In my over 5 years of leaving reviews on Google, this is the first time I’ve had to leave a negative review…and for good reason.Absolutely horrible service at ES Imports Auto Service. I came in to have my car serviced (it was immovable after sitting in my garage for a couple years). It took weeks for the mechanic, Ebrahim, to fix it…and he was terrible at providing any updates…understandably so considering German cars take more time to fix and he is busy. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He then calls me (finally) to say it was the radiator. Fine, so I buy a new one and hand deliver it to him. Another couple weeks go by. Every time I call it’s another excuse.Finally, he calls and says the car is ready. The car isn’t registered so I had to have it towed to an auto body repair to fix some minor external damage. (I didn’t want to risk driving the car there with expired tags). We start the car when we get to the auto body repair shop only to find that it’s not starting and is smoking from the hood. So basically, Ebrahim took my $200 knowing the car wasn’t working. He has since “left the country” and there is no way to get in touch with him.Deplorable, horrible and inexcusable service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I only gave 1 star because Google does not allow for me to give 0.

My mechanic E-Boo is a man of great service, character, and wisdom. Not only his he efficient, he his very nice also. How about that for a mechanic?...someone you can truly trust. The man is a mans man.Phenomenal.

This place was recommended to me by a co-worker. I was very skeptical because I am weary of all mechanic shops, dealerships etc especially because I used to work at a dealership and I know how shady they can be.However, Ebu, the owner was very polite, courteous, and respectful. I asked him to please send me pictures of the work in progress and he had no problem doing that. I appreciatednit very much.They did an engine swap on my 2005 Chevy Colorado because the original engine was dead. My truck is running like a champ. I have no complaints and I would come back here again!!

Mr.E has one of the best mechanic shops in Forest Park, Ga. I’ve been coming to him for about 3yrs now for all my vehicles needs. The crew that works for him is always professional and nice. They understand that people don’t have loads of money to fix vehicle problems, so they’re always willing to work with you on the ending cost of labor. I guarantee you won’t be quoted for anything extra besides what you need to get your car back on the road. One thing to note: Is the shop have always had around the clock traffic of people in need of getting their car fixed. So be patient.

I love the service here it is very fast. If you want a mechanic that is not trying to get all your money come see Ibu, he will take good care of your car and have it in tip top shape when you pick up. Best Auto mechanic in town for Domestic and Foreign cars.

Price of labor was high, took 2 days before they started the work and I had to get my own parts.

I have always gone here for full synthetic oil changes and other odds and ends fixes I am too lazy to do at home. Very friendly service the lady at the front is always knowledgeable and helpful.

I love coming here. They take great care of my car.

Ibraheem and his crew were absolutely amazing and professional. We were travelling from Canada to Florida and had issues with back brakes and they were closing and stayed to help us out and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend their service. :) thanks again so much

Hey don’t believe the reviews on this place there extremely biased Ibu is a clown and a joke. Ebu is an honest dude and he does great work at very affordable prices. He wont nickel and dime you, or tell something is wrong that isnt just to make a quick buck like a lot of these other auto shops and chains. He is a genuine guy who just wants to help you get your vehicle back on the road, running correctly. His team of mechanics do great work as well, and are very professional and courteous.
