From the high to the low reviews it seems to be the nature of this business. We for one appreciate what both Que and John did for us. While driving back from vacation we had car trouble and were in the midst of the long wait for roadside service - from AAA - when Que turned into where we were stranded just to get gas and I mistook him for the AAA driver. He offered to see if he could help and he got us started, followed us up I-75 into the south side of Atlanta and got us safely to the hotel we had to book. Did not charge us a dime. His brother John ordered the part we needed on a Sunday night, and came to our hotel to install it before 8 am the next morning. It took a while to install, but he’s doing it in a hotel parking lot and having to run to the parts store for things. I have no way of knowing what it would’ve cost it we’d gotten it home and been able to do it other than in a crisis situation, but it was almost certainly less than what a dealer would have charged (and they likely wouldn’t have gotten it done same day with no appointment), it avoided a tow charge, and allowed us to stay safely at our hotel instead of Ubering or renting a car. And the AAA sent driver actually never showed - called after we’d made it 15 miles up the interstate and had checked into the hotel to see if we still needed help. So we are thankful Que and John were able to help us.

I originally called for a tow truck at 10:30am. When I was informed a tow truck was enroute I was given an eta of 12:30pm which then turned to 2:15pm. The tow truck driver did not reach my car until 4:30pm. Because I was not with my car (thank god because I would have been waiting in the rain for 6 hours) I tried to contact the driver to give the auto shop my car was located at an eta. The driver was extremely rude and acted as if he could not give me any information. At one point he told me he didn’t need to speak to me and not to contact him. Mind you, he was in possession of MY VEHICLE. I was also told 3 different amounts of what the tow would cost me out of pocket that ended up being more than double the cost of the original quote I was given. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a tow company, and would never agree to spending my money with this company again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible service! The worst service I’ve ever received in my life. I have AT&T roadside assistance and this a vendor of theirs. They quoted me an estimated wait time of an hour. I waited 4. When the tow truck arrived the driver was irate and told me that I was impatient. The truck is also old and does not look reliable. Save yourself the hassle and headache. Go with any company besides this one. I’d rather push my car down the highway then to have my car towed by this company again.

This Is the worst company ever!!! I see why the rating is a 1.6 it should be lower. The company lacks professionalism The Lady who answers the phone is rude and keeps giving different estimated time of arrivals. Then she looks at the Caller ID when you are calling because she lies over and over again!!!! We were stranded for hours eventually left the car called our neighbors for a ride. After we had been home for hours our car still wasnt here. We called another company and had our vehicle towed home they were way more professional and specialize in customer service!!! The message is this Dont use the company phone a friend or family member ask them for towing compay recommendations or a ride!!! Whatever you do dont use this Company if you need your car!!!! We will be calling our insurance company and telling them to find better companies!!! Beware keep looking before you give them your business someone somewhere can meet your needs much better much faster!!! There is nothing Elite about them!!!!

Most of these negative posts are probably from individuals dealing with insurance issues. Then taking their frustrations out on the tow service provider instead of insurance company.I had EXCELLENT service from both the office and the driver. Our driver, MIGUEL, was early, knowledgeable and efficient.I would recommend this business to anyone in need of their services.

DO NOT USEMy roadside assistance used this company and it was the most frustrating towing experience I have ever been through. Drivers are unprofessional, called at 9:00 am they didn’t arrive until close to 2:00pm. Towed my truck to the wrong address, and constantly asked about a tip.

After checking out the reviews on Elite Automaxx, I was so nervous and upset that our insurance company (Allstate) had chosen them. I just knew they were going to leave us waiting all night on the side of the highway on I-85 South. Imagine my excitement when they pulled up with 6 minutes to spare. I was so excited that I actually took a picture. I cant speak for everyone but I know that we could not have had a better experience.

They were sent to me by progressive to tow my Benz, the dispatcher *David* was very caring and made sure that I was in a safe environment. The driver arrived to my car 30 ahead of schedule and he made sure that he took all of the precautions to loading my car without getting a scratch on it... his name was Larry.I hope to never break down but if I do, I will definitely ask for this company.Elite service!

Horrible... Waited 3 hours, was told 3 different ETA. The driver couldnt drop my truck in my driveway, so with a broken shaft, no emergency brakes, my truck is halfway in the driveway because we had to push it. Note, Ive had tow truck drivers place my truck in the driveway with ease. If your insurance company goes through them, youre better off calling someone else and just get reimbursed.

I hate that i have to even give them 1 star. “Elite Automaxx” was chosen for me through Allstate. The initial ETA was 100 minutes. Requested around 9:30 AM. It is now 2:23 PM and I have just gotten off of the phone with Allstate canceling the tow. My car has still not been picked up. The ETA has been changed multiple time with excuses such as traffic. I live here so I know that traffic is not that bad that it takes 5 hours to get across Atlanta. Their customer service also sucks horribly. I’m so mad my husband wasted his entire day waiting for a tow that was never going to show up in the first place. You guys really need to consider another line of work.

If I could give this company a 0 then I would. This tow company isn’t worth anything and don’t have anyone’s interest at heart. Please explain to me why I called and was transferred to them but was hung up on 6 times. Customer service....they have none. Also they was sending the wrong type of tow truck for my car and when I explained that to the driver he said he would call back but hung up and turned his phone off. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone and they need to do better so they can take care of the people they are here to serve.

They dont deserve any star but to make the review is why they get one. My roadside assistance from Allstate ordered them to tow me to a tire shop at 12:40pm. Wait time was only supposed to be 1 hr . Its 4:01 pm and Im still waiting. In addition when I called the number that was provided they did not answer. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone what so ever. However you can dodge them please do so or your time, money and patience will be extremely wasted.

They were dispatched out to me through my roadside assistance. I dont know who the female is who is conducting the phone calls but her customer service is not good at all. She was very rude and not helpfully at all. When she answers the phone she sounds very dismissive and unprofessional. I called to get a ETA for the where abouts of the driver and was given a 45 min window. Called again after 45 mins had passed and still another 45 mins. There are way better places to call to receive help with better customer service.

Is this even a legitimate business??? Where do I even start... Customer service is something they have never even heard of. They hung up on me twice, put me on hold for over 5 minutes without asking and for no reason, then two times I called I got an automated provider message “I’m sorry, the wireless customer you are trying to reach is unavailable”. The person who answers the phone doesn’t even identify themselves as Elite Automaxx. Oh, and they called us “bruh” as if we’re homeboys. How unprofessional!Now on to towing... the originally scheduled service had a wait time of 1.5 hours. I was cool with that so I waited. ETA changed at least 3 more times (with no communication initiated by them) to the point it was almost 3 hours after the initially scheduled time (so really a 4.5 hour wait) and still no one had showed up or contacted me. I ended up cancelling the tow through my roadside assistance.THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Not sure how they have working relationships with so many major companies. DO NOT USE THEM EVEN IF THEY ARE RECOMMENDED. You’ve been warned!

All I can do is laugh 😂! Why is this company still open and why did Allstate choose this company as one of their company providers? This whole time I’ve been waiting on a tow truck has been a joke. 5 hrs later and still no tow truck. The worst service ever! I dont even understand why Progressive uses them for their roadside assistance, I will complain to Progressive as well!1. First I called Progressive and requested a tow. I informed them that my car was in the garage. The driver came and left my house without my knowledge because he says he didnt SEE my car in the driveway. Well sir, I have a garage, maybe ring the doorbell before you leave to make sure you arent missing something. He made me wait 30 more minutes before he came back.2. Second, I specified that I wanted a flat bed tow truck. That is not what I received!3. Third, it is the dead of summer and I had to ride in the tow truck with no A/C! Its over 90 degrees in Atlanta right now!4. Fourth, I was a few miles over the included 15 miles that were covered so I had to pay for the rest out of pocket, which is what I expected, but midway through the tow, the driver informs me there is going to be an additional $5 fee for credit card processing. Why wasnt this told to me initially?5. When the driver called the tow company to take my payment I informed the woman of the issues I had, she completely ignored me and said Im ready to take your payment whenever you are ready...Bottom line if you can avoid this tow company you should! Because they dont care about customer service.

This company is extremely unprofessional. They do not ask for the correct address of where the customers are located, nor do they inform their drivers of the correct drop off locations. This business is approximately 2.3 miles from where my friend parked her car. I took Forest Parkway to get to her and it took less than 15 minutes to get to her with typical 5 PM traffic, and traffic lights. The driver took almost 4 hours to get to our location.When he arrived, he was rude and aggressive. He got an attitude when we gave him the correct address of the location to drop the car off, told us we should be grateful that hes doing us this favor. We asked him a couple of times to please stop yelling at us, and please stop waving his arms around.My friends sister approached us and informed us that the insurance company wants to know whats the hold up, why he wasnt loading the car up to tow it. The driver turned to the sister and started yelling at her that we had an attitude with him while hes doing us a favor. She said okay, but the insurance company wants to know how and what is keeping him from towing the car?The driver cursed, then he threw the keys at my friends face and got in his truck and drove off.When we called the company, we were told that his words and actions did not reflect the company. We asked to speak to the manager and he told my friend that he had a hard time believing she wasnt rude to the driver by the way she was speaking to him at this point and hung up.I called back and politely spoke to the manager when the dispatcher picked up and cut me off, telling me it doesnt matter what was said or done, the driver drove off.I said exactly, that IS the problem; what he did was rude and unprofessional and its a bad reflection of the company, and they hung up on me.We ended up getting another towing company out to us that was approximately the same distance, and they showed up within 12 minutes of us calling.

Run as fast as you can from this guy. Very unprofessional. Lacks communication skills and gets very defensive when challenged. Buyer beware, this guy is price gouging.Insurance and cell phone companies most likely use this guy because they have negotiated a very cheap rate with him. Haaaa! Let me go ahead and tell you guys about this company ! They will lie to you about their rates make you wait 2-3 hours to then call you back and give you a different late. About a $117 + different . Oh and on top of that they will send the wrong truck to the wasted more of you time attempting to tow you to them give you the call of the price increase that was not originally discussed. DO NOT USE THERE PEOPLE ! They are liars !..... on top of that their customer service sucks, because even after the miscommunication the owner doesn’t know how to fix it. I am NOT in Good Hands with Alstate “ if they continue to use these guys. Alstate quoted me $43 and when they called back the price some how jumped to $175 ... I’m considering another insurance company. We spend too much money to be subjected to sub par service. Alstate if you are reading my review, fix this or I’ll find me another company for my insurance needs .

My insurance had them tow my car. It took almost 3 hours for them to get to me. Communication and customer service is also very poor. No real office hours listed and the address here is incorrect. If you need to get into your car like I did, the actual address of the tow lot is 305 First Street. It’s about two blocks away from the listed address.

This provider is with my road side service fromat&t. We were given a wait time of an 1:15. After waiting approximately 1:40 I contacted the provider Elite Auto Max I was immediately placed on hold. The representative came back and stated the driver came in late and he has two cars before you. I asked whether are not they could have called she said I was about to. I asked her so whats the next step she stated I need you to wait a little longer but no ETA, I said should we call the Provider back(AT&T) because this is really ridiculous. She stated you can we dont do negative and released the call. This business is horrible when it comes to customer service. I will not be recommending this business

Just like the other reviews, I wish I could give them 0 stars. We were stuck on the side of the highway for four hours on Easter and because of it being a holiday, they were the only service open. Originally they said it would take 75 minutes. Around the 75 minute mark we called and asked if they had the right address, just to double check. The dispatcher said we have you located at I-75 North in Atlanta, GA. Apparently they are too incompetent to realize that that is NOT A LOCATION. Its a highway that stretches across the whole state of Georgia! Then she tells us that its not our job to confirm your location, we only confirm your location when your car has been picked up. OH. So we are supposed to know that they have the wrong location listed?? Anyway, we werent sure where they were sending the driver so we told the lady multiple times the NORTH SIDE of Atlanta where 75 and 285 merge. We finally got a call from the driver after 45 more minutes and he said he was on the SOUTH side of Atlanta at that intersection. And as previously stated by others they were planning to take the car to the south side of Atlanta without even asking if that was convenient (it wasnt). I could go into more detail about how awful they were but Ill keep this short. Either way, if your roadside assistance sends them DO NOT ALLOW IT. They are extremely useless.P.S. Im a person who never leaves 1 star reviews so you know they are terrible if I took the time to come here and write about it.

I called my insurance for a tow truck and Elite Towing came out. There was an employee named Marvin who asked Whats wrong with your car I said It turns over but wont start so he tried to start my car and then said Its your fuel pump and I can fix it when I get off I said Cool. This man had my under the impression that he was a Machanic and now my car doesnt do ANYTHING and my car still isnt fixed. I spoke with a guy in the office at the tow company to explain my issue and said Marvin is not an employee with us and told me that he told you that I said Marvin did not tell me that then he says Theres nothing we can do about it. So now Im stuck with a car that doesnt work at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would but sadly cannot called my ford roadside assistance at 5:45pm they told me a driver will be out there within the hour its 10:30 pm and the wrecker hasnt came yet called the company multiple times the dispatcher was rude finally on the last call she said we only have one driver working tonight go find somebody else to pick up your car. Terrible service. The car was originally scheduled to be picked up on Saturday night at 10:15. Then by 11, I was told by 11:30. At 11:55 I was called by the driver and he said he still wouldnt be there by 12:40AM. I cancelled. I went through Ford again and of course this company picked up the call again. The car was originally scheduled to be picked up at 11:27AM on Sunday. The representative said that the problem is they are based in Jonesboro and picking up in Lithonia is a stretch. Whatever! Dont pick up the call then if its too far. The driver finally got here around 12:10. Instead of asking me what was wrong with the car or asking if I could move the car back. He pulls into the driveway and the whips the truck into our grass. He cuts the wheel and makes a dent (picking up dirt) in our grass. I said something to him and he tried to say it was the only way to pick up the car. He then asked whats wrong with the car? Will it start? I told him it does start and it moves, the wheel is just stuck. At this point Im heated.The driver calls me back to apologize, but Im requesting to see if the company can do something about it. Thats ridiculous.Ford should really not use them anymore. I took pictures of my vehicle being picked up so I know if its not in great condition, it was the companys fault.

We have been stranded in a parking lot since 12:40am. We were told that the driver would be here no later than to 2:15am...it is now 5:08am and the operator states that her driver is in route and that the reason it it taking him so long is because her driver couldnt get a car unhooked off of his bed😡😡😡😡REALLY!!! It takes you 31/2HRS!!! Then on top of that, operator and the driver ETAs are completely different... The WORST TOWING in the history of TOWING!!!!!!

RUN!!! Don’t walk away from this company as a towing option. They are by far the worst as they come, and should NOT be able to function as a business in the state of GA!The level of service started at a zero and stayed there from the moment Allstate choose them as a towing service provider. I called them at 9:30 pm and was given an ETA of 11:32pm. Well that ETA only served as a nice place marker for them to start their nasty little game of “Delay the Customer” to buy themselves time in screwing you over much later in the process. At 11:37 pm I called back to check on the status of the truck and was told the driver was running 45 mins behind. This happened a total of three more times in 45 min increments; putting the driver there at 2:30 am in the morning. Mind you, I’m 9 mos pregnant and was with my daughter, niece and husband in a not so good area of the city on the shoulder by the interstate. Backing up a moment before the guy arrived, he called and said he was in Fayetteville GA and could Not provide an ETA for his arrival. He had the nerve to have a nasty attitude over the phone, after we had been waiting for service for a Whopping 5 Hours! He asked my husband if the truck would make it onto the bed of his truck “without falling apart”! As if he was looking for every avenue NOT to come and complete the request for service. These people operate as though the have a gimmick going on with their providers. Having no real intention to complete service calls, but somehow finding a way to get paid all the same.Once he arrived he asked my husband to move his truck from where it was located, while the tire is bent (possibly causing more damage) because he was not willing to drive up on the curb or the grass! After getting the truck positioned to go on the bed, he finds a final reason to Not transport us because he could not take our daughter in his cab. He became even more rude and threatening when I went to get into his truck, and began swearing and walking toward me. My husband had to immediately intervene and get in front of the guy to block his path from me. We called the cops and reported this lunatic! After another long hour of waiting, we were able to get PBG out to give us Great service and tow our truck home.Contact ALL insurance companies and tell them to CANCEL their contracts with this NON-PROVIDER!!! This is the best course of action for people who operate like this. Put them OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

The worst service ever. Waited over two hours before I had my insurance company cancel. They told my insurance company that the request was never made. They never answered my calls through the atomated system that calls to see if the tow truck has arrived. If I could give zero stars, I would. I believe they have no financial incentive to drive short distances so they accept the assignment and then blow it off.

Shout out to the owner and driver for being the most Ignorant,Disrespectful,Liars in the business.I attempted to get a tow from them I was told 4 different Eta’s.It was 2 and a half hours and the tow truck driver still hadn’t made it.I called the office and I’m assuming I spoke to the owner who was so non-schalant like he could really care less about my car being towed,He then gave me an eta of 45 more additional mins on top of the 2 1/2 hrs that had already went by.About 40 mins later the tow driver called me saying he was in traffic in Stockbridge so I asked for an eta he said I can’t give u an eta.I then asked will u be here in an hr he stated I can’t say it could be more than a hr it could be less than a hr or it could be an hr....Wow really though,U know it’s never what you say it’s how you say it.First of all both guys had slurred speech, I could barely understand what they were saying....I cancelled my tow I was so mad I refused to schedule another tow with anybody else.I know two wrongs don’t make it right but I hope these brothers lose every contract they have with these insurance companies who’s keeping them in business with our hard earned money!!!!! This company is horrible. My roadside assistance told me the company would be there in 90 minutes and it took over 4 hours. The guy got there and seemed ok at first but the once we got in the car he was driving wild swerving in and out of traffic and taking on the phone. Then some time during the tow my windshield got cracked and when I called to tell them about it I got cussed at and was basically told I was lying! Horrible company! DO NOT USE!

If I could give this business a negative rating I would. In all my years of dealing with tow services, I have never dealt with such poor customer service. Unfortunately, the owner, Quentin Anthony Harris, would be the WORST example of leadership and customer service. This company towed my sons car to the place we asked, said no one was there and then towed it to their storage facility without notifying anyone that they were towing it there. The car sat there for days, racking up storage fees that we didnt even know existed. If the mechanic had not called today and told my son that the car was not at his shop WE STILL WOULDNT KNOW!! I spoke with the owner, Quentin Anthony Harris, to get clarification. Mind you I was heated when I got on the phone but when I tell you that I have never heard someone change their story, back track and say things were said during a conversation that he and I never discussed, as many times the owner did; shady business. The owner tells me that someone was at the garage we had the car towed to but he disappeared and the driver waited 45 mins - 1 hr for him to return. REALLY? On a Saturday?? On your busiest day of work more than likely, especially with the evacuees being here. Your driver waited 45 mins - 1 hr? And he didnt think to call anyone? So he was wasting money all that time? He thought after an hour to tow it your storage unit? Come on! That couldnt be a clearer lie. Even the insurance company was like Ummmm... that doesnt sound right. If you dont know what happened, thats fine. Not having answers is not bad. Its better to admit that than make up something, get caught in the lie, and get angry with the customer for calling it out. He had the audacity to get upset with me and act like I was slow for making him repeat his story that he could not keep straight. His rate kept changing. What he claimed we owed changed from minute to minute. To make matters worse, he tells me that in 3 days he was planning to start paperwork to claim my sons car. The car that we attempted to have towed from them today (with the intent to pay the fees my son was originally quoted first) only to find out that their office closed by a certain time and that if we wanted to car wed have to pay an additional days storage fee. What kind of mess is that?! This is bad business; yet another reason people dont support Black owned businesses.I can confidently say that if I EVER need tow service again, I will reject it if it comes from this company. You can take that to the bank!

Dont not use do not let your insurance pay for them. Been waiting since 11am and its 422pm and still nothing! Called twice they claim they called twice... i said nope the phone is right here and nothing. Also they are saying its and extra 30 min.... 5 min later the tow truck is having problems and they will been here soon but dont know what time. This is the worst... Calling my insurance company now to give me another company and make sure the never use them for me or any other policy holder.... IM also contacting the BBB. They are horrible stay far far away.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. They are unreliable and lie! Took them over 4 hours to get to me. Every time I called for an update they would keep saying 20 mins. They flat out lied. They told me they would have my car to dealer by 9am. It is now 12pm and my car still isnt there. Sent a new tow company out to get it and now they cant find it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This company is the absolute WORST!!! I was obtaining service of a tow through Allstate and once I received the company info and ETA, I called the company to see if they thought the driver would reach me in time to get my car to the tire shop before they closed at 6pm and the man ( a very uneducated individual) asked me, maam do you live in Atlanta and Im thinking to myself ninja what are you getting at....he then tells me I should have called earlier than 4pm. My response to him was, well there isnt a way to estimate having a flat tire. Then he goes on about traffic and again I explained that Im only asking because I dont know if the driver is in my area or not which could cause him to get here sooner and this nut case disconnected the call. Never the less I cancelled the service and will have to get this taken care of tomorrow morning. I wouldnt recommend this company to someone I dislike. Very unprofessional and rude. This company shouldnt be in business at all.

If I could give 0 (zero) stars and still leave a review I would. I have been told It will be another 20-25 minutes sir for the last 3 hours! Im literally still sitting by the road as I type this. USAA roadside service dispatched this company to tow me home which is only 3 miles away and the original ETA was 1:44 p.m. after I placed a call at 12:14 p.m. At 3:05p.m. I finally get a call from the driver saying his ETA is 19 minutes from now! What The F&@$?!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever! Please do not use.

Where do I start, My insurance company called at 8pm for towing service. I was originally told the waiting time would be 90 minutes. ETA would be at 10:27pm. I was told I shouldnt leave the car unattended,because if something happened to the car the company would not be liable. I called the company again at 10:30 pm and was told the driver was on his way. At 11:09 pm I recieved a COURTESY call. A new dispatcher is on shift and tells me the driver is on his way once again . He is removing the car off the truck which takes 10 mins,plus an extra 22 mins to get to my location. Its 11:30 and I call to get an update, the dispatcher says I told the driver to give you a courtesy call. I call back at 11:41pm and the dispatcher saysTHE DRIVER IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE . At this point Im so angry I call the insurance company, and the rep says the driver is 81 minutes late,Lets see if we can send you someone else. While Im on hold I recieve another call at 11:53 pm, guess who it is My COURTESY CALL The driver tells me i will have to wait another 40 mins because the nissan is stuck on his truck. I told him thats the same excuse you gave another customer . He replied SORRY. I called the dispatcher back and she says the driver is late due to an accident and traffic. I tell her the excuse he gave me and all she could say was Oh. She says I will send you a new driver. and please be nice to him. The new driver arrives at 12:23 am. The driver confirmed the drop off location and It was WRONG!!!!! Had I not waited my car would have been taken to another residence besides mine. The BBB really needs to get a hold of this janky establishment

I have tried to use this company 2 times through my OnStar and they never showed up,after hours of saying they were on the way .I called to see what the problem was because I had been waiting for hours and the very aggressive Ayanna on the phone told me it didn’t matter why they were late because I canceled the service but I only canceled it because they were hours late and I was getting my car towed to the dealership that closed at 6 and it was pass 6 and they still weren’t there .She hung up and when I would call back she kept sending me to the elevator music .Finally she picked up and just kept asking if I needed a tow even though it was very clear that I was trying to talk to her about her being rude .Worst company ever !

I have roadside assistance with my insurance and this was the company that Nationwide contracted us to. The estimated time of arrival was 2:28. 30 minutes pass so we call for an updated time and were told an additional 20 minutes. Another 45 minutes pass and still no driver. We call dispatch again told to wait another 20 minutes on top of the hour and a half that youve had to get to us. Our insurance company calls us 30 minutes after that to see if weve been helped already and when we say we havent they call the company to see what the hold up is. Theyre told the driver is stuck in traffic on the going 3 mph and they arent sure when hell arrive. Now how was he 20 minutes away from us 2 1/2 hours ago but now hes stuck in bumper to bumper traffic? Another hour passes when the driver calls us and says hell be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes pass by hes a no show. I call dispatch again and ask where the driver is. She tells me hell be about 15 minutes. I shortly reply that she told me over 2 hours ago he was 20 minutes away from me when obviously that was not the case and I needed her to tell me what his exact location was to which she responds hes at a gas station in Forest Park and that hes be there shortly. Driver calls about 10 minutes later to say he was on his way, that he would stop to get gas after he got my car. So what exactly have you been doing for the last 45 minutes if you werent getting gas? On top of that he doesnt know where we are and has to ask us where we are. We ask him if the dispatch even gave him our location he says they did but he uses landmarks to find locations instead of the GPS. Fine, whatever. After we finally figure out where he is and direct him to our location he arrives. I get out of the car that Im in to unlock the car hes towing for him. As soon as Im in hearing range this man tells me Wow youre really acting anti-social! Excuse me? Ive been waiting in a hot ass car for damn near 4 hours for you to arrive and thats the first thing out your mouth? I hadnt even said anything to this man nor had I given him any nasty looks yet. So I calmly reply that after sitting in a car for 4 hours anyone would be a little irritated. So then he looks at me and says Oh, well I guess thats my fault. Yes that is your fault! The person that Im getting my car towed tos house then walks up. She sees that Im irritated so she tries distracting me with idle chatter while the man is finishing up the paperwork. He then recites to us the address the car is going to. Its wrong and My friend attempts to tell him her address. He told her to stop talking he wasnt talking to her he was talking to me. Now Im all the way pissed. I told him not to talk to her like that she was only trying to help. He needed the correct address and she was giving it to him. I told him that everyone was annoyed right now but that wasnt an excuse for his manner of tone especially since we were trying to be civil up until that point. So then he says if we keep giving him attitude my car wasnt getting towed anywhere. I reiterate that we wont tolerate the way he was speaking to us. So then dude gets frustrated and throws my keys at me and drives off! Not into my hand but at my face! I immediately call dispatch, tell the woman what occurred and demand to speak to a manager.Her response was that the drivers actions have nothing to do with her or the company. So you mean to tell me this man is doing business for you under your companys name but yall dont have anything to do with him? In what world does that make sense?? She has the manager call me a few minutes later and I again relay what just happened. He says that Im speaking with him with in an aggressive tone so he can only imagine how I spoke to his driver. Um what??? Your driver arrived 4 hours late with an attitude and then threw my keys at my face when I called him out on his foolishness. Do you expect me to have a friendly disposition and laugh it all off when Im speaking to you about it? Nothing got resolved and we had to call another tow company.

I called Allstate today at 9:17 am and was given an eta of 65 mins. Well at 1048 I had not received a call from the service provider, therefore I called and the dispatcher informed me that the the driver would be an there in 25 mins. Needless to say, its 1228pm and my car is finally being picked up. Did I mention, how rude the dispatcher was on the phone when I inquired about that eta.

Beware!!!This place is deceiving and unreliable.Quentin Harris, the owner is not a trust worth person .They damaged a customers car and then brought it to me to repair the damages to the car. Once the car was repaired and released to the driver Elite Auto Max (Quentin Harris) has refused to pay the bill in full although he claims to be on his way to pay it.. He has made several verbal promises to stop by and pay but he has yet to do so and now he will not answer the phone.

If your insurance company tells you this company will be your service provider then you should request a different one. Danielle the dispatcher does more lying than a rug. The driver is unprofessional and unsafe. The dispatcher became rude after she ran out of lies about an ETA. Avoid this company at all cost.
