The one in Forestpark is the best they treat you like family.

The rep was nice and he seemed knowledgeable! The one thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was the request for cash as a means to pay the first month... It’s doable just inconvenient! I don’t quite get that but it’s their business and policy so what can you do...

I absolutely love visiting this place! This store is the chik-fil-a of rent to own. I always feel like Im someone special whenever I walk into the door. If Im going to spend my hard earned money Id prefer someone to take it with a smile. I like to stop by whenever Im in the neighborhood just to say hello and if I know anyone that is need of any home furnishings The Forest Park store gets my referral without hesitation.

If you are awake you will understand that this organization carries negative energy they will do everything in their power to pravoke you and disturb peaceful energy they will take you money change the amount say they didnt receive it,tryh also tarnish you character but they cant get pass the ancestors the violate privacy acts this is why the prey on certain types of people (stay away)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought a living room set that they had taken back from a previous non payment customer that was really nice BUT we take it home and on the first night we started getting bites all over us because we would fall asleep watching tv on the couch. By the third night me my husband and my daughter had over 200 BITES!! Turns out the couches had been infested with BED BUGS and we demanded our money back and for them to come take the couches away and pay for bug treatment in case they had spread during the 3 days it was at my house. After taking the couches out of the home the terminator showed us all the eggs and bugs hiding in the seams and that they had probably been there for over 6 months!! I was furious!! Do NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!

This place is a joke they never return ur calls and always have a excuse to fix the product they have put me off for months till after its paid off and still dont want to fix my product the lady that runs it always has a excuse please run from this place do not buy none of there garbage

I am currently renting from this store. My payments are due each month on the 23rd. Well today is the 24th of the month (my pay day) and I let them know I would be in tomorrow to make my payment... Meaning I would be 2 days past due and I dont mind having to pay the late fee and they are threatening to come to my home tomorrow?! So on the 2nd day late, they are trying to come take my furniture?! The Rep also mentioned something about a fee for them coming to my home?! I would not recommend ANYONE rent or buy furniture from this place. The customer service isnt professional and obviously the payment policy is absurd!

I would like to think this is the best Easy Rental location that I have been too. They treat you with high respect and allow you to rent to own new items.

This company is a true rip off, youre better off saving money & buying furniture ..they change payment amounts every time u make a payment when the amount is suppose to decrease not increase .. they are very argumentive & dont send out billing statements so you can actually see what youre paying for.. & how much u owe in black & white etc.. bunch of white rude hunkies with poor blacks with unprofessional poor customer service skills as workers i would NEVER in my life use this company again.. a DOG wouldnt even want to referred! please save yourself a heart attack & a headache-Stone Mountain location
