DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!My experience with this dealership has been the worst of any dealership I have ever gone to, including used car dealerships. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I bought a used vehicle from here back in May with the promise given to me that the numerous necessary repairs would be made on the vehicle within 1-2 weeks. It is now November, over 5 MONTHS later and all the work is still not completed. Both the sales team and service team have continually evaded my calls and sought to delay and ignore all of the promises they made. Virtually all of the voicemails I have left (due to the fact that the sales and service managers never pick up their phones) have gone unanswered.Throughout the process the communication between the sales and service team was completely dysfunctional forcing me to become the middle man between employees to coordinate work which once again was explicitly promised to me both in writing and verbally. And every time I brought the vehicle in to have the promised work done, numerous repairs were disregarded forcing me to then come in again later.I have been entirely respectful, honest and kind in all my communication with this dealership and they have only used that to take advantage of me. Do yourself a favor and buy your next vehicle from a dealership that will keep their word and treat you with respect.

I only put 1 star, but if I could put -0 I would put it, This is the worst Chevy Dealer ever, the servicestation is by far the worst service, especially this 1 guy named Daniel, he is in charge of service. He treated my husband with so much disrespect. I would never go back there again I tell everyone that I know not to go buy a car or if you have a chevy vehicle do not go there for service. My car was in shop for 2 weeks, my car was scratched and all that idiot Daniel said was, ( didnt happenat our place and to leave the premises ). My rims that cost a lot of money were scratched. When I called the person in charged, all he said was my guy is good he has been with company for a long time. The guy in charge said to take it to get buffed. But hell no, so they can do more scratches, Id rather buff the car myself..

For me, the customer service was not there. Someone checked me in when I arrived and directed me to the waiting area. I found it a little unreasonable to have to wait almost 2 hours for just an oil change. Moreover, after I paid, I was instructed on how to get to my car not lead by anyone. We ended going around in circles until finally we asked a sales rep who told us we needed to go out through some glass doors and find our vehicle somewhere in the back. We finally found our truck squeezed between two other cars. I opened the door and the plastic used for stain protection was left on the seat and on the steering wheel. Of course, I had to take it off myself, walk back, and find a garbage can to toss it in. Aside from the check in and letting me know my car was ready, I didn’t see my rep again. A walk to where my car was would’ve been nice or at least bring the car up to where I left it. I rated you all 2 stars for the lack of customer service. I have a Nissan that I always take to The dealership for service and have always had great service from the moment I walked in until I get in my car. I guess I expected the same type of customer care. I will be looking for a different dealership for our service needs henceforth. Thank you.

I had the BEST experience at this dealership. Sergio was the salesman who assisted us, and he went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed. Dont even hesitate to use this dealership or Sergio! Everyone we worked with was AMAZING! I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Went to have my car serviced before I travel to Jamaica… My car need suspension work that was covered under warranty… Rebecca was the person working with my car… She asked what the issue was with the car and I told her what was happening, and that I was planning on sitting there as long as it took… hours later still waiting, i knew the issues so I was prepared, but they never came to tell me anything that was wrong, when I approached Rebecca and asked she stated she was waiting on the inspector for the warranty… ok I understand that but when I asked her what else was found that was wrong so that I’d know… this is where the real trouble started…Nothing was looked at, when I asked why she stated the when I came in COMPLAINING I didn’t tell her anything but about the suspension and noisesLooking at the things he did look at there were tires and an alignment addedI didn’t ask them about tires or an alignment but it was thereI said I know that I need new windshield wipers, that’s not even on the list…Now I’m the problemHad to leave and come back after parts were ordered…Parts arrived no callOnce I called and they gave me a new appointmentI Returned and told her that didn’t tell you that I needed tires but you added them to the list… I won’t be getting that done with your company, I only want the thing covered under my warranty to be fixed and I’ll go somewhere else and pay them my hard earned moneyI stated that the shift to park was alerting as well as my auto start would sometimes alert or stop workingWas told the inspector would have to return to approve thoseI left and returned this morning 8/13/21 to pick up my car… they didn’t see anything wrong with auto start or shift to park alertDrove to the bank and low and behold the shift to park alert pops up, I can not leave my vehicle until I get this alert to leave, clearly something is wrong…Poor service and poor attitudes but they’re nice people to do business with…. Second time coming here to get an oil change. First time everything was fine. But this time price went up (whatever) ok. They finish the car and I walk out car is between two other cars kind of close. Not good I don’t think people want to hit other’s people cars just to leave. I then ask an employee that works there why wasn’t the oil change sticker changed. He states we no longer do that. I say why? He say the car tells you. I stated to him that I know that but not everyone that buys a nice new car knows everything about it (older people). All they know is the car drives. Ok whatever I get in my car head home. Something says check to see if they reset the oil life. Low and behold NO!!!!! BUT MY PAPERWORK STATES THEY DID THE RESET!!! Now you guys creditably is SHOT!!!! And not saying they didn’t do the oil change pretty sure they did. But who knows if it was done the correct/to the best of their ability. Will be going back to my previous Chevy dealer.

Now I have to get this rescheduled maybe weeks or months later. Sadly had to work OT and cant get back to my car tonight.

Okay, they really are nice people to do business with. Everyone was very helpful and Hkeem Dupart was the BEST! I bought my first all Electric car, and although there is a learning curve for all of us, the whole team was supportive and helpful. Shout out to Sean, my fellow tech for his honesty and help. No one gave me hidden fees, and Larry worked with me on pricing. Very happy with the team.

It seems after they make there sell your nothing to them..trying to get your car serviced is impossible ....I came to the dealership 7am in the morning only to fined a line of other customers like myself and we all were brushed away..Services Manager told us we no longer Services cars on weekends..which I know personally is a lie.... I took my malibu in for a basic oil change. I ended up getting a high mileage package. It consisted of alot of things oil change, air filter change, rotation of tires blah blah.I get a phone call and they tell me I need 3 new tires, knuckles on my bushing are bad and I need a license plate light bulb which they are charging me 90 dollars to replace. So I checked my lights and they are working fine. So if they would lie about something as small as a light bulb what else would they lie about. Please have someone check this dealership work when you get a job done.

I bought a 2020 Chevy Malibu 11 months ago. When I baught it, it had a broken passenger door mirror. They told me it would be replaced, as soon as they recieved the missing piece. Its been 11 months, in which I have called multiple times and they have yet to do something. Extremely bad customer service.

Thea guys are scammers. BEWARE! They Sold me a used car that was a lemon, the transmission was bad, they fixed it, and now it is happening again. They have no record of fixing it the first time. Sales and service do not communicate, in fact they are adversaries. Find another dealer if you looking for a car.

My car was in the care of another well known repair shop from October 2020 until Monday, February 15, 2021. It wasnt until Saturday, February 13, 2021 after I called the repair shop to check on the status of my car that I was told the mechanic was not able to fix my car. Monday, February 15 I called my extended warrantee company about my concern and they got my car towed to Currie Motors in Forest Park.I spoke with Dylan leading up to the drop off of my car and he was nothing short of exceptional. He was polite, understanding and efficient. Dylan kept in contact with me every step of the way. He assured me that they will do their best to find the issue and get it fixed. My car was dropped off on Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday Afternoon my car was ready for pick up.The part that really made me appreciate Dylan, was when my dad questioned him about a few things I wasnt satisfied with, he did not back down. Dylan know what he was talking about.While I know that Dylan is the first person I spoke with and handled everything concerning my car when it was dropped off and not to forget how great he was with me, I must not forget to command the mechanic who actually fixed my car. Thank you too, for your unseen work and efficiency in getting my car completed in lest than 24 hours.I definitely recommend this location for all your car needs and care, because they really do care!!!You guys are awesome!!!

Was looking to purchase my first new car. There was a deal posted online that brought me in. The salesman confirmed that the fine print indicated that I did not qualify for this deal. As soon as we started negotiating other deals, he asked to see my form of payment, my debit card, just so the teller can take a look at it. An obvious move to keep me from walking out that the salesman was not inconspicuous about, I should have never given him my debit card. He then tried to negotiate with me even though I insisted I only wanted the deal I saw online and if that wasnt possible, id like to leave. Instead of getting my debit card, he went and got his manager. So Im sitting there for another 30 mins while this manager is giving me the same sales bull as the salesman. I asked for my debit card. The salesmen said okay Ill go and get it. I sat there for another 20-30 minutes while the manager kept insisting that there had to be some way that they could get me to do business with them that day. I saw the salesman walking around talking to other customers. He obviously wasnt getting my debit card for me. I cut off the manager during his hour-long sales pitch and sternly demanded my card back. He went and got my card. I went to Rizza Ford instead and got excellent service and no shady holding-my-card-hostage bullcrap. Do not go to Currie Ford. Do not give them your debit card when they feel you arent 100% committed to a sale. They will hold you hostage and waste a ton of your time. This incident was in May, but I had a friend ask me about Currie for their first brand new car purchase and I shared this story with them and figured Id now share it for everyone. My friend went to Rizza Ford after hearing the story as well and was as pleased as I was.

I ordered a Tahoe through Currie Chevrolet in mid January. In mid February, I followed up on the status, and two days later they called back to tell me that the Tahoe was on indefinite back order because a “chip” wasn’t available. I told the salesman to cancel the order and refund the deposit. After being told that the check for the refund should go out Monday, and then Tuesday, and that it probably went out Wednesday, but maybe not until Thursday, it’s Sunday and I still don’t have the check. The salesman asked why this was so important to me because I had lots of money! I asked why Currie Chevy should keep my money if the order had been cancelled. He had no response. These are NOT good people to do business with!UPDATE:As requested in the Owner response, I did call the dealership this morning at the phone number they listed. I spoke with three people, none of which had any information for me. You may say that you pride yourselves on providing exceptional service, but I have not experienced it.FURTHER UPDATE:I did receive my check, a week after originally promised.

I bought the 2016 Town and Country van from Currie Motors back in January. You have not responded back to me in any form since I gave you copies of my inspections from A Certified Chrysler Dealership that found the van did not have a tune up as promised, but needs one. We me and you also agreed that the car fax had misleading and inaccurate information. The dealership discovered that the shocks were busted on all sides. Now My left van door doesnt open. Remember just weeks after I purchased the van, Currie Motors changed the cabin air filter and fixed the paneling that was oddly falling from the door on both sides. Remember I was instructed by Currie Motors I could not open my doors for 4 days after that. As a result of this repair, I could not earn a living using my vehicle. Your certified mechanic told me nothing was wrong several times with the vehicle. I have the documents from you guys stating this. This was not a oversight, but bad business practices, unethical from my point of view.

Went to the Forest Park location and was seen by Dilan at both 6. after the oil change and the multipoint inspection. The balance owed was given I paid and the vehicle was returned to me.There is a camera issue and it was not mentioned nor was it noted on the final invoice. My vehicle has a 360-degree view and currently the front view is blacked out.This is an issue that needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

At that time he informed me my bumper to bumper had expired and it may cost but i all so was still covered under another warranty. I would say that I was a little disappointed with the service Ive experienced on my visit. Took my daughter to get her first car and the main focus for the salesperson Dred was to get a sale. We basically just needed some guidance and to look at some cars but he seemed a little frustrated. Yes, her score wasnt that good but the salesperson seemed uninterested and impatient with us. That made us uncomfortable because we were both women. So we left just because of that. We didnt care about interest rates, car notes because she had to build her credit. They wanted to put her in a 2016 Hyundai Elantra for $15,000. Luckily, we found Hyundai in Lincolnwood. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. In addition, we didnt get a sob story about low on inventory. They went straight to work and she drove off the lot with a 2020 Nissan Versa for $13,000. A much better deal, lower car note and customer service. The whole dealership celebrated her and took pictures. I will never return back to Currie Motors again!

Cynthia was great! I know I definitely rushed her. I was coming from out of state to purchase a cargo van. She was great at helping me get everything done over the phone and as quickly as possible since I knew there aren’t very many cargo vans out there and I didn’t want to loose it. We got the whole process done over the phone in a matter of hours and I was able to go that weekend to sign and pickup my vehicle. Asked her to have everything ready and I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes.

Bought pickup truck, the warranty was bout to get expired. They charged me 2 thousand dollars for extended warranty, they told from pumper to pumber. Bought the truck for check up and they said I need rear shock and they told me the warranty doesn’t cover shocks .Be careful what they charge you for . Never coming back again

A month ago, I came to currie motors for one specific problem, I had the check engine light code from the diagnostic test. I was told I needed a new battery, so I bought one. Almost $400. Totally ridiculous. A few days ago, my car hesitated on the rode again, the same problem I had when I initially went to Currie Motors. Went for another diagnostic and low and behold...the exact same reading. I had to take off work to get the problem fixed. I didnt appreciate that at all. But just Saturday the problem was resolved...I hope and with no charge. That was a blessing.. Im not sure of the person who helped me but he was extremely helpful and very understanding. Thank you!

Called for a part unfortunately was connected with drew, must of been having a bad day was greeted with an attitude immediately wasnt motivated to help was defensive about everything that came out of my mouth all i wanted to do was buy a part not be attacked and ridiculed with sarcasm. if your not willing to serve the customers that pay your bills and provide a living for you maybe you should reconsider a different line of work. curie defiantly doesnt seem like good people to do business with if everyone acts like drew

Every time I come to your dealership my car gets a nail in the tire. I’ve tried to explain to your workers that it’s an issue but no one listens. Also whomever you all hire to do maintenance and mechanical work on the cars are not up to part. I’m taking my car back Lisle to Bill Kay Chevy. It’s worth the hour drive.

Sonia was an absolute delight to work with! She let me know everything that was needed to get done at the 15K service interval. She asked if there was a specific time I needed to have the vehicle by. I told her at least by 3PM and it was actually ready before 10! This is my second time bringing my vehicle into this location and Sonia has helped me both times. Ive been extremely pleased with her as my service advisor and will continue to come to this location as long as shes there. If I can rate this a 20 out of 10, I would!

Ive purchased my vehicle from Currie Motors Chevy dealership and have only trusted them for the maintenance and repairs on my vehicle. They are honest and reliable. I would also like to add Ken that checks you in for repairs is one of the most friendliest, and kind Gentlemen that works there. He always greets you with a smile and a concern as too how he can assist or help you. Hes knowledgeable and professional every time which is almost all my visits here so this is really his personality and I appreciate that about him. People always say dont take your car to dealer for repairs, well I say they must have not been at Currie Motors. Besafe and Stay Protected.

We drove out to the location after talking with a salesman (Giovanni) and receiving an email that the vehicle we were interested in was available and both the car and salesperson were not there for our appointment!!! Some bait and switch stuff happening here. Don’t do business with this dealership at all. Appointment was made and time was wasted.
