buy and was told it was a screen problem, not cracked, which they don’t repair . The Geek Squad agent gave me a list of places that would repair it but said the first name on the list was really the best place and they give Best Buy referrals a 10%! discount. I drove a long ways fir the “best” place with a discount and two staff members said they never gave a discount and couldn’t guess why I was told that.So I tried to call the manager as I had promised to do before leaving another bad review.Called the local # and was told it was a National call center and there was no way to reach anyone by phone in the store. Now I am 74 and disabled so it was quite a trip there and two moreI am never buying any product from them.

I had two broken computers that could not be repaired. Pete Jenkins from the Geek Squad was VERY helpful in trying to retrieve info from the old computers and transfer them to a disc. He was helpful, kind and knowledgable. He also set up the new chromebooks. It was nice to see a friendly face, which you dont get all the time with repairs and questions. Pete Jenkins is wonderful employee. You are lucky to have him.

Ordered and paid for a phone online, went in, waited 15 minutes (after being acknowledged), had to wait for another person who came after me and then was poorly talked to. Oh, they also didnt even know where online orders were in the store so even more waiting👎🏽
My experience was quick .I asked a few questions about the product I was thinking I needed for my laptop. I was shown a couple of options and the and I was also give a cheaper option.Due to everything that has put stress on finances this year Its a nice feeling that a business gave me an opportunity to choose something that cost less rather than thinking of their profits. Just bought another TV and car stereo from BB. Their staff are very knowledgeable in there specific department and for the most several employees are experienced in other departments.Every time I buy something here they share their knowledge and help you shop in within your budget.For a salesperson to be understanding that you aren’t interest in a $4500 TV when youre on a $1000 budget and not push an up sale is awesome.
Man this store could use a lesson 9n customer service. I dont mean the floor staff I mean the front end help.. like the guy who greets you as you walk in.He is poorly trained or just a thoughtless person.This store 8r very poorly stocked. Everywhere you look the are empty. So many items missing they have no clue when they.will be restocked.. I needed an adapter and was told théy didnt know when they would have new ones
I always choose to shop Best Buy when I can. They price match and have free shipping, but just as importantly I can actually try things out first and talk with friendly staff. I’ve also had to do a few returns and it is so much easier than returning to an online only retailer.
The staff was super helpful and made sure I was happy walking out the door. That is the type of service that you wont get online.

Worst costumer service experience ever. Long story short we bought a microwave from a lovely gentleman in the appliances department, was told all the microwaves were universal, unfortunately when they came to our house it didnt fit, no big deal we just wanted to exchange for one that did fit. Thats when we started having problems. We returned to this location THREE times to resolve this issue and every associate said they would call us back which they never did. Helen spoke to us and said she would love to help us if we came back in again, of course that was untrue. She said Ill page someone to come help you. Never happened. Helen and her associates need to communicate better, because that store is a complete mess with the way they handle situations. Then we tried to just return the $250 microwave and they couldnt even do that for us. So frustrating its unbelievable. Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

I bought a GE over-the-range microwave and a Google Pixel 4a phone yesterday and both the sales men who dealt with me in the appliances section and the cellphones section were completely unmotivated about anything and everything in life. Maybe its the pandemic or maybe BestBuy couldnt get the cream of the salesmen to man the posts that I had to visit last night, but overall it was pathetic. Both the salesmen had no motivation to make the sale and had no motivation whatsoever to answer my simple questions. Anyways, I did end up buying both the microwave and the phone because I still respect Best Buy overall. Hopefully maybe, Its just that, I got unlucky enough to find 2 bad apples of salesmen yesterday.
Better than shopping online. They had what we needed IMMEDIATELY for the same price as online shopping without the additional shipping costs and waiting for it to arrive. Thanks Best Buy!

Told me they would take a 32 inch TV for recycling. Then after loading the 100+ pound monster into the car to get it to the store was told they do not take TVs that big because it ruins their pallets. When I reminded them that they told me that they’d take a 32 inch TV, they laughed and said, “Have a nice day.”
I was on hold 15 minutes. I didn’t even get a chance to talk to a real person. But it was enough time for me to go on Amazon and order what I needed with next day delivery. If you want people to support their local business. Answer the phone.

Bought a dishwasher last week. Installers showed up in their own pickup truck. Appears very unprofessional. Very nice kids but very obvious limited to no experience installing. They spent nearly 1.5 hours installing the dishwasher and did not have the correct parts which I previously paid for to make the installation. They left due to have difficulties and could not complete the installation. Returned again this morning and spend another 1.5 hours. Again not having the correct lines for intake water and the drain lines which now both have splices which of course is not the correct way to install the dishwasher. My sink is only 3 feet from the dishwasher so no special hoses are required. Just the correct ones. They left after another 1.5 hours and splices in the lines. I was not confident this dishwasher was installed correctly and it was very obvious both installers had no experience here. The dishwasher has now shut of 6 times with an error code which states dishwasher is not draining. I have wood floors and a finished basement. So I called customer service and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for a very rude and unapologetic Customer service representative supervisor to tell me the best they could do was have someone back to my house In 7 days. I told him that was unacceptable and he insisted that was the best he could do. My total time invested on the installation of this Best Buy dishwasher now exceeds 5 hours and it is still not installed correctly. I strongly recommend NOT using Best Buy for Any appliance purchases. Their installers have no experience. And their customer service is beyond poor. I will now have to take yet another day off from work (3 rd time) to have the dishwasher reinstalled correctly which I paid almost $200 for installation. Failed in every way regarding customer experience.
