My husband and I purchased a king and queen bed from the Tara blvd location. The guy who served us was very nice and the delivery guys were prompt and nice as well. We slept like babies on the beds. We give the store and delivery guys a big thumbs up.

Went today to purchase a twin quilted mattress.ive searched every where for the best deal and found that they have the best overall friendly and courteous people work there located on the corner of a major interaction. Easy to find and its local.easy access from many different roads and access from interstate I--75, plus many other amenities you might need in all directions.

First off I wanna say don’t ever judge how a place may look outside, it’s all about what’s inside. Needless to say me and my bf called and he told us the queen sets (box spring/ mattress) ~169$. By hearing that we said let’s check it out so once we got there we sat on a few and couldn’t decide between two so the kind mattress guy gave us the better mattress for the same price and the other one. So we left with a big box spring and a big mattress with a memory foam topper and only paid 300$. YOU CANT BEAT THAT !! The mattress last up to 6-8 YEARS !! Basically go check the guy out you won’t leave upset !!

I spent 2 weekends shopping mattress prices until i found this outlet store. The prices were incredible compared to other places in the area especially for the quality of the mattress. i am so happy with my purchase. the salesman was polite and respectful and showed me exactly what i was looking for, thank you Glen. The delivery guy charles, was also so friendly and carried the mattress into my room. i will 100% recommend this store to anyone needing a mattress set.

Called on several occasions and spoke with Mr. Glenn and he was suppose to meet me one morning at opening and he never showed up, had to be to work in an hour. So I went by on a Saturday and picked out the mattress set that I wanted and was told to come back on that Monday because on that Saturday the credit card machine was down. Got there that Monday and the set I had picked out was sold and they had no more in stock. I was furious by now, I called Mr. Glenn that Tuesday and explained to him how badly I was inconvenienced, he gave me the top of the line mattress set plus free delivery on the same day for little to nothing in price. Patience paid off, I was so satisfied.. If you ever need a mattress set for a great price go speak with Mr. Glenn his customer service gets a 100%. Thanks again Mr.Glenn

I usually do not use my time to do these reviews, but my recent experience with The Mattress Man compelled me to give a praise report. From the Manager to the Delivery staff they were courteous and helpful. When you throw in the quality mattresses, the competitive cost prices, and prompt delivery. I was impressed. Good old quality service is hard to find these days. So Mattress Man, I will be back for a second helping when the need arises.

Purchased a mattress here yesterday. Prices are extremely fair, the only reason it’s getting the second star.I paid $35 additional dollars for delivery, I like 15 minutes away from the store, if even that. I directly asked the gentlemen that sold me the mattress when it would be delivered and he said “oh honey we deliver same day, we do deliveries between 5-8PM” I said “oh great! Can’t believe you do same day!”The issue is not the fact the mattress wasn’t delivered as much as they BLATANTLY LIED! It is now 1:35 PM on the following day of purchase. I have called the store with zero answer. I was never given a call to tell me it wouldn’t be delivered or anything. Now waiting to receive a call back in hopes that I’m not out of $235 as I paid cash. I’m starting to feel like this place just may be a scam.......Spend your money elsewhere and get the truth!

Bought a Sterns and Foster Queen mattress from here last week. This mattress makes staying awake almost impossible! It holds you like a lover thats known your body for years! I absolutely hate getting out of my bed in the morning, because this mattress is just that comfortable! Great price, great mattress, Thanks mattress man ! !

The owner told me he deliver between 5-7 i called the day of my delivery at 4 just to verify and he says yes i see you here, we will be there between 5-8 so it’s 8:12 and now they will not answer the phone I’m in a new apartment Friday night spent 400 dollars on a mattress I’m sleeping on the floor the first night in my apartment!! Thanks! You could of just been honest so I’d know what to expect or continue what i was doing! To make it worse i live 1.1 miles from the store! Notice i could go on and on..........

THEFT-BY-DECEPTION OR INCOMPETENCE ?!?I paid $640.39 for a king set mattress on November 22, 2019. Glynn/Glenn, the owner, said it would be delivered the next day. Its now November 29th and the mattress never got delivered nor have I received a refund that he said would be processed! Glynn/Glenn, the owner, hangs up on me every time I call inquiring about my refund.Ive contacted authorities just now.Ill be posting all recorded correspondence with Glynn/Glenn on YouTube.This is looser company that give local small biz a bad reputation.

The store manager was nice upon initial visit but the delivery service is horrible. The brought the wrong king pillow top mattress not once but twice and they promised to bring out the right one but they havent. Tried to reach the store manager but no one will answer the phone.

Great prices on what I want the only thing that I found that I really hate and wish they would have it would be bed frames but other than that they got the type of mattresses I want for the prices that I want. I will be back

I would never go back to get another mattress here. Why? Because one they took 3 days to deliver my mattresses and then i had to go back up there to get my pillows. The guy had a I dont care look on his face. Im guessing he was the manager or something like that but that did not settle with me.. The mattresses are very comforting but as the service i wouldnt even dare think about going back there.

Horrible service!! Delivery never came. These people should not be in business. They give you a number to the store owner who does not answer the phone. Its been 48 hours and havent heard a word. Used merchandise from hotels I researched.

Horrible,terrible, irresponsible are the adjectives I would use to describe this company. My fiance purchased a king bed set on 12/21/15 they delivered the set that night. My fiance put the set together and noticed that we were given two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT box springs and now our bed is lopsided. My fiance called and spoke with the delivery driver and they have promised us for two days they would be back out here, my fiance also spoke with a manager who promised delivery. It is now 12/26/15 and we still have a lopsided bed and no one is answering the phone. I will be reporting this place to the local better business bureau and Clayton county local businesses office! Beware! Do not buy from them!

I purchased a set of queen pillow top mattress and it started sinking and the thread unraveled, 4 months after the purchase. The owner didnt care and tried to sell me another set for full price. There mattresses are garbage. Please do not go here. Call myself trying to support business in the community. Never again. These people are slick and there mattresses are no good. Stay away from this place.
