The sales lady was very nice and was bilingual! I brought my uncle in to buy a new mattress. She was helpful in showing him the firm mattresses that he requested. He tried a few and then selected one. She upsold him a mattress cover (which is actually very helpful because he has allergies) and price-matched one I found on Amazon, which pleasantly surprised me. She arranged for the delivery guys to carry away the old mattress, which also was very helpful because my uncle is too old to get rid of it himself. The mattress was kind of expensive, but all in all, the experience was very good and my uncle was very satisfied. Oh, and they were able to deliver the next day😀

The Salesman listened to my needs and budget and helped me choose a mattress that was what I wanted. It was delivered in less than a week and almost 2 weeks later everything has worked out great. Both sales and delivery were excellent!

I loved the customer service, but I spent around $600 in Feb. 2020, and I noticed that just after the the warranty ended on the bed that it was not lasting. I became pregnant that year and the entire time it felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. On top of that, the box spring squeaks. The beds do not hold up under normal wear and tear. The bed I tested that was “worn” doesn’t feel anything like this one does. I still feel like I’m sleeping on the box spring. If you want my advice, don’t buy from here. The mattresses and boxsprings last long enough to get through the warranty stage, after that, it’s all down hill. I regret ever spending that money when I could have used it on a better mattress.

From the time my mother and I entered the store, through the selection and selling process as well as scheduling a delivery Mr JG (that’s Jim Ginshaw) was an exceptional, polite, and professional salesman. He was not pushy and walked my mother and I through all the various selections of mattresses being sure to discuss comfort and budget. He really takes a great pride in making sure his customers walk out with a better understanding of mattresses and that they are provided with a level of comfort and security.

What can i say about my experience, it was educational. Coming in and trying out different mattresses, all while having chronic back pain made my decision easy. It really Helped me to make a more informed decision about my purchase. The salesperson was very informative and thorough and passionate about his job. Fantastic experience purchasing our mattress from Mattress Form in Forest Park. Jim aka “Jim Jam” was incredibly helpful when my wife and I went by on Thursday to learn more about what type of new bed we wanted. Again, Jim was patient and informative with us. I ordered my mattress over the phone because I didnt want to go in but also didnt want to do it online. I ended up going in anyway to purchase my box springs. Turns out the woman in the call center didnt process my mattress order correctly 😒. Jim spotted was the mistake and was able to get it straightened out & get my box springs ordered. Although I did not end up buying my bed at this location. As soon as I got there I got an excellent experience by Jim. Only thing that is keeping me from giving the 5 stars is as I left the store, then Jim called me and said he had a way better deal than the previous once we had discussed. As I went back to the stored I laid in the amazing Purple 4 for just $1,600, he then mentioned it was a used bed. I wish he mentioned that on the phone when I was on the high way already and I had to make an exit to go back to the store for a used bed.

We bought a bed over the weekend from Jim J. and he was wonderful! We came in with our two little ones, one of whom is still nursing.
