As an Auto technician myself, i find myself only going for Oil changes due to the great oil change package price. Like every dealer (to be fair) they tend to recommend services without even checking on the actual conditions of the parts they recommend. When it comes to fluids they’re hands on amazing! When it comes to actually checking air filters, and anything needing taking apart a couple bolts, then you can expect they wont lift a finger to verify conditions before they “recommend fixing”. For example. Tell me how a tune up that was performed on the vehicle not even a month (898 miles ago) ago, was recommended by them 🧐? Great dealer to buy a vehicle from! Service side of things could do a bit better before recommending services and trying to make they’re monthly quota/goal.

Appointment was at 1pm, brought the car @12:30pm. The car hasnt been serviced. Whats the point of making an appointment if Im going to wait more than 2 hours. And still waiting. Horrible service
